Very poor customer service and customer support. The guy will not answer his phone or return emails. If you have one of his limos and need replacement parts, good luck with him helping you. If you do have a rare occasion with him answering his phone, you will find him to be arrogant and annoyed with you for bothering him. I would never recommend this company or the owner to any of my industry peers and colleagues.
