This place is terrible. They told me before that they didn’t have time to fill my child’s prescription which was need for school the next day, when I asked why they stared at me like I had two heads and filled it in the next 10 minutes. As if they just decided not to, but also weren’t expecting to be challenged on it. They have also issued to me the incorrect schedule one prescription drug. Which I’m certain is a pretty big deal. You go here, you tolerate bad service. That’s the thick of it. Marianos is right across the street, and can do 3 times the amount of work with one worker. Compared to the 5 or 6 incompetent employees running around in Meijer’s pharmacy.

This is the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever experienced in my entire life. Their lack of urgency, lack of communication should have them not be able to operate. Most of the time people need their prescriptions as soon as possible as it could be life or death. Instead you get hung up on if you try and call, or get put on hold for and hour. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be moving all my pharmacy needs else where.

I should be able to trust my pharmacy. But I cant trust this place. Ive been given the wrong prescription, the wrong medication, the wrong amount of pills. Ive been overcharged, given attitude, and very unhappy with the overall service here for a long time. But Im done. Im done giving them chances. Im done putting up with this. Im taking my business elsewhere.

This pharmacy is always screwing up my prescriptions. They even tried to blame me for one of them. They didnt give me the entire amount of pills in one of my medications and when I brought it to their attention the guy said are you sure you didnt spill it Seriously dude? They give me the wrong medicine too. ALWAYS check what they give you before you leave! I need to find a new pharmacy. This one is a joke.

One of the most horrible experiences dealing with a pharmacy. Called about a half hour after I spoke with the doctor to verify my prescription was sent in, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone said they had received my prescription and had sounded very annoyed and scoffed when I had asked how long it would take to be ready. I was told it would be ready in about 45 minutes to 60 minutes. I then received a call 45 minutes prior to them closing letting me know they did not have my prescription in stock, when I had asked if they could reach out to the doctor they said they had no way of doing that nor did they offer to transfer or check other locations. Heaven forbid someone actually does their job. I called my doctor immediately after I heard from the Meijer Pharmacy, and she could not believe that they did not tell her it was not in stock or even bother to reach out to her. Never again will I go here when I need a prescription for being ill. They are more focused on closing on time rather than helping the client. If I could give zero stars I would.

Long lines at drive up window waiting over 30 minutes

Dont even bother & waste your time like I did. Unfortunately they dont welcome new business & when attempting to transfer scripts, they lack communication & customer service. I guess its much nicer to know ahead of time that they arent trained to deal with customers so please choose a capable pharmacy. When places forget who their customers are & especially when in the health industry a smile or an ounce of care goes a long way.

Love the staff! The new head pharmacist is so great and really turned that dept around. The service is so much better.

It takes real effort to be this bad. This pharmacy was our family pharmacy for ~2 years, and even for simple prescriptions (amoxicillin for kids) called in by the doctors office, we would have to wait hours. Always fun to try to kill time when you have a sick kid.If it was a slightly more rare medication (but still a household name), it could take 2 days. Even when it was a regular, monthly refill, it was as if we were requesting a Herculean task.Sometimes theyd call to let you know that the prescription was ready, other times youd just have to stop in and hope for the best. If you try calling, youll probably get hung up on.Happily transferred to another M grocery store pharmacy across the street and will. not. be back to this Meijer pharmacy.

Trying to call the store and you reach an automated line which sends you into a loop. No thank you, I will shop elsewhere.

This is a great store with great prices, I love shopping here for all my familys needs.

1st visit was pretty quick with good service.

Unfortunately this pharmacy failed to meet my expectations. I had transferred a prescription which was said to be filled, when I arrived at Meijers I was given the wrong prescription TWICE. Then told my actual prescription was out of stock. I was told it would be available 2 days later, and yet again it was not. When I called up asking why I was now told Meijer would not fill my prescription, instead they offered me a drug I was not prescribed for and would not fill my actual prescription.Waste of time, transferred prescription to Walmart. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Meijers is always so clean and organzied. Their rewards program is easy to use and you dont have to carry around another rewards card. Staff is friendly. Most importantly you dont have to wait in line for 20 minutes before getting rung up.

Quick service, very short waiting

Rudest staff ever, pharmacist gave me attitude that he has to stay 5 min past close to help me out, also tells me this is ridiculous that I’m using two forms of payment and to come back the next morning, maybe I don’t come back at all.

I spend way too much time here, they literally have EVERYTHING on ANY list you might have.
