I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I was there this past Monday and it was a black female at the register who makes me feel very uncomfortable every time I see her. The female and the guy who appear to be the manager did not speak to me or smile at all. They just constantly stared at me. The lady at the register spoke very low she ALWAYS act like she never want to be there. After I paid for my items she just gave me the bag and did not say “have a nice day” or nothing. Very POOR customer service. None of them appear to be friendly at all and one is always on her phone at the register every time I go in there.

The store was not open at 10:00am as it stated on the site. Two female employees were extremely unprofessional,using profanity at the register along with being on their cell phones. Very poor customer service skills.

My teenage daughter ❤ this store. Returns and exchange are easy and prices are reasonable.

I was very disappointed with my visit. We need to teach young people how to deal with customers and understand that they come before you eating on the floor and checking your phone. Ugh!

Love this store..carry all sizes for women and clothing for children..This store is well-organized and clean. The employees were very helpful. The clothing are reasonable prices $5-10 sales items. Nice dress up and dress down outfits and a great price range of $15 - 25.. And up. The only downfall.....no changing room, so your unable to try on the clothing. They do offer cash refund in 7 days so am still happy. Clothing goes pretty fast in the store, so if you see it buy it...

Inexpensive clothes however, I had about 10 pieces to try on. The sales person said there was no changing area. Very disappointing. I ended putting everything back.

Terrible experience the manger was very mean not friendly at all. I must say the lady who was working was a very nice lady. The guy was extremely mean mangers are the face of the store .

Amazing. Reasonably priced clothing and awesome sales. And the staff is lovely and super helpful

Horrible services. Waited to check out (no line) and the 2 employees were to busy talking, and on their phones never helped me out even after I said excuse me 3 times. Finally just left the stuff I was going to buy there and yelled, they finally got up with mean mugging faces as if I was wasting their time.

I wont be shopping here again. No fitting rooms. You have to pay for parking. The store hours are not listed at the front of the store. The store hours online differ. From the time they actually open. Sales associates are not friendly.

Horrible....manager is a nasty and rude man. I asked if I could try on dresses I wanted to buy, he (with an attitude) said no fitting room and I can buy and get money back after 7 days, absolute insanity! Never again....if youre like me and need to try on before you buy (which most women do) DO NOT GO HERE!

Thursday 10:00 am shiftI walked in to see some sandals that were in the front window. I asked for her assistance and she gave a nasty additude and she did not try and help me find them , they should really improve there customer service and maybe not have a grinch working in the morning

No fitting rooms cant buy certain items because if they dont fit you cant return it.
