Its uncanny how good the service here is.Ive never had bad service here.They have really good clearance deals usually.And they have a great selection of shoes I would actually wear.Im picky and only wear Nike frees or similar soft training shoes.They always have it, and theyre hard to find.

Called, spoke with manager Danielle. Very knowledgeable, decided to go in. She fitted my difficult (fit-wise.. of course) brother-in-law for a pair of orthopedic-type Hokas. Great result. Bought boots myself. Thanks, Danielle, excellent service.-Russell

Awesome customer service. I always avoided this place because theyre always ready to sell you something...but after several stores and no luck I went in and said please help me find a comfortable work shoe. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Ill definitely go back!

Amazing customer service! Me & a buddy of mine went to the North Town Mall location and at first the employees were like magnets that jumped down your throat, but man was I passed immediately afterwards. Derek, the stores assistant manager was the most informative, personable & enjoyable retail associate we experienced at all 4 stores we tried: Champs, Journeys & Famous Footwear. He made you laugh, really stupid by the stores products and was honest to each aspect, good or bad. That guy deserves a raise! We will definitely be going back!

Great shoe store with a surprisingly vast selection to choose from. Great brands like Ecco, Rieker, and Birkenstock. I found a nice pair of dress boots when I was in a pinch and they were even on sale. Staff was fantastic and very helpful, we will be back!

If I could rate a zero I would, horrible service associates greet you at the door and Andrea wouldn’t stop breathing down my neck, some people just want to shop for shoes or are “just looking” not everyone has a question evey 30 seconds I got a weird vibe from here the second I walked in. I’ll take my money to other trade home shoes.

OK so I HATE shoe shopping. Specifically to find work shoes. I dont remember the guys name and now feel bad because I want to publicly thank him for his help today. He was patient with me. And I left without purchasing anything so I can just imagine his frustration because he helped me try on 12 different pairs, stretched a pair out for me and was kind and pleasant the entire time. I almost bought a pair because of how bad I felt the trouble he went through for me. I want to apologize honestly but spending $120 on a pair of shoes that didnt fit well wasnt in my budget. =( So thank you again to him and I hope others go and are able to find what they need! Super great customer service!

Wish I could Give this place a 0 star rating! Horrible service. Ordered shoes that were not in stock to be delivered to my house. Was told false info and still dont have the shoes. Several stories later and still no one can tell me where the shoes are! I will never go back!

Disappointed! Asked to be shown only boots that were real leather. Assistant manager tried to pass off $141.99 faux leather boots as real leather.

Went to pick up sons shoes from layaway. Computers were down had to do manual credit card slip. 4 days later still havent ran card for purchase. Said they cant find layaway info for purchase.
