DO NOT GO HERE. They will lie and not do the service you ask for. I scheduled a 60,000 mile service for my crosstrek went in spoke to the attendant and let him know (Louis) that I was doing a 60,000 mile maintenance. When I picked up my car it was outside windows open on the sidewalk with keys inside. Anyone could of taken it. I paid for my car and when I reviewed the receipt it stated reoccurring 30,000 mile maintenance. I asked Louis what was going on and he stated that it was the 60,000 mile maintenance that is why it says reoccurring. I told him I don’t see the parts for spark plugs he said the 60,000 mile maintenance does not include that. I said yes it does it states it on your website and it does not say additional service. He said no that would be $500 more. I go home and look up the website. I was right it is part of the service. I called back and called Subaru corporate and now they are saying I asked for the 30,000 mile maintenance. DO NOT trust this place and if you have to go here make sure you get in writing what they are going to do! Never going here again first ever problem I’ve had with Subaru I am very disappointed especially since Subaru states in their Manuel to replace spark plugs at 60,000 miles. That was the whole reason for my service.Update: They stated they were going to contact me but still no call Liars STAY AWAY!

We have been going to Lynne’s Subaru for a few years now. Makes sense to go to a Subaru specialist. We don’t love that we have to pay a lot each time we go for our 6-month “check-up,” since various things need tending to that the mechanics find or recommend. It’s hard to know what’s vital or “extra” and since we don’t know how to fix a car ourselves, we end up paying per their recommendation. I was happy at my most recent visit with Lewis as my service rep. He was patient and kind and made sure to explain what needed maintenance, what we did at previous visits and making sure I got the best coupon savings. Thanks, Lewis!

I had a very good experience when i went to Lynnes Subaru in Bloomfield. Unlike three other dealerships i had visited, this dealership, for me, is the best. From the moment i entered, i was greeted pleasantly by the floor staff and personally attended to by Miguel Sanchez, the sales/leasing consultant. Miguel was not only friendly, honest, and patient but had shown professionalism and great expertise in asking what would best suit my needs and financial budget. He had presented multiple options in types of vehicle, finance vs lease, as well as savings. He even arranged for a loaner while Im waiting for my chosen car. Furthermore, instead of getting an Uber, he offered to pick me up and brought back home when the need arise going to their dealership. Henrique was very helpful in suggesting to check something before my incurring an expense. I appreciated that honesty. Once I chose to go ahead they found a problem but they did not do the 26 point check they had promised. They said I could take the car back another time to do it!! It is not easy to do so. Not only had I waited 4 days for an appointment but I had to arrange for people to pick me up and drop me off for the hours I had left my car to be checked.

Courteous and thorough service. The waiting room is small and masks are not required (I didnt see any of the employees wearing masks), so if this is a concern for you make plans to do something else or wait somewhere else while your car is being serviced.

An excellent experience all the way around.It was easy to schedule and appointment. Upon arriving at the Service Center, a mechanic came out to get the car and I proceeded into the check-in/waiting area. The people at the desk were friendly and very helpful.I had to wait for my car to be serviced even though it would be several hours. I was offered a rental car, but it was easier for me to stay and wait. I appreciated the frequent updates about my car and how easy it was to check out.The waiting room was pleasant even for a long wait!

The first time I used this Subaru establishment, I got ripped off in prices and they didnt inform me about any recalls on my car. I went back to my original Subaru dealership, an hour away.The second visit was amazing! The gentlemen assisting me was super helpful and informative. The process was smooth and they did a great job!WHY DOES IT TAKE 4 PEOPLE to transfer me to the services department for repair and maintenance. Add several numbers to the website so customers can directly call who they need to speak to.Otherwise great work, thank you :)

Before we walked into the Subaru dealer we were greeted by a warm smile and friendly hello. The service was amazing. Steve was awesome not a pushy salesman at all. ( which was refreshing) He listened and he brought the right car out for us to test drive. We loved it and bought it!!! What we did not expect was to have a tutorial of how to use the car also. The last car we bought they did not do that. Jackson was awesome also. He took his time and went through every thing that we needed to know.

To say this was the worst buying experience of my life would be an understatement. My husband and I went to the dealership in May and knew exactly what we wanted after a test drive. We were told inventory was low due to the pandemic (which we totally understood) but we would have our car in a few weeks. We were also told that we would be kept updated on the progress of our car. We were very open minded to different colors and said we would be happy with whichever came in first. After several weeks without any updates, my husband and I started calling the dealership and got a new answer every time (the car will be in next week, Ill call you tomorrow, give me the weekend, etc.). Finally, at the end of June we were told the car would be in the week of July 12. I called the Friday before to check in and I was told everything was going as planned and I would get a call on Monday. I did not get a call on Monday. We called on Tuesday and left a message and never heard back. Finally, I called on Wednesday and spoke to Lou my sales rep who said they actually never got the car which had been promised to me. He said he would call me back on Friday with an update and if I were to go with a higher model, they would not charge me any more than my original negotiated price. I once again had to call on Friday, and Lou gave three unrealistic options (one used, Outback when we wanted a Forester, and one of the higher model that did not have a firm arrival date). I was also told if I were to go with the higher model, I would have to pay more money which was the opposite of what I was originally told. We had put down a deposit on the car and when we found out we would not be getting a car from this dealership, we asked for the money back. We were told it would take 24 hours and in reality it took 5 days and at least 5 phone calls to get it back. This is not an inventory issue because I understand that cars are really hard to come by. The issue is being lied to and jerked around for 2 months. When we finally decided to go to another dealership, we were able to drive off the lot with a new Subaru Forester the next day at Ramsey where we were treated like actual human beings.

Its been 5 weeks and I still have not received my tags. I called in and they asked for my insurance which means they never filed the paperwork at all. Serigo in sales was absolutely terrible at getting back to me during the entire process. I should have listened to the other reviews and gone to another subaru dealership. Also, the finance person, John, kept trying to add on a $4000 warranty, and despite us saying no, he still tried to sneak it in twice during the process. I would not recommend anyone go to this facility. Its sad google doesnt offer zero stars because that is what they deserve.

I purchased a car here and regret doing so because the customer service was poor and slow. The finance person was slimy and tried to get me to sign something I didnt agree on. And the person who sold me the car said that I wouldnt need to use certain functions of the car (i.e paddle shifters) because I am a female. I paid off my car and received the title in the mail, which had a typo in my name and the dealership refused to correct it. Its been a terrible experience, I dont recommend anyone going here. There should be a zero star rating available because thats what I would rate it.

I come here for parts all the time and the parts guys are greatI dropped my girlfriends car off to get the cel diagnosed and while they did fix the problem by using the dealer computer to clear the code , they tried to come up with some lame reason as to why it was happening and up sell me a $3500 job that it didnt need, and they werent even sure that would fix it. It was just a starting point. I feel bad for whoever gets duped but them in that aspect.

So where do i start? I purchased a 2019 Subaru Legacy from Lynnes in Bloomfield June of 2021 the car was awesome the salesman whose name i cannot remember right now was awesome. 6 days later my car was totaled due to flood 🥴. This was my first Subaru and although i did not have the car for long i fell in love with the features of the car so i decided i would purchase another Legacy. At the time Lynnes did not have any Legacy i was interested in so i went to open road in union nj. When it was time to sign the purchase agreement and figure out the warranty they (open road) let me know that i would have to cancel the warranty on the old Subaru through Lynnes to get one on the new one i was buying. I did what they said and submitted the total loss paperwork to the finance manager at Lynnes he assured me he would submit it and it would take approximately 45 days to be refunded which i was fine with it is now September you hear me? I have been calling Lynnes on and off for about a month first the finance manager was on vacation and no one else knew about the situation so i would have to wait for him to come back… he never called i had to call him several times for me to even speak with him…he was very rude condescending and seemed annoyed that i was trying to find out about my money…i called Subaru September 17th and they told me that Lynnes had NEVER submitted the paperwork. If i had never called Subaru i would still be waiting for him to reach out to me..i was reading other reviews before i posted and they seem all to be good but my experience was far different from anyone else’s…seems to me when they are taking your money it is all good but when it is time for a refund they lose all their professionalism. I would not recommend a anyone i know to Lynnes 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Do better with your customers Lynnes!

This review is specifically about the service department. I did not purchase my Subaru here because they didnt have the vehicle I wanted. I came here for service because it is the closest Subaru dealer to my home. Unfortunately, my experience here was not the greatest. I brought my car in for an alignment and off-center steering wheel. After my first visit I felt the alignment was okay but the steering wheel was still not centered. I brought it back and explained the issue but again, after the second attempt to correct the steering wheel, it was not resolved. My third time back I spoke with the service manager, John. He was very pleasant but explained that there was nothing they could do to straighten the wheel without throwing the alignment off again. This just didnt sound right to me since Ive had this done to vehicles Ive owned in the past and have even had people tell me that centering the steering wheel is supposed to be part of a properly performed alignment. He also suggested that the car, which was pre-owned, may have been in an accident that was not reported and not on the vehicles history report. If this was the case then I would have expected them to maybe look for damaged parts after the first failed repair but I guess that wasnt the case. But after already wasting so much time here and not wanting to waste anymore I didnt think it worth it to push the issue any longer. So I am left thinking either they didnt want to spend the time to do it because I didnt buy the car here, or they just arent proficient enough to do it properly. And while the people here were very friendly, the whole service with a smile thing doesnt mean much to me if the service isnt up to par. Ill definitely be taking my car elsewhere going forward since I dont have much confidence in the service department here. If they cant perform a simple alignment then theres no way I would trust them with something more complex.

I honestly would never bring my car here again. I had a check engine light and was told they did not have the proper people on staff to diagnose it, couldn’t tell me if it was under warranty or not, couldn’t get a ride back to pick my car up. Just a bunch of nonsense nobody should deal with. If you’re just getting a Noyle change you should be fine but anything more I would suggest for you not to bring your car here.

A Horrible Experience: I found a vehicle in their inventory and was assured it was available. I took it for a test drive and sounds started emanating from the right side of the car. They took at look at it. Then the salesperson came over to me and told be that the car was already sold. and I was also told that you had to finance the vehicle. This was a ploy to get me into the dealership. I was informed that the person who told me the vehicle was available receives 25 dollars for each call and that I should call the manager when making inquiries. DONT USE THIS Dealership!

The customer service was amazing and I felt completely safe and comfortable seeing that we are still in the middle of a pandemic. The service was fine. Came for a full service. The receipt said all the oils were supposed to be topped off but when I got home and popped the hood, the oils weren’t replenished. Kind of annoyed about that but otherwise the service was fine.

This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Asia was so helpful getting to our price point. We got right to business, no games. I am not tech savvy and Jackson was super helpful explaining all the features of our vehicle. The whole Lynn’s family really took care of us and made us feel like family!

The staff seemed very unorganized throughout the entire process. The time it took to complete the purchase process was exceptionally long and drawn out (over 8-hours waiting, most of that time waiting for the car to be detailed). The dealership had to transfer my trade-in from my name into theirs. The process took an inordinate amount of time and I couldnt get a straight answer from the staff. The dealership was not responsive about the time it would take to complete the process and the story kept changing about what they would need from me to transfer the vehicle and complete the trade. Also the story kept changing about the time it would take to get a check cut. Still have not received a check for my trade-in and havent heard back from them as to when I can expect that money. Love my Subaru but would not recommend this dealership.

They were very good about keeping me up to date on the status of several repairs and one recall that needed to be done on the vehicle. They were pleasant and courteous. The loaner car was excellent and very useful.

My experience here was just amazing. The person who helped me was Tommy, and hes honestly the best. He helped me out a lot. Hes really patient and you can tell he generally want to help you and is not like these car dealers who try to scam you. Thank you so much tommy

What a scam. I have a 2011 Forester and had it towed to the service dept. when the engine blew. They told me it would cost $13,000 to diagnose and put in a new engine. The car isn’t even worth that. So I called my local Subaru in Brooklyn and they told me to get my car out of there, it should never cost that much. I had it towed to Bay Ridge Subaru and they replaced my engine with a brand new one for $5,000. How did Lynne’s come up with a price more than double that?

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for airbag recall. Dropped the car off the night before and was already asked if I needed the car the next day. Didn’t have a loaner, so I needed the car back. Called at 2pm to find out the status of the car and was told a specialist needs to finish the work for a recall that has been going on for 2 years. Got a call at 5pm that the car was done and they close at 5:30. Dealership in PA that I bought the car at was much better. Won’t be going back to Lynnes.

It was a great overall experience purchasing a new vehicle. They wont pressure you, and will work with you. Of course do your research and come in knowing what your looking for. Aside from that high Doc fee thats, they’ll give you a good deal. Also ask for Asia Kates, she’ll take your car buying experience to another level! Management team was very customer oriented and nice. Highly recommend their sales dept.

I went to browse and immediately informed the salesman that I was waiting on a check from my insurance for a total loss vehicle - I only wanted to browse and begin my search. The salesman was extremely pushy, berating me to run my credit, put down a deposit to lock in a price and so on. I understand they have to try to secure sales, but there was zero effort to sell the car or explain offers, incentives, and options. Just push to secure a dollar and send you packing. I will be getting a vehicle elsewhere because of this experience.

Came for key fob replacement appointment.Waited two hours and left with partial key fob and must return other for yet another appointment. If the part was not available why not inform me prior to my arrival or at least when I arrived.A very disorganized and frustrating experience. It’s not the first time.

I have to say that the service I received from Erminda Garguilo was truly exceptional She took her time to explain the work that was being performed and was both thorough and courteous. What a pleasure it was to work with someone so knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions.
