Well when it comes to knowledge Im heading str8 for Drake. He is super helpful, he knows so so very much about weight, needle size, max amount of fabric to punch through. I have not yet had a bad experience with anyone on the staff. Its a small cute little shop, but it is packed with all kinds of sewing machines, vacuums, fabric, accessories.

I always enjoy the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer amazing products. This store never disappoints and goes over and above for their customers.

Took my sewing machine in to get serviced and they called within 2 days to day it was complete.When I went to pick it up the gentleman helped me to my car carrying the machine for me. I am very capable of doing this myself, but it was a wonderful gesture.

I wasnt sure which fabrics would look the best for my project. The lady in the fabric dept. was very helpful and pulled out many different fabrics for me to check out. I waited until the next day to go back and make my purchase. I needed to mull over which ones I wanted to purchase for my project. Very happy with the help I got and the choices I made.

I recently purchased a new vacuum from J&R and its been humming along perfectly. The expert recommendation and experience of Mike helped the final purchase decision.
