The staff were VERY knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and very organized. The prices were all reasonable.Im an idiot when it comes to bleaching and dyeing hair but the employees made it very easy for me to understand what I was doing and offered everything I needed within my price range.I would DEFINITELY go again any time!!

Website advertises their hours as open until 6pm on Sunday. Drove all the way over her to pick up an order - something I could have bought at Amazon and had delivered - only to discover the local store has decided NOT to be open. WTH

I stopped into Sally yesterday (8/15/19) with my two little girls to look at some fun colors for their hair. I usually feel really lost when I walk into that store because I have no idea what everything is. And sometimes I feel like no one wants to help me out, But this time we were greeted the second we walked in and the girl working brought us right to where we needed to be, she even helped me talk my youngest out of green hair! It was great! Then when we were done and probably still looking lost she made sure we had everything we needed before we checked out. I wanted to thank her for her amazing customer service!!!

The worker the other day was a little rude but it still a great store. Went today had a different worker she was nice and very helpful. Usually the workers there are pretty nice. Great products, I will continue to go there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The manager was super rude and my daughter exchanged things there 2 times to get store credit not even money back and she got upset why we we returned items and the second time I had a receipt and literally bought it the day before. She acts like she owns that store, def not going back there because of her!! I was disgusted by customer service there and her!

The person working there was incredibly rude and acted as though I did not know what I was talking about when I asked where products were. I was so dissappointed that I left without buying anything. Would not recommend this location.

Great deals with the Beauty Club membership. Customer service is hit or miss as far as friendliness goes but theyll get you what you need.

Normally when I shop here, its fine and the workers are helpful. Today when I went in though (Wednesday, October 11th 10:30 A.M.)was kind of awful. I was the only person in the store, yet neither of the two workers said Anything to me for 10 minutes (I was literally sitting on the floor looking at hair lighteners the whole time, I have really bad social anxiety and they were in a conversation and I did not want to interrupt). When the girl with darker hair finally asked if I was doing alright, I showed her one of the packets and asked if she thought it would work in my hair. She snapped at me, and said things along the lines of me needing more, a whole tub at least because I have too much hair, and that she doesnt think anything will work. My hair will be green no matter what I do. I did not get the chance to ask her any questions and she did nothing to help, she just pointed to something on sale. However, the other girl there that rang me up, dirty blonde hair, was super nice. I hate writing reviews but it was ridiculous. My hair did not turn out, and I need to go back tomorrow but Im scared the same girl will be there and Ill just have a panic attack and walk out again without the stuff I need.While im writing though, theres a lady who is a bit older then the rest of the employees, but shes a sweetheart. SUPER nice and helpful.
