Used Curry at the suggestion of my insurance company to get front body work done. The staff were all extremely friendly and easy to work with. They kept me and my insurance company in the loop throughout the whole process, giving me honest updates when there were parts on delay or backorder, and even discovering additional necessary repairs that insurance did not originally notice. My car honestly looks like new off the showroom floor again, I couldnt be happier with the quality of work they provided. Despite the longer than expected timeline because of how busy the shop was, I would gladly use Curry again. They are well worth it!

Based off of recommendations from people I trust, I chose Curry to repair my vehicle after someone backed into the side of my car. It took a while to get in, due to the number of repairs they had, but it was worth the wait. My car looks great, with no indication it was ever damaged. I had a good customer experience from the friendly staff.

If you have a nice car, do NOT take it here. Went to pick up our car after hitting a deer and after the 3rd drive to Bloomington, could finally bring it home. We had to show them 3 different trips the overspray that they missed, not once, but three times. 😑. Over-spray was horrible, new hood was aligned improperly, looked awful at first glance. The hood looked like it was jammed down next to the motor. Our battery cover was tossed into our backseat on our leather interior. We’ve since discovered that an entire engine cover that was broken after hitting the deer was never replaced and never even ordered. Never going back!!!

This Place is a joke .....The Body shop Curry collision center were the ones to fix my car, they did not color match my car and you can see the color difference on my front clip, also did not blend to make it not noticeable. and replaced AC parts now my AC doesnt work. and did before they touched it, they are saying they my condenser is bad along with my turbo funny they both worked fine before they touched them. This is the service center .they called me to replaced my water pump under warranty but wanted to charge me 150 for the thermostat housing and replace the radiator hoses that got coolant on them. for over 500 dollars when I said no the they replaced them under warranty . Now my car does not run right al all. After all this they are not going to make it right . I myself will never go there. nd will let everyone know its a bad place to deal with along with talking to the BBB, I honesty could have took my car to a shade tree body shop and got nicer job by far. FYI steer clear of this place. if the cant charge you for more they will definitely ruin your car : body , paint and running for sure. not even the same front nose piece on the car.

The staff made me feel like part of a concerned family. The clerk went above and beyond to make my car rental experience east while they took car of my vehicle. When the rental place gave me a hard time, Then the manager of curry took charge and solved my problem with the rental company. He did not need to do this but did. My car was as good as new when curry got done with it. I would rate this facility at an 11 out of 10... ❤️❤️❤️

I am extremely pleased with the service and staff. They were nothing but friendly, kind and patient Im really happy about the work on the car. David was genuine and awesome. I will be sure to be back. When I need work done again. I highly recommend them over others here in Bloomington.

Very positive experience! I was having door alignment issues, and the manager, Ron, came out and fixed it in a matter of seconds. The door fits flush against the body and shuts beautifully. I would not hesitate to bring the car back for any future body work!

I was involved in an accident several months ago. I had to have the entire back panel and much of the passenger side worked on. There were some stripes that needed to be replaced on my car as well. When Curry Collision received the stripes, they were not cut correctly for my car. They took the extra time and effort to recut the stripes so that it would match the rest of my car. Ron and his team did an excellent job with all the repairs. Additionally, the customer service is amazing and the staff is very friendly!

Ive bought a car at Curry, Ive had my car serviced at Curry, and now I had my first experience with the Collision Center and Im still really impressed by how well the Curry franchise performs. My truck is only a year old, I was coming home from work when a deer ran into the driver side of my truck.It hit my truck so hard it did 7000.00 dollars worth of damage.It took off the drivers mirror, it rolled all the way down the drivers side of the truck.It looked like someone had taken a bowling ball and bounced it all the way down the side of my truck.I took my truck to Curry Collision Center and it looks better than the day I bought it brand new!The Curry Collision Center were wonderful through this whole process and I can’t thank them enough!!MY TRUCK LOOKS GRRRREAT THANK YOU CURRY COLLISION CENTER!!If you need to get your car or truck repaired take it to Curry Collision Center they do fantastic work!!!Jim Hoffmeister

The center was very busy Friday afternoon when I swung in for an estimate just after work. One of the employees asked if I could come back in the morning. I did just before I had to work at 8:45 and the employees took care of me like nobodys business!!! Since I was in a hurry they took my info asked me the situation (educated me on a few things I was unaware of) offered coffee and a water bottle then sent me on my way! Just a little while later Ron called to confirm that I had received the email with all of my estimate information! Super friendly and professional with that make ya feel like family personality!

Manager, Ron, and Deandra are wonderful to work with. I recently needed help to install crossbars on my roofrack, and after being told by 4 service departments at other places in Bloomington that it would be a 5 day wait for an appointment, Deandra invited me to stop by so they could assess. Well, an assessment turned into Ron and Deandra completely helping me install the crossbars. It took no more than 10 minutes, but they dropped whatever they were doing to make sure I got the crossbars on correctly. That is real customer service! Based on this experience, and one I had with them a few years ago, if they cant help you, they at least have the professional knowledge to point you in the right direction. But, honestly they will do whatever it takes to help.

I dont ask a lot out of anyone. However i do ask that you do something right the first time, and if you dont, you need to be sure its clear to the customer. To whoever orders the parts in this joint, YOU need to do a better job. I have been patient but that has ran out. 2nd delay due to needing to order a different part is ridiculous. I am confident in the workmanship , infuriated by the parts manager....
