Awesome experience here i bought a washer/dryer and a furniture set they were quick to fix anything and even let me switch my couch out for another one after the one I had was to big and always willing to work with me awesome customer service as well!!

Waited a week for furniture. They forgot some of it and said I could come by and get it. A week later they called wanting money. I told them to come and get all of it. Go to American for good service. This place sucks.

We recently went in to get bedroom furniture and we had to wait about a week for the furniture, which was no biggie, anyway there were a few issues and my husband wasnt happy. The store manager, I dont know his name, personally contacted my husband and resolved the issue very professionally and took care of us. He went above and beyond with his customer service!! Thank you

This place is the worst. Rude staff, will call you non stop on your due date and will call your place of employment if you’re more than 3 days late. If you absolutely have to get rent to own merchandise, go somewhere else. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I know Im not getting the best price, they know Im not getting the best price, but sometimes I just dont feel like waiting and saving for a more expensive item. If you come here thinking youre saving money then youre crazy, but if your desire to have something now is worth a 50% mark up and youre able to make your payments on time then it might be worth checking out. At the very least I HIGHLY recommend either trying to pay your items off within 90 days for the 90 day same as msrp price or just paying off your item(s) as early as you can to save money in the long run. The staff is super freaking nice and they eaven remember your name which makes you feel fuzzy inside. Ill definitely be back for another item I dont really need.

Horrible customer service, they threatened my friend Consuela who is disabled. Kyle got the phone and said what’s up which is weird and rude and made fun of consuela’s Disability, they don’t care about their customers, she offered payments but kept getting refused because it wasn’t the full amount she was struggling and kept telling them when she could pay the full amount, everything they tell you is a lie. They don’t work with you. Then they say one thing and turn around and say they never said it. She is unable to lift or walk right now, and will need help unloading the freezer she had, Kyle said they will just dump in her front yard and she can pick it up herself, she can’t walk are you serious!!!! Save money go else where.

The manager Kyle there is very rude, he discriminates against the disabled filed a complaint to corporate they didn’t do anything but “talk” to him. I am disabled and had a hiccup with my landlords which caused me to lose a lot money and have to wait for a refund. Kyle wouldn’t come to agreement with me on payment and so it was agreed for them to come get the freezer I told him I would need help emptying it out due to recent surgeries and he told me he could care less and if it wasn’t empty he would dump it out in my yard and let me it be my problem. They sent out a young lady by herself who is the sweetest and kindest one there to get a huge freezer by herself and she struggled they should of helped her but nope they don’t care about their customers or employees. On top of that because of one missed payment they canceled my contract. I am disabled and on low income I needed the freezer for medical reasons and was going to pay this week like I told corporate but Kyle won’t let me. I wasted money that I did not have.

Great prices for a rent to own place. But would be better if they could have a bigger show room. Purchased and bed and tv for a pretty good weekly price but we didnt get to see the bed until they delivered it. Most ppl would want to see what they are purchasing before they agree to a long term lease agreement. Everything is ok and so far Im happy with the bed thank goodness!!!

I would compare there customer care and customer service to that of a drunken meth addicted stripper!!! thought that they would be nice people to deal with in a pickle the money im loosing to return my stuff is well worth the cost of dealing with them

The manager worked with me to get a lower payment option and the salesperson was informative and helpful. Great experience!
