Great service. Able to schedule my oil change within a couple of days. Customer service awesome. Comfortable waiting area, and even provide refreshments and snacks. I was there early and they took my car in right away. Best service in Bismarck for my Honda.

After having a bad time at another dealership in town, I tool my car into their service center they were so nice and helpful! While my car was being looked at I had a chat with a salesman (Ben) and told him I was just checking out options but I owed so much on my previous car and if they could pay that off and get my payments in the right range I would he interested in a used car. We set down and talked about what I wanted and he took me to the perfect car for me! It has everything I wanted and then some. Made the numbers work and a few hours later, I had a new to me car! I was never pressured and was listened too. They were super sweet to my girls as well.

This place could use a little work on its staffing goals to treat its customers with the respect and mannerisms they deserve. I’ve watched several people wait for over an hour for their vehicle and witnessed two of the staff goofing off while not being productive. I hope this place gets its together cause I myself already resent taking my Honda in due to the treatment I get from the staff.

Very clean and you were greeted by many of the salesman. Who by the way, I felt at no time that they were only interested in just making a sale. There was no pressure on buying the first thing that came up. I am working with two great salesman who are interested in what I want and they are working with me to find a car that fits me and my budget.

I was driving through Bismarck and had a light come on and the service dept was so so helpful, and I was able to get on my way after they took a look. I would consider buying a car from this dealership even though Im far away I had such a good experience. Thank you!!

Great place to buy a car, but also a great place to take your car when it is broken down. Had a flat, got to show my oldest how to change it. Ran up to BMC, got the tire fixed. It was quick and painless.

Five stars for the parts department! I have an old 98 Civic and I just needed a new key cut and was helped promptly with no issues. Whole I waited for a new key, I enjoyed some complimentary snacks and a Coke, which I love that they offer.

Charged for work they say they did but it wasnt actually completed. Contacted them and left message. No call returned. Contacted them again and the guy said there is nothing that can be done about it. Also, parts and labor are way over priced compared to other shops in town. We have bought may Hondas over the years and found dealers in surrounding states are cheaper and better to deal with.

Even though times are different right now, Lee and Kyle managed to make the experience a great one!!

In town for the weekend and my wifes low tire light came on in 2019 CRV and the service department pulled it right in, filled the tires to proper pressure and sent on our way.Great service!I Recomend these guys!!

They offered to stay open to troubleshoot my cars issue the night before Thanksgiving. We had extra vehicles at home, and said work on it Friday instead. It was ready right away. Customer service #1. Very thankful.

Wonderful, quick, and overall was truly a blessing during the holidays. Was scheduled for an appointment and service being done was going to cost me $350 a day before Christmas. Much to my surprise, a representative called me back and told me that they were going to cover the charge and not to worry. I bought my vehicle in 2007 from Honda of Bismarck and wouldnt be more happier with the customer service and trained professionals they have provided all these years.
