This is a large and well stocked hardware and yard supply store. They have a wide selection of flowers and vegetables for gardens. An extensive paint selection and tool selection in addition to all the other items youd expect to find in a well stocked hardware store. The staff are always friendly and helpful every time Ive ever gone in.

Did not have what I was looking for but the young man was helpful in recommending others items I could use.

It’s so disappointing to see stores disregard the safety of their customers. Wearing masks has been proven to protect people from spreading COVID.I suppose you could interpret it as them trying to say both masks and Joe Biden are useful... but I doubt it.

This is the first hardware store I go to to buy what need before going to a big box store. Support local. Buy local. Hands down you will never have a better experience

The Gentleman that loads out stuff like Whole pallets of concrete in the back. I got there 10 minutes to close in time before I shut him down and told him I was here to pick up another pallet of concrete. Without fail he happily went and got back on his forklift and retrieved the pallet for me . Thats what I call keeping it real! I Thanked him for His services, Then tipped40 bucks!

Staff is always right there to give a hand and store is always neat and well keep. I go here a lot and most of the time they will have what i need and saves me that trip back to farmington for whatever . Thanks Thomas

They dont believe in masks or protecting our community/Native population. Owner displays his garbage views all over the outside of the store, bringing shame to every ACE Hardware store across the country. I would never set foot in this place. Disgusting.

When workers are more focused on each other than customers (this is the tellers mind you) it makes for a long wait to check out. They normally are great but today we had to wait.

Awesome friendly service if you cant find it they will help you locate what youre looking for love their veggie plants in the spring.

I absolutely love this store! The girl at the front who answered my phone call, Sierra, helped me out in the best of ways. She was able to handle my order over the phone and make sure that when I arrived at the store, there were guys here to load up my order for me. I had my kid in the car and we have no air conditioner and she’s sleeping, and they truly helped me out with everything! I will definitely keep coming back here!

Got everything you had, was great help.

Been coming here for years but not any more. Yesterday one of Mikes little pet girl employees was extremely rude to me because I brought up a peice of rope to purchase and I didnt know the price for it. Instead of finding help she complained to me and was further upset that I didnt measure the rope. I come to this store to purchase hardware, not to get get talked down to by the cashier.

Spent $80 on plants that died in less than a week. Wouldnt do anything about it. Wont spend my money in there again!

The store was good but just need to train the younger staff alot better then having them stand around like they know what they are doing because it was sad too see the young kids thinking that he knows what he is doing but they truly need more training on all the products that your company is selling know just what they want to know because in the end it makes them look stupid standing their and walking around

Usually has what you need but alot of young staff that dont for sure know inventory but great enthusiasm to help so all in all great store but needs to carry all size bolts.

They carry items you cannot find in the big box stores.

Its always a good time walking into ACE Hardware. Friendly, helpful and attentive. And they cut pretty good keys. Also my son and I are loving the random used toys and games that are for sale by the garden area.

Great place! You will be greeted the minute you step in the door and one minute later, someone will offer to help. They dont try to upsell you on anything. They are always extremely friendly. Good return policy. Well stocked on a variety of items, from farm fresh eggs to dog leashes. Not just hardware! I love this place.

Helpful staff but most were not wearing masks and it appeared they were not requiring or asking customers to wear them.

I have a soft spot for locally owned hardware, farm and ranch stores. This one is definitely one of my favorites. The only thing I can think of to make it better is for them to sell firearms along with the ammunition they already offer.

Very clean organized, stocked with common every day items that you use, also have or specialty items or can also order. Very knowledgeable, professional and respectful and courteous staff. Great place to shop and get supplies. Highly recommend. I drive 8 miles from another town to this store because it is to me outstanding.

My husband rented a rug Dr here, and I had to take it back while he as at w work. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way to return it, but I had my two very young children with me, and might need some assistance. I think her name was Cheryl, but she was very kind. Assured me that when I pull up theyd have someone cone out,get the rug Dr, hand me the bill,get payment from me, go cash me or and bring me back my change. I got there and it all hastened very smoothly. Cant say howmuch I appreciated not having to take the babies out. They will definitely keep our business. Thank you guys

A little pricey, but comparable with other Aces. They probably have just about anything you need. Check them out before heading to Farmington for discount stores. Friendly, knowledgeable staff eager to help.

Terrible customer service. Every single time my family and I come here we are dissapointed. Do not recommend. There was even an incident where my step dad was targeted for his ethnicity by the boss. We waited on a delivery for 3 weeks and ended up just getting a refund because they didnt know how to explain themselves and literally told me our boss wont send the order in. Horrible experience.

This place is certainly centered around customer service. At times they can almost be overbearing but I think its because they are also very focused on preventing theft. Overall the staff is friendly, the selection is good, and the prices are reasonable. I dont hesitate to make a quick trip inside when I dont want to go all the way to Farmington.

I rated this store 1 star. Why? 7.00 for item when walmart has the exact same item same size for 1.98.. Run into this alot..City wants us to shop in town but why would we when they are overcharging!!! Alot of people we talk with say the same thing. WORTH GOING TO FARMINGTON TO SHOP...SAME WITH THE GROCERY STORE!!!

Great staff, this guy was impressively knowledgeable of PVC and CPVC pipes and very professional.

They are always happy and very helpful , Thank you very much.

My only complaint is that they have a piss pore selection of spray paint. The vast majority of their stock have a cheap spray nosil that clogs easily after the first use. Prety much all of their spray paint is krylon or Ace brand. A little more options would be nice.
