I purchase the 1955 Chevy pickup 35k. I couldnt be more disappointed. Totally nothing like it was described. They told me it ran well and was put together by a local well known experienced guy. They shipped the truck to me in N.Y it didnt even run. Had to be pushed off the car hauler. Leaking fluids. Body work was done by a kid or guy who Knows nothing about Restoring anything. Took to a garage they told me the Frame was welded very bad needs a transmission and a list of other things.

Picked up our 55 F100 from importer in Sydney yesterday and have not stopped smiling since ,awesome truck.Bobs help through the process was friendly and honest ,F100 is exactly as he described .Bob arranged storage,free of charge,while we organized freight from North Dakota to California for the sea trip to Australia,this took longer than usual due to Covid 19 delays ,no problem for Bob.He also helped out when we struck a quarantine inspection issue here in Australia providing extra information to local inspectors,Great work Bob.I am now the happy owner of the truck that has been in my dreams for years and have become the coolest guy in town ,Thanks again ,Chris .

My experience dealing with the staff at Rides was positive. Trevor responded to my inquiry immediately and throughout the process of purchasing the car continued to get back to me quicky. I drove some distance and Trevor and Sheldon gave me directions to their dealership and the names of near by motels. I appreciated Sheldon taking the vehicle off the internet website until I could look at it. As part of the final offer Sheldon agreed to deliver the vehicle free of charge. Matt, the finance officer did not pressure me to purchase a warranty which I appreciated. The staff members were friendly and patient during the purchasing process.

This 5 star rating is mostly for Trevor. I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from Rides. On my way home, the AC did not work. I contacted Trevor and was told to take it in to any shop for an estimate. Well.. the fix was almost $1100! At that point I was informed that the vehicle was sold on consignment and the previous owners would have to cover the bill. As you can imagine, neither the previous owners nor Rides wanted to pay that bill. It took several days for the payment to be worked out and meanwhile my new vehicle sat up at the shop, which was disappointing. However, Trevor was amazing through this process. He responded by text message almost immediately after I would text my concerns. He kept me updated and calmed me down when I was upset about the situation. I would DEFINATELY recommend working with Trevor at Rides.

Very nice people! But I will say, make sure they see your vehicle before you decide to sign loan documents for a trade in. I wasn’t very impressed by the way they tried to lower my trade in value after agreeing to a higher “low ball” offer. I drove 4 hours and I do not regret it, Ryan was a great to work with and I do think I will buy from them again. I’ll just make sure they have a chance to get a hands on experience with my future trade in!

Drove 3 hours to look at a truck. Salesman told me it was in great shape!! No issues. Got there and the 3 year old $42,000 truck had more rock chips on it then I have ever seen on a vehicle. almost to the point of needing to be repainted Complete waste of my time!!!!!!!!!!! It pains me to have to write a review like this, but as someone who runs a business, I gave them a chance to make this right before posting a review and they did nothing. I didn’t ask for damages or labor to install parts, but just to be reimbursed for parts they listed to be on the car, but weren’t. The person I interacted with was named Bob.I bought a 1969 Camaro from Rides Auto Sales in late 2020. This company sold an unsafe car and intentionally misrepresented what was on the car. I should have sued them. So lets start with the misleading. The car was advertised to have Hotchkis Springs, it didn’t. It was advertised to have a BMR transmission, it didn’t. The ad remains up on their site now if you’d like to view for yourself. Bob’s defense during this was they didn’t inspect the car for what the previous owner had done and sold it based on what they were “told”.Now the safety issues. I took delivery of the car at my home and all seemed ok. My first drive was to the gas station as the car came with almost zero gas. The car broke down and I took it to my mechanic who works on my other cars. The distributor was completely rusted out and the battery cable melted as it wasn’t secured and was touching the header. The rear seal was leaking pretty bad and all over the rear brakes so I had him look at that as well. Brakes were installed incorrectly from positioning, hardware, spacers, lines weren’t secured, etc.. The rear brakes were barely holding on!Who knows what the previous owner did and why, but there were probably 20-25 items that needed to be replaced and redone as the bottom of the car was a complete hack job.This company is either incompetent or dishonest, either of which you should spend your money somewhere else. Money can be replenished, but my family and myself could have been severely injured.I also used LemonSquad for the inspection and they were worthless.

I did a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted. They had it. I called ahead and they had it ready for me to test drive. Sheldon was the sales person that I went through. Such a gentleman. My husband did not go with me so I had to go alone with our son. Sheldon treated me like as an equal. I assumed all car salesmen would treat me differently becAuse I am a woman. I never felt that at all. When I came back a few days later I had my grandmother with me and he even catered to her a bit. Bought a 68 Camaro from Russell at Rides. I live out here near SeattleNot my friends, not getting paid for this. I have been looking for two years. The public is starting to take over the slime control knob from the dealerships in my opinion. Dealing with the public was an absolute nightmare of half truths, not getting back to me, simple questions unanswered, the list goes on. I purchased a 1955 Bel-Air from Rides on their Ebay site. They talked about how great the condition of the car. What good job someone did restoring it. They even did a video for me and walked around the car. Not one time did they mention any issues with the car. Not in the video not in the Ebay ad.When the car gets here it was a piece of junk. Paint was flawed in many places, I had to repaint almost all the panels. The car had no power, it started and ran but thats about it. The chrome was pitted on the door handles and wind wings. The chrome trim on the car had dents and dings and I had to replace 5 or 6 pieces around the car. It leaked about a quart of oil every 3 days when I got it. The glove box was empty just a hole, Gas gauge didnt work, blinkers didnt work, Dome light did not work, power brakes did not work and speedometer did not work.Replaced Carb, Distributor, Radiator & Fans, Gas tank Gauge, Door handles, speedometer, antenna, power brake booster, glove box, stereo, speakers all rubber seals for doors and trunk, had to touch up paint on most panels and color sand and buff the entire car.Ive got a few hundred hours of my time making this car what it should have been when I bought it.I called them when the car arrived and told them about the issues and they said what did you expect a 70K car. Well I paid 40K for it and I expected a very nice car for that money and it was a piece of junk. It looked great from 10 feet away in pics and the video was good because they avoided showing the issues on camera.They did not mention ANY, NOT 1 single issue with the car.Buyer beware..

Bought my first vehicle from Rides I was a little skeptical because of the reviews I read but they had a truck that I’d been looking for and the price was right. From the test ride to the paper work I had a great experience. A couple days after I bought the truck the exhaust developed and issue I called them to see what they would do they fixed everything.
