Paul is a great guy. I was in a tight spot, and happened to break down near his shop, his guys went and picked up my Jeep, and had a new radiator put in it within hours, at a more than reasonable and fair price. Highly recommend there shop.

Hey, Extreme. Remember when I brought in my 2013 Tundra with 20k miles on it and asked you to find a certain noise or pop and you said it was my steering mount bushings? Remember when your female mechanic said yup, its definitely the steering bushings. Remember when I Called and asked what the quote would be for replacing the steering mount bushings and you guys said well, its gonna cost you about $1100. We cant seem to find the steering bushings alone without the steering rack attached and that is $700+. Remember when I found them for $54.53 with one google search.What you wont remember is I brought it to Toyota for a confirmation of the bushings being bad as well as another shop in Louisville. Both shops (as well as the guy on the phone from the parts store) said whoever thought it was the bushings were just wrong and then for you to atempt to charge me $1100, to buy a $700 part that I found at repeated places for under $60.... thats a crime.Next time someone comes in asking for help, help them. You have no idea the amount of money I just pumped into my truck at a awesome shop in Louisville now gets all of my business. Shame on you for trying to take advantage.And, you have no way to excuse yourself from this. If you try and write a reply it is just backpedaling after the phone calls I had with your shop. Again, shame on you.

These guys not only quoted me $100 under everyone else in town for a new clutch in my 93 Dodge Stealth, when they discovered I didnt have a car in the mean time and was thus in a bit of a tight spot they got the job done that day (a day earlier than they said they likely could) AND they did it all for $50 less than they even quoted me.Speedy, more than reasonably priced, AND down right pleasant to talk to to boot. Go to these guys!

I wouldnt even give them 1 star! They would never call and let me know what was wrong with my vehicle, no estimate was given and then sprung a $4,000 bill on me. My truck broke down again within a month and the owner Paul wants no part of it. The vehicle is 100 times worse and multiple other shops said that a professional would have known that kind of money should have never been invested. Total unprofessional!!!! Now they want to band aid it and told me to trade it in. Whatever you do, DO NOT take your vehicle to Extreme Performance and warn all your friends and family!!!

Friendly and can find odd parts easily

Blower heater mower replaced here and after I picked it up I had no heat still but blower was working!🤔 Took it back in and they charged me to fill the water and charged for the antifreeze that apparently forgot to do or check after replacing the blower motor! 🙄
