I went in here Oct. 31 at 1pm and got out at 1:20pm. My shops work phone, iPhone 8 Plus screen was completely shattered and what I originally was quoted was about 1hr and half but I got out in under 20min! While I did not end up having my phone repaired here (Sprint ended up doing it under warranty instead), Jose was incredibly helpful and friendly. His attitude alone would definitely make me recommend phone doctors to anyone looking to have a cellphone repair completed! He took the time to walk through all of my options with me, and was very patient while I figured out what insurance services might be offered through my cell phone company. I would never consider using these people to repair anything of mine. On Monday, June 22,2020 I left my Garmin nuvi 3597 for an OEM battery replacement. They said they would call their supplier to see if an original battery was available and, if not, I could decide whether or not to use an after market battery. After a week, no call so I called. They had not called their supplier and would call me the next day. After another week no call, so I called again. They told me the same thing, that they had not called their supplier. After waiting until today, July 10, 2020, I never heard anything from this business so I picked up my nuvi and left. Dont use these people folks. If they dont know how to use a phone or dont care about following up with a customer, they sure dont know how to repair electronics.

Great experience here! We thought my husbands iPhone was toast, but they were able to bring it back to life, and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely go here for any phone issues in the future. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgable and did a great job. Definitely recommend!

Jake was absolutely fantastic. I brought my iPhone in because the cord wouldn’t stay plugged in. I asked him to order the part necessary to fix it because I was tired of waking up in the morning to a phone that had not charged at all overnight. He told me what the problem most likely was and within 2-3 minutes he had it ‘repaired’. So, instead of a costly repair that I expected to take a full work day to fix, I was in and out in minutes. They throughly went over everything that could be wrong. I was never pressured into paying them to do it or choosing the do it yourself option online. Me being satisfied with my repair and getting it done in a timely manner was their goal. There are many many places that repair cell phones but we will choose Phone Doctors because of the price, the knowledge and timeliness if the repair.

Great to work with. Very friendly... on phone and in person. Very accommodating. I called and said I was on my way and he was willing to stay a little late to take care of my need. Ive never had a phone problem before, but others I talked to were not easy to talk to over the phone, not very customer friendly. Chose this location mostly because of the initial phone call and discussion, but as it turned out... they were even cheaper by $15-$20 than other companies. I highly recommend.

Will never use again, they took advantage of my oldest daughter. Used twice for screen protectors for other daughters and the lifetime is only for iPhone although they dont disclose that!

Ordered and payed for screen protector. Never received, called several and times and went by once, no phone calls or communication. After 3 weeks went by to get refund and showed manager my receipts and credit charges. He told me I wasnt getting refund, didnt care about receipts and I had never been in his store. Offered no help and said to leave. Had been customer for years. Stay away from this branch and especially dont prepay for anything.

Weve had 2 stellar experiences at PHONEDOCTORS in Bixby. The 1st time they replaced my broken phone screen quickly at a reasonable price. Today they revived my husbands LG G3 after it succumbed to the blue screen of death, long enough to retrieve ALL his info and photos. The cost was minimal compared to the irreplaceable value of the photos. Jose and Alex were the reps who assisted us. Both were courteous, knowledgeable and encouraging. A relative of mine went in to buy a camera piece for my phone, and I wound up trading my phone in to my provider before piece came in and they would NOT return money because it was a special order. The receipt says NOTHING about a final sale or no returns. I would not recommend them to anyone. They do crappy service and dont return anything! Beware!
