I have been with Extra Space Storage for quite a few years now and I have to say that my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. First I was impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and how smoothly everything ran. Jasmine who I always deal with is kind, courteous and so efficient at what she does that she makes it a pleasure to be there. There were times when I was late or simply forgot to make my payments and I would always get a text or phone call from her to remind me so I wouldn’t be hit with a late charge. She was always so nice and I never felt pressured but just an honest concern regarding my ability to make the payment. Any questions I’ve had she was always willing and able to provide answers for me. As far as I’m concerned this is one of the best Storage facilities in the area.

We needed another unit (indoor) and she made the transition super easy (and kept her cool while also helping another customer who came in looking for lost keys in the middle of the transaction!) Awesome service. The managers I came in contact with, Leigh & Jasmine, were very helpful, patient and lovely. Very knowledgeable of services they are providing. The place is also neat compared to other places I’ve a look at. I recommend this place.

I went to Extra Space in Bloomfield because I am looking to move this summer, and will be needing a storage unit. While I wasn’t looking to rent today, Leigh and Jasmine took the time to show me around and answer all of my questions. They explained all of the features and amenities of their building, and made sure I left with their information in case I thought of any other questions. I’m confident that when the time comes, I’ll be back to see Leigh and Jasmine to get my storage unit! The building was well lit and REALLY clean! It also feels very safe there, and the staff is so friendly and eager to help!

I truly believe this facility wouldn’t run as smooth as it does without out Jasmine, her customer service skills are second to none. She has a broad range of knowledge of the entire facility and how it works, as well as her positive attitude towards customers is very warm and inviting. I highly recommend renting space from the Bloomfield, NJ location and make sure you ask for Jasmine.

It was easy to navigate the Extra Storage Space website. I was able to get a good discount online. When I was unsure how to complete it, I called customer service and someone picked up quickly. Andie was very friendly and answered all my questions- and I had many. The next day Leigh called at the time I had request to finalize the order and she even stayed on the phone while I completed the contract. She was very friendly, professional and gave me all the information I needed. I havent seen the storage yet, but so far it has been a very pleasant experience.

I was feeling desperate after a nightmarish experience at another Bloomfield storage site where staff was unfriendly, lighting was poor, and things seemed a bit shady. Someone recommended Extra Space and what a difference! Friendly staff, clean site, bright lighting, good signage so you don’t get lost and wander...I felt comfortable leaving my stuff there as I transitioned from a house to an apartment. Leigh and Jasmine were just terrific throughout these difficult months, and I will always remember and recommend this place as a wonderful and safe site to use for storage.

We are renting from Extra Space Storage in Bloomfield it is spotless the manager keeps it impeccable shes very explanatory respectful explains everything in detail. We took the lease immediately because of Jasmine shes that good we feel secure that we made the right decision and that if we have any questions or issues she will be right there to help.

After reserving or storage unit online, we were immediately contacted by the store manager, Jasmine, who provides us with all of the information we would need to access the facility and about the unit itself. I had a Great experience earlier when I arrived at Extra Space Storage in Bloomfield NJ across the street from Home Depot.I called Jasmine once I arrived at the office door, and Jasmine came downstairs to open up the door for Me indeed. I recently rented a storage unit here. The manager, Jasmine, was very helpful, kind and efficient. I came in person and was in and out within 15-20 min. And this was after she even took me for a tour and let me approve of the unit that I would be renting. There are other storage facilities in the area, but Im so glad I made the choice to come to this one!

I met with Julissa both over the phone and in person to check out units and finalize. She was great! Very friendly and helpful. I was relocating items from another storage unit nearby that looked like a horror movie set. Public Storage, on the other hand, was very clean and had plenty of security (passcodes) in place. The price is a bit higher than the other place I had before, but this is definitely a case of “you get what you pay for”.

Staff is always helpful and able.The advertised square footage is always overstated and prices stated are not always clear about additional fees. I found the price increases very large vs inflation and are frequent.

Checkin was quick and easy. Several sized units to pick from and they were great in helping us pick out the correct size. Very clean, well lit and safe. Would definitely recommend

Although this place is clean for the most part. But its highly an inconvenience NOT TO HAVE A PLACE TO PUT GARBAGE! No dumpster for tenantsas I was told by the office. How do you have storage units, which people pay monthly. And they cannot put things is a dumpster thats located onsite??? Makes zero sense!!! I would never rent here again

Ive used this facility close to two years. Many different Managers and workers. They were all nice except the Manager there presently, Jasmine. Shes nice so that you pay for a unit and write a good review, then her attitude changes. Shes rude, condescending, and non caring. Additionally, if you have issues with your unit she ignores it unless you call corporate and complain!
