I went in to drop off a package and ship out a pair of 3x16 round shipping tube that weighted 1.2lbs. They told me $34 was the cheapest each. I went home and did the online tool and it was $13 for both. It is fine place to drop stuff off, but purchase ahead of time.

Love this store and the customer service team. We ship a lot and are in the store every week to pick up and drop off shipments. They have some of the nicest people working there. Really fast and courteous, knowledgeable about the delivery services. We always know well get great service.

When I go to this location (Central Ave.) to return my Amazon returns I always have a very pleasant quick easy in and out experience. I have my QR codes ready for them to scan and they hand me my receipt and Im on my way. Ive never had any issues and I will continue to go to this location as the gentleman and lady that I normally see are always nice.

Girl Marissa is very rude, doesnt seem like she wants to work here. Get a different job crabass. I asked her to tape the sides of my small box. I dont know if Im allowed to grab the tape myself! And its like i asked her to run a mile! Never coming here again, disgraceful! Thanks for ruining that experience, sending gifts to a loved-one. Hire adults, not children!!

Absolute garbage customer service. I tried to return an order I received from a company. UPS shipped that order. The piece came unboxed & destroyed. UPS was going to charge me to return it even with a return for free form. He basically said the product would likely be thrown away if it was shipped like this. Well how was it shipped like that in the first place without being thrown away? Why would they ship product that is visibly destroyed to a customer? Then I have to pay and jump through hoops for is a tremendously easy fix. (The company that sent the product had free returns but you had to ship it back how you received it.) Hope it was worth it to get a horrible review. The pictures I have attached is exactly how my package arrived. My room mate said he saw the UPS driver throw the package around as well. Terrible company with terrible service.

I use fulfillment by Amazon and always ship at this UPS store. Sometimes I will come in with 15 large boxes. The owner Tom is very nice and always helps me with what I needed. I will recommend this store to anyone. Thank you!

I would rate a 0 if I could! Please be careful! This store only wants to make profit from your hard earned money ! They will charge you TWICE as much as the USPS for the same service! They will make you believe that they can do it faster but they cant! And they will blame everything on you or someone else! Just go to the USPS and do everything there if you want to save a headache!

Completely rude and an embarrassment to the ups franchise. Can’t even answer a simple question without attitude. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get your questions answered. Look at their responses to negative reviews. Blaming the customer and mocking them is a great business model. They need to be shut down.

Its really unfortunate that I was scolded by the UPS Store Associate over how badly the condition of the corrugated box was when I went in to return a defective Amazon product with the Q.R. CODE that USPS Delivered 3 weeks prior. He felt that it was not secure, questioned if I or someone I know, intentionally damaged the box or if it was the carrier that delivered it like that when I received it.Now look, Im no expert when it comes to recycled shipping boxes but there is no fricken way that I would damage a box intentionally, regardless of whether or not the contents are inside. The icing on the cake was when he said Just so you know, were not held responsible if anything goes wrong out of the ordinary.Uhmmm yea neither am I.*Shrugs Shoulder* 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️.

I needed something printed because my printer was on the fritz, and the staff told me it could only be done online (which estimated the print date to be two days from the day of order) or in their store. I opted for the in store option because I needed to print what I was printing the same day. On the website it would charge me 18¢ but in person they charged me a $1.95 computer fee for using their computer to pull up the document, plus more money per page. The computer was an old piece of junk with a sticky mousepad, and a messed up screen, something that I would give somebody for free if I owned it. They may be okay for timely prints, however if you need something faster, do not waste your money here paying a crazy amount of money in a ludicrous computer fee. Go to the library or somewhere else.

This store is a joke. The customer service is non-existent. I had UPS schedule a pick up for a package and UPS to provide the label, they stopped by and left a post it note saying take it to the store with no label. So I take it to this store and ask for the label and the first thing the manager says is We are not affiliated with the drivers, we are a franchise. Ok, I just need the return label. I ask for him to print the label with the tracking number and he wouldnt even look on his computer. His excuse was he had no way of looking up the tracking number, their systems are not connected.This is coming from the Manager Thomas Koch. I can look up the tracking number on my phone and the UPS store doesnt have access to information. I then asked him for his store ID number and he said they didnt have one. Refusal to give your store number out? Really? Dont worry I found it, your store number is #4271. Needless to say he was worthless in any assistance and rude. Avoid this store and UPS at all costs.

I see I am not the only one leaving a bad review for this location. I showed up at 6:53pm and they are suppose to close at 7 and everything was shut down and they couldnt take my package. When youre open until 7, your computers stay up until 7. I drove out of my way and rushed to get here after work only to be told she couldnt help me. Ridiculous.

I walked into this store today to send a router back to century link with a pre-paid label on it. I forgot to take the box shut, the lady at the counter told me they charge $1.50!!!!!!!!!!!!! To tape the tiny box closed!!!!! I thought she was joking, I asked her 3 times if she was serious... She had a hell of an attitude about it so I gave her one back. She then tried to take my package to the back room, I said I want to see you tape that shut since I paid $1.50 for it!!!! She grabed the tape gun from under the counter and taped it shut.... I dont no why she needed to try and take it some where else when the tape gun was rite at her immediate reach.. Lets see if my package actually makes it there... I will never set foot into that ridiculous store again...

Went in to check to see if a package for my sister had been delivered, owner said delivery service could come anytime “between 1 min - 45 mins”. So I leave and decide that instead of driving back and forth to check up on it, I’ll call. Called a total of 4 times within 4 hours with no answer. Finally, I left a message for them to call me back when the packages had been delivered. No response. I drive back down there, the store is completely empty, but there are 3 employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves. I go up to the counter, get my package, and leave. 2 mins into my drive I decide to call them again to see if, even though the store was empty, they would answer. Nothing. So don’t rely on phone calls from them. Instead, waste your gas driving back and forth to check and see if your package has arrived.

Went in to mail something at this location just like I have many times before.This time was so bad I cant believe he is still allowed to work with customers. He made many comments that should have never been made to a customer like which included a comment of we dont make any accommodations for people with walkers, wheel chairs or broken in any way. I walk with a cane and have extreme difficulty getting around and I am considered disabled by the government.I asked for my receipt 4 times to which his answer was its not working and finally just gave me a label. Imade a comment that this would be the last time I went to his location and he said Good I am tired of looking at you.I asked for his name and he said Tom, so I went to grab a business card and he grab them before I could and said you cant have one of those because I paid for themI hope that UPS an get this guy out of this location. I will not ever return to this location unless major changes happen. I doubt I will use UPS if this is their new service.

People often confuse USPS (United States Postal Service) labels with UPS (United Parcel Service). The UPS Stores will happily take both USPS and UPS packages as a free courtesy but (competitors have fees for this), just as the post office requires, an individual does need to take the responsibility of packaging and/or securing their own packages. It is an option for them to pay a small fee for someone else to do it for them. At The UPS Stores only, it is a free service for dropping off UPS or USPS packages that are ready to ship. The UPS Stores, which are independently owned and funded while offering time and money saving services and locations, will ensure that all mailing/shipments are routed to the proper company. The best aspect I enjoy at The UPS Store is the same low rates given direct at the major hub location. Some people still do not know that other shipping locations without UPS in their name jack up the rates, but The UPS Stores have easily found locations with the lowest rate. The following review is an example of a confused individual whom demands that other people conduct their own personal responsibilities and liabilities that he could not himself perform.

The lady who works there is very friendly and professional and makes me feel taken care of. The prices of their stamps and to fax something is ridiculous and they seriously over charge you, so I wont be using either of those services there, but the service is good.

I had the worst experience with this ever. When I came in there to bring my 58 inch smart tv. I asked the girl that worked there, if is safe to ship tv & she said is fine. They always ship tv a cross the state & they don’t got no problems with them. Ok so I pay 190 for my shipping then once my tv was delivered. The enter screen was broken & my tv was damaged. I called the store & spoked the manager there he name is Tom. Very rude & disrespectful to talk too. He send me an email that says they not responsible my $1000 tv that was damaged. So I suggest anyone to ever go there & ship anything there. Because they don’t care about your items but they fees they charge.

They charged me $5 to print a label the label was supposed to include shipping then they charge me for a box $13 for item it already had a return label from T-Mobile. T-Mobile said just drop it off with UPS. USPS I can ship an envelope that size for for the price they charge just to print the label

Tried to charge me $8 for a small box and $4 to tape up two boxes, what a joke! Mauricio was the RUDEST person I have ever worked with. USPS lets you tape up your packages for free and boxes are as cheap as $1.99.

TERRIBLE customer service for the owner! Had my baby in the car seat and he made me run in and outside with him in the cold to get my wallet to pay $2 for a tiny piece of tape.Stop being cheap and just let someone use a tiny piece of tape from the huge roll sitting there. Don’t say it’s a “liability issue” when it’s suddently not a liability if I pay.

Unethical business. Tried to charge over $5 to print a single sheet of paper. Went elsewhere paid 12 cents. This is the equivalent of pay $40 for a single bottle of water, basically stealing.
