Drove 140 mi just to find out store already closed down

It was closed down a month ago ; a local worker told me

Ive visited all but one Footlocker in the Dakotas (Sioux Falls) and I would have to say that Bismarcks location is among the best. The store is neat and displays a great selection of sneakers, the staff know what they are talking about and are relatable and friendly, and the music is top notch. Only gripe is that the music was a tad loud, it made it difficult to speak at a comfortable level.

Went to get my granddaughter some nikes . The service was good. Got what I was looking for. I love foot locker. Cantwait to go again.

I had a great experience at this store. All of the employees are very social, helpful, and seem to love doing what they do. I wanted to buy a pair of Jordans that I couldnt order online and the store didnt have them in stock. One of the associates called around, and after about 10 minuets he was able to find me a pair at another store. They shipped them to Bismarck for me and I was able to pick them up in a few days. I normally just shop online, but now I feel like coming into the store is a better option just because of the way they care for the customer.

Very great intelligent customer service as soon as I walked into the store, to when it was time for me to leave, before I end up walking out with no money. Lol have all the freshest kicks up on the wall. Great place!

Even though we didnt get what we needed from foot locker, the gentlemen were patient and willing to get anything we wanted to try on. They had great advice and tried to narrow it down for us. The type of shoe we were looking for is probably not in North Dakota but it was definitely fun shopping at foot locker.

The store manager was very helpful and respectful. He took the time to help my son and I find the best shoes that worked for us. When his employees were standing around. He calmly and respectfully told them to get back to work. I thought that showed good sportsmanship. I will now always shop with Austin. Thank you for actually taking time to help us.

How do you send 2 different shoes? And then say you will make it right and send yet again a completely different shoe!! So my Son now was 3 different Jordans.

Friendly staff, clean store, great selection. Walked into 5 stores in the mall and Foot Locker was the only store to greet me (and held a conversation)

When I went there I was pleased by how nice the workers there were one of them saw I didn’t have enough money and lowered the price for me if I were to buy shoes I’d go here

Stood there for ten minutes girl at the counter just kept busy on her phone

I went to this store to spend some money. Now I know these employers work on commission. But 3 of them were standing out front of register not one asked us anything then I look and there all in the back. Mind you we r the only customers in store. So I asked to talk to manager, and instead of helping my complaint, he gives Me 3 excusee one is that he was on lunch break, the other is that there in the middle of a renovation, and last but not least is that theres cameras in the back. Whatever that means but definitely didnt help the situation. I told him that I will go spend my money elsewhere and he said ok. Poor poor place to go and I will ask and spread to many not to go here again.
