Choose a different Fast Signs! They are rude, forget about your order, and pick favorites. From these reviews it looks like I am not the only one with this experience. I saw one where the Blaine location was making fun of their logo when they were unsatisfied with their service. I had a similar experience.Ordered various things from them. Never gave them an unreasonable deadline, and the one they gave me was always late. Once I had my order take months to get to me and invoiced. Called to express my concern and got an apology. I hoped it would get better, but had the same experience every time.Had an email come through asking for a review. So I thought maybe this time they would listen. I explained my experience and my frustration. Days later I get a call from the owner, Ken Grandell, he was extremely rude and yelled at me for giving him a poor review. He had no desire to make his service better, just tell me that I was wrong. It seems like they pick favorites because they give excellent service to some and no regard to others.I will never do business with them again. I came to find out that there are other Fast Signs, so I now work with the Roseville location. The experience was night and day. Roseville was attentive and extremely professional.In summary, please dont choose them. They treat their customers poorly and do not deserve your business.

I called to order signs and was asked to email my order instead. And even though I put on my order I wanted a specific color they returned an email asking me what color I wanted. And I changed my order from all double sided signs to some single sided and less stakes for realty yard signs but instead of price going down it went up by $30.00, less cost more, go figure and all they told me was I should have known because they sent out emails with estimates. Having only a phone for internet not all the emails came in sequence or some not at all and some files wouldnt open on the phone but I placed my order in faith the signs looked good and price was as we discussed prior when I was calling around to sign shops and got a quote from Fastsigns as well.In blind site now I wont order signs through email or phone and will ask for hard copy estimate and proof of signs prior to agreeing to have an order made.Also it took twice as long getting the signs made with all the emails that were suppose to be read and approved by me from 2 different departments ie: sales and marketing and layout and design.It was very confusing to understand and use this proof approval system without the documents loading for approval.Next time I will use a more local company and do things in person as Fastsigns was too confusing for me.

They spent time to designing my signs the way I wanted them and once I approved the signs they were done fast and efficiently.

Chris and his creative staff were helpful in all aspects of my product. I am proud to display my sign at all of my events and promotional opportunities!

SLOW!! Let me first say that FastSigns Blaine is not fast. It took them 4 weeks to completely my project from start to finish. We had to call 3 times to push the project along and find out where it was at after several days going by without hearing from them.DID NOT LISTEN TO WHAT WE WANTED: When they sent over the proofs it was as if they didnt listen to what we said. We ended up explaining what we wanted to two different people 2 times each even though we brought everything needed with at the initial drop-off.LACK OF DESIGN: Apparently, they do very little design work and require a completely finished product ready to print so dont go there thinking they can make something up for you -- they dont. I used a free software that I use to edit photos to do a mock up of a logo sign that I wanted done. I told the person who we initially ordered with, that they would have to re-create the logo using better software. In the end, they insulted the quality of the logo I provided even though it was not meant to be used as the final product.We also dropped off some quick sketches of the type of layout we wanted and the verbage it needed to say and gave them free-reign to design a nice sign. The sign was sent over to us for proofing, and it didnt have any style or layout design to it whatsoever. It basically looked like the Word document we gave them with the words we wanted on it.POOR QUALITY When we got our finished product it was less than stellar. The backgroung was supposed to be charcoal color with a white font but it had streaks in it and the font and logo image bled together. I have seen this done before and was expecting a professional quality product but it appeared as if I could have printed it myself on my $400 color Laserjet printer.BAD SERVICE When I went back to get it fix and explain my problem, the two men that I spoke to didnt see anything wrong with it (funny, how a business can survive when even the professionals dont see the problem with a inferior product). He was clearly insulted when I told him his product looked home-made, and insulted me back by telling me the logo was junk even though I specifically told them that it was only a mock-up.In conclusion, I do not recommend using this FastSigns Blaine. I went to FastSigns because a professional I work with told me he had used them and they got the job done within a couple days. This was not the case for me... nor was it the quality and service one would expect from a professional.
