Dont bother going here if you have a out of state license. Take your business somewhere else because they dont know how to read birth dates. The kid behind the cash register with long hair and glasses sold booze to my younger sister (that is 21) with the same license as mine and he even recommended different beers to her. I dont know what the hell was wrong with mine.

The cashier did not allow my friends and I to purchase anything because our wisconsin licenses were vertical instead of horizontal (??) Said it was “illegal”, when it’s a valid license and I’ve never had a problem anywhere else before. The cashier was very rude about the whole thing and treated us like children. Also they did not enforce the mask wearing policy. Terrible, will never come here again.

Dirty run down facilities that are literally falling apart. Doors on cooler falling off. Floors look as mud. Selection is mediocre; basics only. As a former MGM employee I can say this is the absolute worst example of the entire chain (how they got/keep a franchise license is flabbergasting 🤯). Go literally anywhere else and you will be happier. Even if you pay more!

Cashier rude and disrespectful. I have been in there a few times now I told her she was rude everytime I come in and that I was going to call her manager. She told me “To go ahead by all means”! I don’t know her name she has long dark hair she was working 12/23/20 the weather is very bad outside or I would not even had bought anything and went somewhere else!! I won’t ever be back even tho it’s close I would spend my money elsewhere for here on out!

Conventional choices for standard and special beer brews. Inventory could be more robust--wheres the Kato beer? I dont usually travel in this direction so next week it is back to Total Wine for a greater selection of beers.

I like this MGM. The staff is super nice and check in on you if you are staring at the different liquors. No matter how long the lines are, I never feel like Im waiting a long time. Location is relatively easy to get into and the patking lot is plenty big. They have more options than most liquor stores and are extremely helpful when you are looking for something specific. I really wish they carried Jonahs Curse spiced rum. That would probably earn them a fifth star from me.

Great store always clean & friendly. Great prices ALWAYS. Check out their wine tastings spring & fall. They also do beer tastings. Fantastic mgr. They give you a lot of great 1 on 1 service & can help you find whatever you need. I dont go often but I usually make it worth my while when I do.

The guy there was very rude with me when I tried to pay with my wifes card. Instead of simply asking me for another form of payment he threw the card back at me and said gave me a smart mouth condensing comment about the name on the card not matching. I was literally there a few days earlier and had no problem. When I let him know that though he called me a liar... They will never have my business again.

I really hate to give this store a 1 star but I hate the fact that these people follow you around the store like your gonna steal something, especially the dude with the long hair. I went on Christmas Eve, so the place was a zoo, but I greatly admired the staffs help and professionalism (many of them were actually dressed in shirts and ties). Ill definitely be back again!

Joe here: allows patrons to shop & purchase without face masks. When asked why was told “we’re not the mask police”. When I indicated that that means I can smoke in the store was told “that’s different” - huh ????

I purchased a keg here and rented one of their taps for a family celebration. After one night the beer was completely flat. It was an issue with the tap leaking while not in use and losing pressure. It was undrinkable. I brought it back and informed the cashier of the issue and he said that it had been a common complaint as of late and that they had ordered new taps as a result. I asked to speak to a manager and since they were renting out faulty taps and I had returned more than $50 worth of beer, perhaps I could receive store credit of some kind. He insisted that I had tapped the keg wrong though ive tapped several kegs in the past with no issue whatsoever and, as the cashier had mentioned, it has been an issue as of late. The manager refused any compensation or apology of any kind. I wont be returning and if youre planning on renting a keg from here, try to ensure its a good tap before you leave.
