Upgraded old intex with Doughboy and we love it, professional install in half a day to great service from Ryan had some issues and came out and took care of it!! Glad we went with these guys great company!!

**UPDATE** One Year Later: We love our pool more every day! Deck installed this year, still have crystal clear water due to the set up that The Pool Store recommended. I will and still send anyone having issues with water clarity to The Pool Store. ** Great staff! Exceptional product! After talking about putting a pool in for years, we finally decided to do it. Trust The Pool Store. Eric, Tony and the rest of the staff are the best in the biz and their knowledge shows. I will gladly pay a couple bucks more to support local and KNOW for sure what I am getting is the correct product for the pool they sold me.

Helpful people and good displays. Unfortunately they are out of stock on everything we talked about. Back ordered for over a year. We ended up ordering online from a vendor with several weeks delivery. Would’ve preferred these folks to buy local but they need to sort out or change their suppliers I guess.

I am a first time pool owner and all that I had to learn was a bit intimidating at first.Luckily I was turned on to the Pool Store and from day 1, they have answered all of my questions, did water samples for me any time I brought one, suggested the chemicals that I needed to use and how to use them and never once upsold me. Even when I suggested buying more of something I didn’t need.These guys are great and I would recommend them to anybody who has a pool.I pass 2 pool stores just to go see them.

We love our new spa. We really appreciated the service we received from the employees in the store. We had issues with the water chemical balance and I frantically called the store days in a row asking questions to fix the water. The staff were nothing but great and made sure that our spa was in working order and we knew how to handle the chemicals. We would highly recommend The Pool Store any day!

Great customer service here. We have an older pool and needed a part from a supplier no longer in business. They did the detective work to find the part and get it ordered.I highly recommend these guys.

When we were shopping for a pool one of our concerns was of the use of chemicals we would need to use to maintain it, specifically the use of chlorine. The pool store introduced us to new chemical products that they have available and they are incredible. They keep the water beautiful and we dont have to worry about the effects of chlorine on our skin or in our eyes.

Our Aqua Spa is still running as good as ever. Its a couple years old, and still runs like its brand new. We are so pleased with the folks at the Pool Store, they have been very kind and helpful whenever we have a question or concern.

I needed a liner for my 27 pool, but did not want to spend $700 that the Pool Store was charging. Many online prices were half as much. But, after stopping in to look at their options I wound up purchasing from these guys. They did not pressure me or make me feel stupid for the questions I asked. The Pool Store Inc. installed a 16 x 32 pool about five years ago. We regret nothing about using The Pool Store. Their staff and consultants are great; always have been very helpful and patient with us between the months of May and September. Whenever we have questions, they are always there to answer them.

The pool the staff at The Pool Store Inc. recommended to me is very simple and quick to maintain- just what I asked for. I have never had any problems with algae or the cost of chemicals. I appreciate how helpful and responsive the staff has been.

The only place we go to when we need assistance with pool chemicals and maintenance. Every time I come in someone is always right there, willing to help me. Everyone is so friendly, and great customer service makes a huge difference!

The staff at The Pool Store keep my aqua spa running great. Ive had it open for the past five summers and its never run better. They are great at keeping everything maintained and efficient.

We are very happy with our pool. We now have a great view looking down into our yard. It has added a very scenic touch and the blue colors of the water is very pretty.

We stopped by to bring a sample of our pool water to be tested (for free) since we could not (for the life of us) get the pool water to clear up after everything weve done. We were about to give up on our above ground pool but gave The Pool Store our last chance to clear up this pool. The water testing was fast and accurate. The staff was so knowledgeable and honest. He stated we did everything right and wouldnt recommend anything else. He asked about our pool cleaning habits and asked whether we wanted to try a higher quality (but didnt push us to buy it--it was totally optional since he said we were doing everything right). We took a chance and tried the filter (after all, we had already spent well over $100+ at Walmart for pool chemicals and such--whats another $11). Two days later the pool was crystal clear!!! The Intex filter we were using was brand new but somehow a lower quality than the one we got from The Pool Store. We HIGHLY recommend this place for your pool needs and concerns. They are truthful and honest and really really helpful!!!

I am still having so much fun with the pool I purchased three years ago from The Pool Store. Even though I am currently in the process of moving, I cant imagine not purchasing another pool from this store for next summer. They were really great.

We love our Aqua Spa! It is still in phenomenal condition because of the folks at the Pool Store. We have had minor issues with the heater and needing some different chemicals and we were always taken care of.

I went and bought a liner from the Pool Store this spring to replace our 8 year old liner that was leaking, the gentleman I purchased the liner from this spring told me the that my liner was prorated by how old it was, and to bring back the serial # of the liner that failed, and I would receive a prorated amount back. He said if the find that the seem in the liner failed they would refund the entire cost of the liner. This is also what I understood from the original purchase of the pool. When my wife brought the liner sample in this week they were rude to her, and told her that they would not give any money back unless the seem leaked, and then it would only be pro rated. We threw away the sample with the seem leak by accident. When I told them that one of their recommended installers installed new liner, and found a seem leak, and could confirm it, they still refused to refund any money to us. I wouldnt buy another product from the, Pool Store and wouldnt recommend anyone buying anything from them! We spent over $10,000 originally between the pool, and hot tub, and we received no consideration for this. Poor customer service, and deceiving business practices on their part!Glen Heintz
