Theyve got pretty much EVERYTHING you could think of needing. The self checkout center is really convenient, and easy to manage through. If you do run into an issue their are multiple employees available in that case to assist you professionally. I come to get my groceries about once every 2 weeks so I frequent here often and everyone is always friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 will go again...(obviously).

We had an online order for pickup. They did not answer their phone, it took almost 20 minutes for pick up, then out of 3 items one was the wrong size than we ordered and paid for. Had to walk-in stand in line, go through the store, get the right size, go back to customer service to exchange. The attitude of customers stunk, apparently online orders/pickups are a different Dept. Blah blah blah. Lousy excuses but a simple order that was done online for pickup at store turned into an hour and 20 minute aggravating experience.

Amazing service from the blonde who loves punk rock and works the self checkout. She is always the friendliest and most helpful. Also the other girl who works self checkout alwaysbplahs catch with my 2 year old while I ring up my groceries. Excellent customer service that feels like family.

The Walmart there on Army Trail is huge and beautiful!! I had a lovely lady whose name I cant remember helping me in the jewelry crafts Department! She was so sweet and nice and help me to find what I was looking for and check the prices for me! One of the best Walmarts Ive ever been! Still a little messier than I would have liked but its Walmart and theres traffic so high you just cant help it!

Every time I go into the store the shelf’s are empty and I see employees talking or on there phone. You can ask for help and some know where things are but most don’t or don’t care. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing.

Very nice clean store , an very helpful sales associates. The only complaint would be to alter layouts of departments, big store, feng shui didnt feel like it flow seamlessly from dept to dept.

I love this Walmart I will be coming back here again they have there store very clean and they have great selection of fresh food and they always have the supplies I need for my pets I recommend this place also the bathrooms are very clean and they have self checkouts for people to check out faster

Asked for help over some tumblers. O line they have them available for pick up and when I asked the representative that I wanted to purchase the exact same ones that are available for pick up she claimed they were put of stock she even went screaming twice for the supervisor. The worst experience ever so sad.

If you want a store that has pathetic service, definitely go here. The second you step in, you see how disorganized and cluttered ALL items are. You would have to search endless amount of time for your desired item - if you ask for help, you will be unsuccessful as ALL employees makes 0% effort to help you and are just plain lazy. They will give you an “I don’t want to be here, I just wanna go home” attitide! Really icked out from my visit, will definitely avoid this store! To the manager or whoever is in charge, please make sure your employees are AT LEAST doing 50% of their job.

Wasnt very crowded, found most everything but the Nestle Splash flavored water. The stores been rearranged since I was there last which was a long time ago but it was just before closing too.

I was surprised with check Out service. Of 10 registry lines only one was open, and the guy working there was scanning the items like he is on vacation.....I guess thats for people who like automated self check Out service ....

Never stocked up. Employees get in your way picking online orders like you dont matter that your there to get groceries too. Thoughtless employees. I guess those online orders are more important then the in person shoppers.

The Walmart here isnt bad. If I could rate the Walmart in cleanliness, organization, and product availability, it would be 4 stars.But this Walmart has some of the worst customers Ive ever seen. About 50% of the customers do not give a cluck about anyone but themselves. Ive been visiting this Walmart for years and its always like this.If you dont want to deal with people crashing into you with their cart because they are swiping on the phone, if you dont want to deal with families shoulder to shoulder blocking an entire aisle and not acknowledging you when you say excuse me to pass, if you dont want to deal with parkings lot chicken enthusiasts, just go across the street to Target.If youre looking to get in an argument or if you like to watch the alarm go off as shoplifters exit the store, this is The Spot.

Curbside pickup service was slow, it was my first time doing curbside with Walmart so I cant say its always like that. However Ive had way faster curbside service elsewhere.

The people that shop here tend to be incredibly annoying in general, because they are entitled at all times from the looks of it.Expect to run into annoyances of varying degrees if you do shop here.I recommended just running the other people down with your cart because they never seem to want to move out of the way.

My friendly neighborhood Walmart. Always a reliable source for my familys essentials. Sometimes it can be in a little disarray from the shoppers but the staff us always helpful. Dipa is my favorite, she is amazing!

This location is the best. Store manager Patrick and his staff treat you like family. The most markdowns of any location Ive ever visited. This store should serve as an example for other locations.

Horrible place they cant get an order right and when they do they have no one to deliver it. Look elsewhere for your goods and spend your hard earned money on people who actually care about the customer.

Store manager Patrick came out of the building just to tell the violinist he cannot play in the parking lot. The man is homeless and sleeping in his car with his family and cannot get a job. When I confronted Patrick about this he claimed he was just following Walmart policy and the man cannot be there because he’s “soliciting on Walmart property” manager then walked back into the store DANCING. How can you celebrate after taking away this mans hustle? Why don’t you offer him a job instead of shooing him off?

I have shopped this Walmart for some years and seen it go through physical and clientele changes. I expect quality and a safe environment where ever I may shop and that includes any other Walmart I may venture in. That day I did not have that. I expect assigned Staff at the Store Entrance to see whats coming through their doors. It did not happen. Im not sure if I will shop at that particular store again.

Depending on who is working during your visit, the experience will vary. Some employees are great with customer service while others dont seem to care. Selection used to be better but prices are good.

I had the most horrible experience yesterday at Walmart in Bloomingdale. I got groceries, alcohol, cigarettes. I know last time I purchased cigarettes I had to go to self check out. There was only one register open in the regular section, so I preceded to self check out. I told one of the assistance that I always write a check. She was so helpful. She helped me check out and load the groceries then transferred to another register where I could write the check. I wrote the check and when she tried to process the sale, the register kicked out the cigarettes (we thought because she was under age). Another sales associate took me to another register where we processed the order again. We proceeded back to the other register and once again, it kicked out the cigarettes. They got another manager involved. I have already been at the register for 20 minutes. I was so patient at the beginning but my patience was wearing very thin. We then went to customer service where I had to wait further until someone was able to figure out what to do. Eventually I was able to pay for the order. I have no hard feelings toward everyone who was trying to assist me. They simply did not know what to do. I blame Walmart for having register restrictions on paying for cigarettes. I left the store beaten down, exhausted. I got home and I was missing a bag of groceries and my cigarettes were the wrong brand. I called back (being put on hold and transferred back and forth was annoying. Sherri - one of the managers that had assisted me earlier was very helpful and friendly. She is going to help me straighten this out. BUT WALMART - FIX YOUR REGISTERS. No one should have to go through what I went through.

One of the cleanest and well stocked Wal-Marts I have been in for quite some time!!! The produce is amazingly fresh!!! I am disappointed that I dont live closer to this store, otherwise Id visit it on a regular basis...Very impressed!!! Staff was welcoming and plentiful!!! Lots of self checkouts. They only had a total of 5 cashier operated registers.

Pretty good variety I’m bummed out they don’t have bicycles, all were sold out, haven’t been able to find bicycle for 2/3 months. Though prices are fair. I do find myself in trouble to find things so I have search it on the app to see the aisle because employees here roam around and talk to each other instead of helping the customer...

So I just wanted to buy a bike while they still had some in stock. I had been calling to see when more would be available and came in to look around. I found one I liked and wanted to buy it but had to get my wifes SUV to get it home at my lunch break. I asked them to hold it for me if I paid in full for it and I would be back in 30 mins. Nope. I was told once you purchase it, it goes out the door. I asked if they could put a sold tag on it or store it for less than an hour, but no. Of course when I came back with the SUV, it was sold. So much for being good stewards of the community. Theyll lose a lot more business from me than the cost of that bike...

Overall not bad. Love that the app pinpoi ts where an item is! It works like 95% of the time. The one time it failesld was when we were looking for a particular item and it said it was in stock but we could not find it. Feels like if you are looking for.the common items you will find them. If you are looking for more out of the ordinary, it may pay to.look online to see if the store has it.

This Walmart was very disappointing. Most of the shelves were bare and I couldnt get quite a few things that I wanted.

Found just about everything I needed, since the Walmart by my home (0.5 miles) had lots of empty shelves. Besides I do like this store more, but are they short handed on cashiers? Lots of self check out stations since the last time I was there.

The stars are for the associates who have to work their tails off. The store changes get 0 stars. 3 regular checkouts available. Huge self checkout. Cant bring your own bags and, Im assuming, its corporate that has decided to supply thimble sized bags. Half the items fell out in the trunk before I got home.

The worst Walmart Ever. They had items in the wrong section on Clearance and the store manager and Team Lead in Self Checkout refused to Honor the Price, the difference was $7. The way the Management handled my Concern was one of the Worst Customer experience for me. The reason why I got upset is because there was an Associate working that Isle and she also agreed to the price and saw me take it, no Honor System here at this Location and I never had issues with Walmart before this. Never coming back to this Walmart and will reach out to Corporate to Request Training for Employees

Its an excellent place for shopping.

This Walmart has gone downhill significantly since weve lived here. It happens more often than not that either all the freezer foods are roped off or all the refrigerated sections are roped off because theyre not working properly. Everytime Ive tried to do curbside pickup there have been a handful of items that were unavailable but when I go in the store theyre on the shelf. Theyve been attempting to remodel the store since before covid but its just an unorganized mess with carts of stuff in the middle of almost every aisle. I only go there when I absolutely need to at this point.

Probably the busiest and messy of their stores. Lots of brand name products out of stock and just not a pleasing experience better to go across the street to Target for a more peaceful and clean shopping experience.

Replace the old carts plz, there are lot of them hard to push straight except the orange handle ones. In self check out register make canceling an item easier instead of waiting for available clerk to come over and scanning their ID. Also install more price scan monitors to check the price

I needed a transport wheelchair, and had ordered it thru Walmart -Bloomingdale online. I ordered it in the morning, and needed it for a patient by the end of that day. Since there was no time frame, and was worried that the wheelchair would not be ready for pick up by the time the patient needed it, I called Walmart if they would be able to give me an exact time and if it can be ready before 4pm. I spoke with the manager, Vini (I apologize if I misspell his name), and he was very nice and said would call me back once he found out the time the wheelchair was ready for pick up. We spoke at around 11am. About half an hour after we spoke, the manager called me back and said it was ready to be picked up! I was very impressed by the customer service with their response and quick turnaround.

In person, this Walmart is okay. Not great, just okay. Its not nearly as large as some of the neighboring Walmarts like Villa Park, Bloomingdale, or Schaumburg. With that being said, their pick-up & delivery service leaves much MUCH more to be desired.Years ago, Walmart/Sams Club used to have a secret shopper. They should reinstate that for pick-up/delivery! Something DESPERATELY MUST be done. If this small store cannot bring a few items 2 miles down the street, this option should be investigated or eliminated all together.The first order I placed was on Good Friday. Something went awry with their system and although I kept choosing delivery their system kept reverting my order back to a pickup. Needless to say, I did not get my groceries on Good Friday and barely on Holy Saturday! I ordered a ham in the price range of $21.00 and additional items from Walmart. Wal-mart Suppliers nor their contributing farmers must have NEVER seen the movie Charlottes Web! I say that because, the ham I received was the poor pig Wilbur! 🙈Ive NEVER seen a ham that TINY in my life! It didnt even have a bone in it, and it weighed all of 3.2lbs.! I was so happy that my youngest granddaughter was old enough to enjoy the jokes and sarcasm of this purchase!My 2nd attempt with their delivery service was MUCH worse. I selected groceries from the app, this time it wasnt a pathetic ham, but I was charged a little over $91.00 for a few groceries and household items but was repeatedly charged that amount 13 times!!!!😳😳😳 Because this mess happened on a Friday and holiday weekend, I had to wait until Monday to have their s#!% straightened out because my bank caught it, my card was locked over this Easter weekend!Now heres effort #3. Today, Tuesday 6APR21, at about 0830 I placed ANOTHER order at my local Walmart. Thinking that theyre tired of hearing my mouth yelling, screaming & crying over the phone, because I had my grandson over and no food to feed him. I thought they would finally do right by me. What a SILLY thought!🙇 I placed my order using my EBT card, noted the arrival time of between 1300 & 1400. I received a text message saying my groceries had been delivered! So, I look around my kitchen, didnt see my cases of Smart Water that I ordered, looked around outside and saw nothing but my son. I asked him about this delivery he had no knowledge that I was again waiting on groceries and he had been out at his broken car since before 1100. No groceries had been delivered. But my EBT card was charged. So, I call my local Walmart again asking where are my groceries? FIRST, they had to FIND the delivery person (which took a while) Then, claimed he or she delivered them to my doorstep and could provide a picture which showed a yellow or orange snow shovel. Theres NO shovels out in my housing area, because my landlord hired people to shovel/plow our area, so the shovels were collected up at the end of February by ME.Now, during these TERRIBLE episodes of attempted deliveries, there is ONLY ONE person at that store who knows how to run the pick-up/delivery system, her name is Shelia. If shes not there, lies and misinformation are blatantly told or they retreat by saying you need to call WALMART.COM and then its a she said, she said thing. WALMART.COM cant even fix the mess that has been created there! Theyve begun to weave their OWN baskets of misinformation aka lies!Essentially, EVERYTHING goes to hell in a handbasket if Sheila isnt there. Why on EARTH is there only ONE person that knows how to efficiently run that department?🤔 I dont have a clue. She told me even the store manager doesnt know how to operate that department. REALLY?!🙈 Are you kidding me? Im dumbstruck, flabbergasted, & sadly astonished!You wanted me to share my experience, here you are. Sheila is the one and ONLY star in this mess. Sheila should be the Store Manager. Ijs
