Went to a couple of topper sellers. Found Radko to be the best. Sales team were top notch, very knowledgeable. When they quoted me a price it came with installation. Other places seem to nickel and dime you to death. Prices were similar at all dealers.

Helpful staff went out of their way to help me. Didnt have parts I was looking for but I would go back because they were so helpful.

I ordered stuff for a pickup a month ago. I called a few times to check on it. Scott said waiting on a side box he would call. Never got a call. Call again nothing. Called again Scott said waiting on email he would call that afternoon. Called again today I said Scott can I talk to the manger. He said he was the manger. Im sorry to say worst person they could pick for a manger. I would lose my job if I did nothing like him. Had to order from North Central Trucks they have everything we needed. Wish I could give no stars but they made me give one star.

Like everything else prices have gone up but since the store has moved and improved, the modest price increase is justified. Better selection, more room, clean and I did find a couple fantastic deals on the under $50 table. Salesman carried my purchase ( tonneau) out to my truck for me as Im disabled and though their install rate was reasonable I spent it on that $50 table.

Great experience, greater people. I appreciate the time they spent on helping me to find the right topper for my truck. I have referred two friends and will continue doing so as a result of the quality service I received.

Very Professional and did a great job installing my topper. I ended up purchasing a tailgate seal while I was waiting for the topper to be installed and the installed that also for me. I will definitely look to them for any future items I may need.

Drove straight here after purchasing my new truck. Picked out a topper and other accessories. Easy enough to schedule. Dropped off truck to get done. No call when my truck was done. I called 15 prior to close. Said it was done. I had installed a grill myself that needed the lights for the grill hooked up. Asked if they could take care of that. Said they didnt have the time.Over the past 3 years I have purchased a topper. Tonneau cover. 2 sets of mudflaps. 2 bed liners. 2 sets of door rain guards. And a Grille.Given the thousands of dollars spent on 2 trucks in 3 years I gotta say the customer service is lacking. They answer questions and easy enough to schedule. But once you drop your truck off/done buying product youre not valuable anymore.

My husband and I were in the Radco Blaine MN location on October 17th 2020 and purchased Carhart seat covers, Weathertech no drill mud flaps, Nerf bars, a heavyweight bed liner, a tailgate cover and an Access Original Tonneau cover for a total of $990.36At that time we also paid for installation for everything. Tony insisted that the seat covers had to be professionally installed at a cost of $55.00The seat covers did not stay in place after 1 day.We went back on November 14th 2020 to have everything installed.After installation Tony informed us that there was a dent on the drivers side nerf bar and that he would order a new one or give us 10% off of the price of the nerf bars which amounted to $22.50. Wow, what a deal!!We paid $224.95 for said nerf bars.We said no to the discount, we wanted an undamaged replacement.I went back on December 12th 2020 to have the nerf bar replaced. My appointment was at 10am.I arrived at 9:50am and the salesperson said that it should only take a few minutes to replace the nerf bar as there are only four bolts.While there, I also discussed our Carhart seat cover problems that we were having, they do not stay in place. $55.00 installation fee for seat covers that Do NOT STAY IN PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!I checked the time at 10:15 and went up to the counter and asked the same salesperson at Station BLN3 if it would be much longer and he said he didnt know. (He was young, had reddish-brown hair and a beard)I asked him if he would find out.He came back and said it would be a few more minutes as they were tightening brackets.I asked him why it was taking so long as he said it would only be a few minutes in the first place and he very rudely said Do you want us to take them off?I was there to have one replaced that was damaged before they even installed them, why in the hell why would I want them taken off?I am very disgusted with the whole experience with this very rude salesperson who doesnt know a thing about customer service.I should not have had to go and find out what was taking so long as it was not busy there and his attitude was totally inappropriate and rude.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RADCO EVER AGAIN!!! AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst Customer service ever encountered, lies and don’t care attitude. Happy to take out order for Weather Tech floor liners, charge our credit card. After seven weeks no product and the run around. Got a refund and they could not have cared less. Seriously, who does business like this??

Frustrated, called to get a part for my Ram, specified with the guy on the phone that they had it in stock, he stated it was. Drive 40 minutes up to the store to find out he searched for the wrong model and part. Wouldn’t have been a big deal had I not clarified before driving up. Kind of annoyed.

I had a Meyers wireless plow installed. Right away it had issues with the signal getting to the plow. It would only raise and lower maybe a few inches at a time. The more I used it the worse it got. Taylor ordered the little more expensive option of having the controller hard wired to the plow. When it came in they swapped the plows out at no extra charge. Awesome service, just dont get wireless plows lol

If you like good customer service and a knowledgeable staff, then this is not the place for you. We had a tracRac system put on our truck and it never worked correctly from the get go. It was always jammed and wouldn’t slide the right way. By the time I brought it in, it had cracked in the location where it was stuck. They claim it’s my fault and there must have been a collision or too much weight on top, which neither are true. It’s how they installed it that was the problem. Now I have to throw them out. If you have them work on your truck, do not expect them to fix anything that they do wrong because they won’t take blame for it. Radco’s slogan is “if your truck looks good, you look good”. I like to think if you treat your customers good, then you look good. I don’t think they agree with that so DO NOT bother with this company 👎👎

Had a hitch put on my car. Originally told it would be 2 hours on the phone. When I arrived, I was told 2.5 hours. Ended up taking 3.5 hours, so that was a bit frustrating. Hitch was installed well, including the wiring, so that was good.

Awesome place!! Just purchased new dodge ram and bought window vents, tonneau cover and weather tech floor mats from them. Pleasant people seem very happy at work and know their stuff inside out!! Even the gal at a local auto parts store raved about them!! For accessories i know where Im shopping.

Bought leer lid for my new truck.came in scratched,they sent it back. Its been over 4 weeks. Never contacted me. I actually had to drive there to get answers! Customer service lacks a lot. Will not go back again.

Nice shop clean well organized. Helpful staff. Needed parts for the topper I purchased from them years ago. Only purchased one of the parts I needed. The other, gas struts, for the gate. Were found else where. I got a pair of them tax included for less than they charge for one. Same factory strut.

Very unsatisfied. Had appointment to have running boards installed. They told me the bolts were rusted in and could not get them off. This is after waiting 1 hr while it was in the back. Really needed them. Theres a way around everything. Just very disappointed.

Had a hitch and wiring kit installed on my vehicle. The panels on the bottom of my vehicle were not fully installed. I had to crawl under and tighten 8 bolts on the drivers side.

Worked with Taylor the manager and their staff to find the right accessories for my truck. I was tired of looking online to try to save money and not really know what im getting. So I went into Radco. They know there product very well and are extremely professional. Will recommend to my friends and will be back for some accessories!

Worst experience ever. They put the topper on it leaked went back 4 times they never fixed the problem. Buyer beware they said it was Toyota’s problem. We went to the dealership they said Radco put it on wrong. Went back again they said it was our problem take him to court . We went to another topper place they completely removed the top and fixed it for less than $100 . If I could give it a double zero I would do it......

Purchased the BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover from the Radco Blaine location. It came in within a few days and they were able to install it the day it came in. The cover looks and works great so far! Jake was very helpful and called me in a timely manner. Ended up ordering some weathertech mats from them as well.

Ive purchased a lot from these folks including a custom leer topper, running boards, Yakima custom roof racks, diesel power chip, bedrug systems, weather tech floor mats and custom hitches and they did full install and it was done right. I highly recommend checking them out.

I shop there all the time, just had a new access cover installed, done in less than a half hour. I will always give them my business.

I bought running boards from here, after a year they started to rattle (what a surprise since the warranty just happened to run out). The people there were very nice, but nice doesnt sell a good product or fix things. So i go back and they tightened up the bolts or whatever, a week now and its back to rattling. Whatever, i mean it should have been figured oit by then and running boards should not rattle. I most likely wont be going back to this company, im just going to bite my tongue and take these off my truck. Its a new freakin truck so there is no excuse and its on theor end not mine.

Im a first-time truck owner and the guys at RADCO did an awesome job of helping me prioritize my wants and needs. They probably could have led me down a path that would have cost me thousands but instead they just recommended the essentials, like a BedRug liner, soft tonneau cover and floor liners. I also wanted to get a Putco light bar for my tailgate, but Putco doesnt offer one for the lighting package that I have on the truck. I would totally recommend that Radco Blaine crew... great guys, honest guys. They know their stuff.

Went in to the Blaine Radco because my trailer light plug that they installed stopped working. A tech looked at it and brought out a two inch frayed wired and said this was the problem and that they needed to order a part since they didnt have it in stock, once the part came in they would call me to schedule the repair. They quoted me $41 for the part (4 pin wiring harness) and $75 labor (complete re-install). Shocked that it needed a complete reinstall after only three years, I had my kind neighbor take a look.... low and behold it was only the fuse that needed replacing!! Im so disappointed that they would take advantage of a consumer like this and try to falsely claim needed repairs! Shame on you Blaine Radco! Completely dishonest and out right lied!
