It was so nice working with Maggie to find my new home. I appreciate all the help and Im excited to be moving into my new place. I had tried on my own without a realtor, but found the task to be very daunting and even came to a dead end especially with working almost full time each week. The place she found is located better for me and my family and is reasonably priced. All I could find on my own was too far away from where I work.

Maggie is the best she helped us finance a house and Forest lake and she really dont with a lot from us we were complicated customers and he was the nicest lady and helped us through everything that you have to make me every time for pioneer mobile homes.

I bought my double wide from Pioneer Mobile Homes. I had a few issues with the repairman’s work and installations. I called Jeffrey(owner), he told me not to worry he’ll handle it. Issues were promptly handled and corrected by Jeffrey. Doesn’t matter where you buy your home, make thorough inspections before closing. Jeffrey’s will go the extra miles to get the work done and make me a happy customer.( I.e.) if his men didn’t show up he will show up for them just to get the job done & correct his peoples mistakes.

I very recently worked with Maggie on the sale of my mobile home. This person was a total rock-star on getting things done and following up through the entire process! Huge KUDOS to her in what can be a thankless task. I didnt expect fluff, but honesty! That is definitely what she does best and I am very happy with that! Pioneer Homes is great to do business with! Brian and Jeff found me a nice home within a month of meeting them, and were always great about keeping in contact with me! In addition to all of that, they work with any type of financial situation, are understanding and real people! Theyre not out to scam anyone. Any issues I had found with my new home, Jeff and Brian worked together to solve and did a superb job! They went way above and beyond typical standards, and are always striving to be better. With my family living out of town, it was challenging to schedule showing, closing, etc. but she went out of her way to make it as stress free and convenient as possible. Well we are in the the final stage of selling our home with Pioneer. So far so good we havent completed transaction final. The reason Im writing this is. I know in todays world It is hard to keep everyone happy. Jeff and Bonnie were at the park we live in to look at another home for sale. They looked at it and didnt buy it. The price was cheaper and unit was a little newer. They were getting ready to leave the park and seen our for sale by owner sign. Jeff knock on door just to take a look see. To make a long story short, He made offer and we took it. I ask him why he didnt get the other home? His reply was that it wasnt in his quality standard. This really Impressed me. I thought to myself that he doesnt just buy junk and try to unload on people. I like the fact he was really looking out for his future customer. I really Like and have time for real and true people. From day one of calling pioneer homes.I was connected to Maggie.. I started my search the beginning of April I looked at two homes in which we’re not my style.. Maggie sent me a pic of a home she thought I may like! SHE HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!! I LOVED IT! I felt like Maggie knew what my style was and what I was looking for.. we went back to the office to sign a purchase order.. I did have a few things to get accomplished before buying. the seller and Maggie made this so easy for me! I moved in on June 14th and I LOVE MY NEW HOME!! Brian and Jeff were great. A co-worker referred me to Pioneer. They sold my home in a short amount of time. Both Brian and Jeff kept me updated with the progress of the sale, and when it was complete I was satisfied and happy with the outcome. My home was listed with another company for 2 months and no success, then Brian stepped in and it was sold in a month. Thanks again to Brian and Jeff for the quickness and no worry transaction of the sale of my home. I would refer Pioneer and both Jeff and Brian to others who are looking to purchase or sell a manufactured home.

Made a special appointment on a Sunday to come meet with Brian. Drove to the office and waited.No show no call. Very unprofessional. I will never work with this business. I went to a competitor.

These guys are great they help you when you call they answer and if not they get back to you, both Brian and Jeff have helped out allot. Me and my son have had nothing but a great experience. They treat you like family and are willing to help in any way that they can. Thumbs up two times

Just closed a home and happy with the decision we finally made after few showings. Our seller was flexible ,helpful, and responsive during the whole process. If anyone is looking, definitely ask for Maggie!

Avoid this company! The agreement was that I would get $45,000 for the sale of my home. If they sold it for more, they would keep that profit. They sold it for $50,000. After paying off the loan, lot rent, and taxes, there was $6,857.09 left over. They kept it all instead of giving me the $1,857.09 that I was due. They wont give me copies of anything we signed claiming theyre internal documents - internal documents wouldnt require my signature. They also lied to me about the payoff amount on my loan. They said that they pushed it out so the payoff amount went down. Anybody knows that waiting longer to pay a loan means that more interest is accruing so the payoff would go up. They may have been in business for a long time but theyre doing so through unethical means. I encourage you NOT to deal with this company.****UPDATE 6/19/18****So now theyre admitting to a bait and switch. When I spoke with Maggie, she did not explain that the deal had changed. She just kept telling me that shes working with the bank...there wont be any fees...and so on. They STILL have not provided copies of any of the documents that were signed. We were also in contact with our lender and the management of the mobile home park. We were very open about our status on the home and our willingness to enter into a voluntary foreclosure. You didnt save us from anything. You sold our home and you kept more than what youre entitled to.So again, if youre looking to buy or sell a mobile home, avoid this company. They are not honest, they admit to changing deals so it suits them, they lied to our faces about the payoff amount on our loan, and they wont share any documentation with us.

Great help from Pioneer Custom Homes. We brought a home few months ago with Pang Xiong. Great guy to work with, and always updated us what going on or what is done. They are man with words, when they promised to do something and finish after closing, they kept their promise. I would recommend buyers to stop at Pioneer first, if they are looking to buy a manufactured home.

Stay away at all costs. They want you to put down three times or more the necessary amount if deposit to get a trailer. They claim banks wont work with you when they will. The same place that they had told me I needed all of that and wouldnt work with me is the same place I bought my trailer from. Go to the places or the bank directly. Do not come here.

I have filled out the application not once but twice here. I get told I needed a higher downpayment witch I already figured due to my situation. BOTH times I got the same treatment, noone returned my phone calls , noone EVER called me back . My searching for a home was dead in the water before It even started . Due to the higher downpayment I knew I would have to jump threw hoops and dance around the obstacles for me to own a home for my children . I was willing to do just that , I was determined to do so. I got the vibe they thought of me as lower calss . I was bothered by it so I gave up. I know better now and I am back on the hunt for my perfect home for me and my children. I hope pioneer homes learn to treat people with more Dignity as well as professionally. I will not put myself or my children threw trying a 3rd time with these people. There are other options out there and I will find one. Unfortunately I would not recommend pioneer homes. I would say do your research first make sure you will be treated as a person no matter what your credit score say .

Great people to work with when looking to buy a manufactured home in MN. I would recommend Pang Xiong for anyone, he is an awesome agent, kind, patience, funny, honest, and will fight for you to get a home. We brought a home in Anoka County, could not have done without Pioneers staffs. We ask them to replace carpet, they did it and we get to pick the color. We wanted to thank the service guys and woman too, they have done such a great job at our home.

My husband and I sold two trailers with pioneer. The first one they worked hard at selling and they walked with almost a third of my profit. The second trailer, I put the for sale sign in the window before they put it on the market and needless to say it never went on the market. They waited two and a half months for someone who saw the sign and who was on the fence about purchasing. We were pretty much forced to wait two and a half months for someone to get financed when it should have been on their website and on the market and being shown. Wouldve sold a lot quicker. When they finally stopped jerking us around with telling us a week or two tops, we got a call from pioneer one weekend and asked when we could be out (with two kids too) even before signing papers and talking money. It was a mess picking up our check (again they took almost a fourth to a third of our profit for not even putting it on the market) they finally called us, over two weeks of being moved out, saying our check was ready.They get the job done but it felt very unprofessional and like they were just in it for their cut.Even our buyer had complained about them to us for the unprofessional ism

These people have horrible business practices. We closed on the sale of our trailer 10/30/19 and they were supposed to pay it off the next day and now here it is 11/12/19 and it still has not been paid off! The ripped us off for 1,000 dollars and then jacked the price up 3,000 on the buyer WE found.

Rip off artists. Happy I didnt do business with them. Shady characters.

I had a great experience selling my mobile home,Brian was the guy helping me out,I have to say he did great, I didnt have to do anything they took care of everything, they always were making sure I knew what was going on, super easy, simple and fast, thank you Jeff and brian!

The owner doesnt know the meaning of doing business in an ethical manner. He has his employees do his dirty work for him and he wouldnt deal directly with me. I had signed a purchase agreement and put down 10% on the mobile home I wanted to purchase. I had an appointment to bring my realtor and daughter through to look at it. When we got there, only the painter and handyman were there. It wast until after that , I received a text from the employee that they had to cancel. It had been sent when I was already on the road to the appt. No reason given. When I had made my appointment, we worked around the other scheduled appointments. Later, I was told that he stated he was going to call me and had I received any calls from him. No I hadnt. Then she offered to give me his phone number. I asked what was going on and she replied that someone else had come and wanted to buy that house also. They had full cash and wanted occupancy by Feb. 1st. This was Jan. 20th. Then I was told that they had cashed my check and would issue me a refund check. I replied that they cant do that unless the deal was accepted and therefore the house should be mine. I then asked her to tell her boss to put on his big boy pants and do business in the proper manner and call me and deal with me directly. That hasnt happened. Since then she has text me to say that I had to show them proof that the check has cleared my bank before they would issue the refund. I have not replied to them, since they told me about cashing my check I put a stop payment on it.

My girlfriend and I had been looking at manufactured homes for a while and finally came across one we had to have. Brian helped us above and beyond what he needed to make sure we got the place. Also there were a few things that had issues but Jeff made sure that we were taken care of and I am very thankful we came across Pioneer Custom Homes. I would definitely recommend them!

Very unsatisfied with this place and their service! They were unable to help me, yet did not have the decency to let me know that they were unable to help me. I had to call to received that news. I hope you think twice before asking for their service or assistance!
