Great staff, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great place to get ideas for your yard. They even have a mini version of the Playboy mansion grotto! Theyve got any rock, pebble, dirt or mulch you could want, and at a MUCH better deal than the big national stores. Great place to buy all your outdoor design ideas.

I love rocks and they have a lot of variety and sizes. Still working on our patio plan so not ready to purchase yet. Great place to get ideas though in their demo garden complete with water falls and koi. They dont have demos of the new trends in artistic rock patio that you see on Pinterest. Fun place to visit!

Hardscapes Materials is a bit of a trip from North Tulsa, but it is very beautiful and was filled with gorgeous landscaping materials. My only complaint: it was a very quiet Thursday afternoon and staff were hard to find. When I did find someone, his service was outstanding! I was really happy when I left with a handful of rock for my aquarium-to-be.

I am continually impressed by the Hardscape Team with their expertise, courteousness, helpfulness, and positivity. From the front office to the front lines on the yard. We recently moved here from TX and are so very grateful to the Hardscape Team in helping us get our home and landscaping in tip top shape. Today Brian was a bright spot for us in assisting with our PA Blue Stone fireplace rock, as well as, researching some red/brown Indian red limestone for our outdoor patio. Purchased our flagstone here-nice selection of colors in a variety of thicknesses! On Friday, narrowed the selection down to 2 choices with Bryan Marshalls help. I returned on Saturday with my husband-Bryan came in to assist even though he was scheduled to be off that day. Bryan is very knowledgeable & was super helpful in making a good choice for our specific application. June was also friendly & fun to deal with as we checked out. The driver who delivered our stone was equally nice & professional. Nothing but a positive experience all the way around!!! Keep up the good work Hardscape!

Our go-to materials supply store when were in town for a new job that requires conventional stucco. They have excellent customer service and friendly staff that definitely beats the likes of those big box stores! The fact that they deliver is a plus as well but in case you need to pick up some things, they make the process fast, simple and easy.

They have a very wide selection of various styles and colors of stone. They have seem to have a good selection sand and smaller rocks for landscaping.They have numerous pallets of bulk stone where you buy a whole pallet, then they have several pallets of stone where you can pick what you need.They can most likely provide you with all the materials to do any water feature thst you want or can dream up.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Hardscape Materials. We purchased 12 tons of Grey Eagle Stone and once it arrived it was much lighter than the display. After raising concerns, we were told to wash it and that if we don’t like it that it just “is what it is”. We thoroughly washed it and we were still not satisfied with the color. I would have been glad to scrape back what we could, and exchanged it back, even at a lower rate, for a rock that we did want. Instead, we were sharply refused. This was surprising to me because they came back to pick up rock of the wrong size that they delivered by mistake. I was prepared to work with them and find a way forward that benefited both sides, but after being treated this way we will not be using Hardscape Materials again and will be telling others to do the same.

Completely affordable, landscaping wonderland! This place has it all. Do you need sod? Give them a call. Do you want to start a koi pond? Give them a call. Do you want a palapa for the backyard? Give them a call. Need some decomposed granite? Yes! They have that as well!Compared to a Lowes or Home depot, the pricing here is far more affordable. The showplace/show floor is expansive. Wear sturdy, comfortable shoes that you dont mind getting dirty. You will want to explore all of the options available to you.This place is located on a very busy area of Memorial drive. I recommend approaching the business heading south on Memorial and exiting heading south on Memorial. Once you are on Memorial you can easily merge to make a left and pull into another business and turn around.

Courteous and polite. If they dont have it, they offer suggestions on where you might find what you are looking for.

OVERPRICED! Shopped the greenhouse for a waterfountain for the patio. Found a composite fountain new in the box. They were asking $599. I showed them online prices for the SAME ITEM for $165. They dismissed me. I told them I like to shop local, but I’m not willing to pay 3 times the price for the same item. They weren’t interested in negotiating so I happily took my business online and received free shipping to my door.I would definitely shop prices before purchasing here.

You post on how you have staff on hand always willing to help, yet I walked around for over 30 minutes out there looking at all of the ponds and plants yet not once did anyone ask if I needed anything. And as far as competitive prices that’s not true either. Water lilies are $70. And not very healthy looking and very small for the price. I also notice that the beautiful grounds and nice walking paths seem to have a lot of different reconstruction projects going at once. Once upon a time a nice place to enjoy and had reasonable prices,but not so much anymore. It’s a shame, my brother took such pride in the place when he was alive,poured his heart and soul into every inch of the place and now he would be so disappointed in its appearance and in the people. Ben in ponics was so rude and now the owner just says sorry not my department. What a shame.

They show me where to drive thru and weigh my truck and show where to load up my rocks. One of the guy on forklift move aside a pile so I could get more choices. Prices was comparable to other places in town. Nice people and nice place. I will buy from them again.

Love this place

Hardscape is my major stomping ground. I have bought boulders, medium sized rocks for planting bed edges, water rocks.. my water rock is a 4 foot rock they drilled a hole in. There is a trench with pond liner and filled with rocks around this boulder. Water comes up through the center of the rock and runs down the sides. The birds love it.

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Compare prices for natural stone between them, and their competitor, and found out they are astronomically higher in price than their in town competition. May I suggest shopping around.

TOO much to see and take in....Take your phone/camera with you...Dont be afraid to make more than one trip if all of the interested parties arent there at the same time to make aesthetic and/or monetary decisions .Also, for those that like to keep their hardscaped materials wet, take plenty of water with you so that you can wet your prospective materials before deciding what to purchase.
