No way to get ahold of this company. I spent $100 here and still have not received the package, and it has been a month. I have contacted USPS and they have told me the package hasn’t even gotten into their hands. I have emailed DavidsTea 4 different times, have called twice (both being disconnected after 1 hour of being on hold) and have tried to talk via their “live chat” where it always answers with “we are experiencing high volume and cannot connect you” honestly so displeased and will NEVER order from them again. Worst customer service ever.

Very helpful staff and lots of cute tea products

This is a real cool little tea shop, but unfortunately my visit to this store the customer service experience wasn’t all that great. I waited around a solid 15 minutes while one cashier was helping another woman smell and taste teas. I was the only one in line and I only wanted to purchase one thing.Typically, I wouldn’t write a review on a wait time. I get it, you’re a bit understaffed. A second cashier came out when I was checking out asked if she could have my email for rewards and I asked if can skip it. She asked me if I’d like to sign up again to which I said no I don’t live in the area. Then she asked for a 3rd time as they “have an online store”Look lady, I’ve already said no twice. It just creates an uncomfortable experience if you ask a multitude of times. Your customer service could’ve made the wait not that big of a deal, but this cashier was extremely pushy and left a negative impact overall.I will not be back to this Davids Tea again.

Real friendly staff. Will make you feel welcome regardless of what your personal knowledge of tea may be. Excellent with recommendations. And have numerous promotional offers

Past experiences have been very good with service, knowledge, and tea. Most recently, the management’s customer service was awful. The manager on duty stopped helping us, pulled an employee away from other customers, then had a team meeting to discuss resource allocation. We were waiting for almost 5 minutes while the team was having their meeting, and decided to leave due to the bad customer experience.

Tea is very good quality. We make our own kombucha and picked up some different flavors. They also have organic tea.

My experience at David’s tea was great. The drink was amazing and my server Clarice was amazing

The employees in DavidsTea were VERY helpful and even let me try free samples! I am SO glad I stopped in while I was visiting Mall of America. Im thoroughly enjoying my new tea press and all the decadent teas I bought.

Staff are helpful. They seem to not know much about tea. Then when questioning about an ingredient they told me they could not disclose blends. I went to the website to see the tea had stevia leaves to sweeten then beetroot for a color. Decent teas for interesting flavors but not the place for staple teas.

Cashier is glowy and very knowledgeable. Huge verity in tea. They can make any tea youd like, iced or hot. Sweet or unsweetened. Only thing is that you want everything in the store so the price climbs quick.

Many of their tea blends have added sweeteners and artificial flavoring so you have to be a bit careful about what you buy if you prefer plain tea and sweetening it as you prefer. Also, we joined their frequent steeper program and apparently if you purchase something using the discount you get for being in the frequent steeper program, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This was especially frustrating when my husband purchased a tea mug for me for Christmas but I didnt like the way it worked and the fact that it would not get a tight seal so wanted to return it and was told, Sorry, its not refundable since a coupon was used. Um, the coupon was given to us because we are frequent shoppers, and because of that we are being punished by not providing us a refund for our purchase? Strangest policy Ive ever heard at a store. Well stick with our local tea options instead of shopping here.

Five stars because there is literally any kind of tea flavor you could ever want here, and they are more than willing to pull any out to left you sniff it ahead of time. Four stars because it is a specialty tea shop and you will pay more for it. Also, DO NOT sign up for the email newsletter - they send out way too many.

The tea is good. One of the staff members that work here is very rude and unprofessional. They definitely need to hire more people because there were only 2 people working there both times that I’ve came here and they were the same 2 people. I feel like the staff don’t really know that they’re doing either, they seemed flustered. Also I wish that there were more locations in MN, this one is the only one sadly.

One of the workers there was very condescending and utterly rude. I could write a whole list of all of the things she said to my boyfriend and I but I am tired of thinking about it. One thing that I am going to mention is that she explained to me that it was state policy for her to sell me 2 ounces of tea instead of 1 ounce because I would be unable to get a good taste of the tea. How many sample kits do they sell there?? Dozens! If you want false information about teas, including what is within the blends, then go ahead and purchase your tea here. Let me also go ahead and tell you that nearly all of their teas have artificial ingredients as well.

Love the tea. Rather high prices but well worth it if you get a great tea. Employees are really nice

Our favorite place to pick up loose leaf tea. The prices are higher (but inline with MoA pricing), but I think the large selection and fresh tea make it worthwhile.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all the tea in the store. The Santas Secret black tea and the Strawberry Colada herbal tea are delicious! I like that they have brewed tea to go.

Best tea stop in the whole mall. Absolutely delicious tea and super friendly service. Sampled some fruity iced teas and ended up getting a box of bagged tea with a wide variety of flavors. From the tea bar I got an amazing zesty iced chai smores tea. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming, everyone had a great sense of humor even though it was crazy busy.

Great customer service experience, helpful and very knowledgeable! So many different types of teas! This is a must stop if you even like tea.

Way cheaper to buy high quality tea here versus on Amazon. 👍😀

I have spent an embarrassing amount of money here for both myself and friends. I always seem to have fun when I go in and wish I could help the swamped employees put all the tea cans back on the shelf. The people there are very friendly, too!

One of the staff members was rude. The main person checking customers out was busy making drinks for a few people after checking them out for other items as well. Place was EMPTY and I was waiting for someone to check me out with one can of tea. Another staff member was basically just walking around the store. When my friend asked if she could check us out because we were in a hurry and had been waiting a while, she stated the other staff member was almost done, but shell help us anyway. As she was going around the counter she continued to say almost under her breath it would have only taken a few more seconds, but ok I was SHOCKED, but didnt say anything. That was the rudest thing a staff member could say to a customer - also when she completed my transaction, the other staff member was still busy. It was honestly such a turn off, and if she hadnt come to help I was going to put the item back and leave since that was my first purchase at a DavidsTea. Please train staff better, because customers should not be treated that way.

Its my go to store for quality Teas very addicting. People complain about how expensive Davids Tea is maybe you should work on upping your money game to get quality product.

Im not one to post bad reviews but we had the worst customer service experience here this morning. It was supposed to open at 10am, but we were left standing outside for a few minutes while the lady inside finished setting things up with doors closed. When we were let in we said it was our first time at DavidsTea and were looking for a cup of hot tea. She was very unhelpful and showed us the 3 teas that we could choose from. We asked if there were any organic teas and she pulled back the one that said organic and said she obviously just opened the store and we would have to wait at least another 5 minutes to get that one. The entire time she was extremely rude and we could tell the last thing she wanted to do was to be helping us. We declined the rewards program to which she was also not happy for. Definitely got bad vibes in there. Tried the green tea kombucha and it was just ok.
