Denise is always so rude when I get her as a cashier, she has no customer service skills and has an extremely nasty attitude every time.I really appreciate cashiers Jason and Alexis, they’re great employee’s and are always so helpful!

This pharmacy is absolutely awful when it comes to calling them to get answers about meds or refills. You are left on hold for very long periods of time.

Horrible customer service! No one ever picks up the phone at the pharmacy and are very slow!

Staff very knowledgeable & helpful. Took care of me very well while I was getting my Covid 19 vaccine. Follow social distancing guidelines very well.

This CVS is amazing!! Deja at pharmacy helped me with my covid vaccine.I thought she was humble and helpful. Then the shot was administered by ElenaThe worker who was above and beyond amazing was REUBEN. This guy sat everyone down was upbeat and checking on all the “patients” while we rested for 15 min.Most people would not really focus too hard on this task. But he was literally a legend. I recommend going here for amazing customer service and definitely will always recommend.Thank you guysAfrim SINA

This place need to have a sign. They had construction going on and the attitude the young lady had towards us was horrible. She act as if we came to her house and disturbed her. They need on line service or computers.

Very neat and well stock store with great staff. The cashier line can be long at certain times of the day.

Denise was extremely rude on more than one occasion.

This CVS location is a little differently laid out than other stores in the area. I will say the staff is friendly and the parking lot on the side of the building is ample. Be sure to take care when pulling out of that parking lot as visibility is limited.

Love to shop here when I need things, but I wish they just had for Cashiers, they never have enough cashiers ringing up people and then the lines can get very long. And one thing I didnt like when I last went there was that the cashier was just walking around the store looking at things when I was ready to checkout, and then she says to me Oh, Dont you want to use the self-checkout machine. I rather go to a cashier over a self-checkout machine because these machines are a pain in the neck to use. It is so much easier to go to a cashier, as long as they are at their post.

The staff is friendly and the parking lot is huge. Very convenient spot with quite a few stores and eateries in walking distance

I love CVS and always shop here, but the elderly blonde cashier who works at this particular location is the slowest and least helpful employee I have ever encountered. My boyfriend and I just walked out of the store after she spent 5 minutes ignoring us to talk to the man in front of us. We tried to get her attention to check our ID to purchase cold medicine at the self checkout, and she simply ignored us. This isnt the first time I have had issues with her. Get new staff!

The absolute WORST pharmacy. Do yourselves a favor and find somewhere else to go.

Unfortunately the pharmacy staff at this CVS never have any prescriptions ready on time. I dont typically go out of my way to write a bad a review about any place, considering that there is always room for human error but this pharmacy has disappointed me consistently. I cant skip any days on the medications I am on and have spent countless hours on the phone trying to make sure that I can pick up my script on time, which never seems to be the case. I will not be returning to this pharmacy going forward and hope that for anyone using their pharmacy can eventually get better service.

Most of the customers here are either drunk or druggies.......which explains some of the positive or even mediocre reviews...because I have been forced to use this CVS the past 6 months and have only had 2 positive experiences during checkout. Its sad how those moments are engrained in my mind. The other times I have been there, the best response Ive gotten from the cashiers is grunting...which I guess is superb compared to the several cashiers on their phone AND flipping through magazines at the same time while I stood waiting to get out of there. Seriously-- do people around this area just have NO standards whatsoever?

Never find what you are looking for!!! In pandemic NO alcohol NO Tylenol NOThermometers. NO hand sanitizer. for days and weeks !!!!!!! Don’t waste your time !!!!!

Every time I enter this location I have to deal with the ignorance of their uneducated staff who lack in customer care and customer service. . . Not all of the staff sucks but the good ones are overpowered by the rude, loudmouths left in charge. clearly they dont understand what it means to put the customer’s need first .This location should really put their staff in check. I gave a 2 star solely for the few good people that actually work and care for their customers. Thank you!!

I go here purely for the PHARMACY! the rest of the entire store I could not care less for.... and I will leave a proper review for the pharmacy itself in a few minutes. The main store gets about 1 star as they are always understaffed, the cold drink coolers seemingly have never been refilled, and Ive never spent less than 10 minutes in line as they only ever seem to have 1 cashier. The pharmacy gets 5 stars which makes me actually enter the building... so call it 3 stars since Ive learned to just go pick up my meds and not attempt to shop.

Online states theyre open until 10. I got here at 9:45 to find both doors locked. I went first to the back then to the front. Frustrated, I got in my car (its 19 degrees outside) and called the store. Someone answered and I asked if they close at 10 and he said yes but were cleaning up alreadyMaybe they should reflect that on their website and change their hours. Had I known they would close the doors 15 minutes prior to advertised time, then I wouldnt have bothered coming to this location and go to the next town instead.

I always have a great experience, just need more cashiers to check customers. Self checkout would be great

I dropped off my prescription to the pharmacy the end of October for November 2 of them that . This is because I knew I would forget or even misplace it .I go today pick up a few things walk to pick and the tech tells me sorry theres nothing here for you at pick up please go to drop off. I already knew this was going to get interesting. As I approach the other tech and inform her that I left a prescription with them before I can get a word she says What!? Not how can I help you Unprofessional I want to know whats going on with my script the pharmacist comes as well says they dont know where it is calls the doctor repeating our conversation like just to make sure what Im saying is true because, the tech did not do her job and input the information as soon as she got it . Smiling and amused the whole time the pharmacist. Final outcome my child cannot get his meds its a big joke and they want me to pick.up another prescription so they can lose it again. There was no apology let me see what we can do just go somewhere else.

Ive never once gone to their pharmacy and actually picked up a prescription on time. No matter what it is, no matter what I need, there is some delay. I dont know who runs their inventory there but they need to start doing a ten times better job.Go to the Montclair CVSs, they will actually fill your prescription when you hand it to them.

Returned item on the same day was returned with a deducti9n 25% off. Box in mint condition. Just because I threw the receipt.This is THEFT and its unacceptable.

When I tried to return and exchange the item I was disappointed. As I am not a member (I don’t have I’d) I can’t return or exchange on any item purchase.
