Dont expect a response. I had to follow up after three weeks to find out if my windshield came in. Then went to pickup my car the next morning at 8:20 and no one was there. They told me they open at 8.

Shane at the Bismarck Glass Doctor was lovely to work with. He came out to my van with me and checked my windshield (which had been quite peppered by gravel) to make sure that the chips I wanted him to fix were true chips and not just divots. He was respectful, not rushed, and really wanted me to understand the process of fixing chips. I appreciated his honesty and how quickly he fixed the chips. It took about 20 minutes for him to fix my two chips.

Great business! We were passing through and got a rock chip on the highway that would have cracked by morning. I called every glass place I could but all were closed, closing or wouldnt be open until after the holidays. I spoke to the owner and he was able to meet me at his shop right when we got to town. He did a great job and then gave me a holiday discount to boot!!

They repaired the hail damage on my vehicle, they did a great job on the hail repair in a reasonable amount of time....and they didnt charge me a deductible!!!

What a great small business. The owner really answered a telephone call I made at 10:00pm with a question; I was really just thinking I would leave a voicemail. That kind of customer service is rare. Further their prices and products are very competitive. They earned a customer for life.
