Place is small but has a lot of variety. 90% of the mattresses are high end price. Like purple and tempur pedic. We got lucky and bought a 10 king foam mattress for $640. So far we love it.

I went to the Blaine store and the manager Evan was excellent. I had a problem with a previous mattress and he helped me to file a claim which turn out successfully, saving me $4600. I purchased another mattress from him and had another great experience. Evan, the lost art of customer service!

We did not know the store hours and arrived 30 minutes before the store opened. We were in the process of leaving to go get something to eat and come back later when the staff in the store waved us back and welcomed us in. He was very friendly, patient, and helpful. We ordered a base and a new mattress and are looking forward to them being delivered.

I had a good experience at Mattress Firm. Jim, the salesman, was very kind and patient with me. I came into the store just to look around. After I went back and forth between 2 mattresses a lot, I decided to put a downpayment on one. It was a good sale with adjustable frames being 1/2 price and the mattress on sale also. I wasnt planning on buying a mattress today but the sale and salesman were so good that I decided to buy today instead of waiting.

Attentive salesman directed me immediately to the style of mattress I was looking for and well within my budget at that.Quick, easy, friendly service. Good deals if you show up during sale times. Currently (6/23/20) they have king mattresses for queen prices and queens for twin price.

One of the best experiences I ever had. We spoke with the salesperson name Jeff we told him about the experience that were having with another company it was a warranty issue mattress was less than 7 years old it had one small stain in it that you barely see bad boy in the warranty he asked about the mattress protector and told us they should be covering the damage to the mattress sets air mattress protector failed we went back and check that one out and no luck with that so we went back and talked to Jeff he tell us about who sales ever going on found a mattress that we liked he even knocked off a little bit more money he truly is one of the best sales person Ive ever met so if anybody is interested and working with one of the best go to the Blaine mattress firm ask for Jeff Im sure hell take care of you same way as you took care of us he seems to be someone who treats people the same way he would treat himself

Made a phone call. Left a voice mail. Call was returned quickly. Went to store and liked the sale representatives attention and knowledge of the product. Both mattress and Foundation. They did not have it in stock but gave me option to pick it up at there warehouse. No issues.

I had a mixed experience here. Sales staff were friendly and helpful, but one employee couldnt seem to get my order placed. After completing the order and giving all my info, the computer froze while taking the payment. I had to run through all the info again on another computer, then it wouldnt take my payment, turns out the first transaction had already taken the money out. I was then called later to be told no order was placed and that the pending transaction would disappear from my bank and I would have to come in again to place my order. Then the money from the first transaction did get taken out of my account. So I called and was told they would resubmit my order with a note that they already received the payment. Hopefully Ill be getting my mattress soon, but Im not holding my breath.

A little late to posting this review. I was there two weeks ago and met alex after just moving to town. Alex greeted me and helped me find a mattress while I was on a budget and looking for high quality. Not only did Alex find me such a bed at a low cost bit got me a high quality bed after searching the area for the mattress I liked and called me make sure it was still available. As a former salesman I was beyond impressed with Alexs customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to not just get my business but rightfully earn it.
