Brought my car in to have AC worked on replace a headlight and the check engine light was on. Picked my car they did repair my AC. so they charged me for a oil change that I did not ask for. check oil light still on. It took 3 visits before they changed my headlight. Don’t waste your time!! They told me a manager would call me but Im still waiting for the call. Never again will I go back and be treated like family!!

Bought a one-owner truck from them two years ago. Great deal! Great experience! Delayne & Alvin Dvorak were very fair and sales professional Bobby Bauslaugh was all that!BUT THATS NOT THE END OF IT!Fast forward to this week: Even though the truck came equipped with an after-market car starter, I never tried to use until this week. When I couldnt get it to function properly, I took it in, unannounced, on Wednesday. After 5 minutes, they determined it needed more time than they could give without an appointment.On Friday, 30-minutes into my appointment, Service Manager Kelly Praus said it would take longer than they thought and offered to give me a ride somewhere or - GASP! - a vehicle to borrow (WHO does that anymore?).So, I went about my errands.. and when I got back 90-minutes later, the very capable and friendly technician Kory Annis had it running perfectly. He even took extra time to show me how to program it myself. Best part, there was NO CHARGE. The fact that I bought it two years earlier was good enough for them!Ive bought and serviced a few cars in my day.. and have experience with all the major dealerships in Bismarck-Mandan. IMHO, the customer experience Dvorak Motors is second to none! They really do treat you like family!!

Dvorak Motors is an honest and friendly repair shop, and the place to take your European cars in North Dakota.My wife and I broke down 800 miles into a 5,000 mile road trip, our nightmare turned when we got our tow dropped at Dvorak. They provided us service with courtesy and respect. Loaned us a car, helped with a rental car, and treated us like family. They obtained difficult to source parts and charged a fair labor rate, which I know they underbilled us on.

Terrible service. They have no idea what they are doing. Also, no one there is ever responsible for the issues. I tried to even complain to the manager and he was never around. Never bothered to call me back either. Even talked directly to mr Dvorak and he couldnt care less if he lost a customer.NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS HELL HOLE!

Called for a quote for a leveling kit the guy told me a round about number but didnt seem to want to actually give me an accurate answer very unhelpful

Horrible auto shop I have ever delt with dont buy a car from dvorak because you will always have it in there service station no wonder they sell an extended warranty with it Ive literally had to bring it back a second time after they fixed the problem then when its not covered by the warranty they dont call and tell you just do the work and hit you with a huge bill my reg. Mechanic is right next door at country auto clinic could have done the work at 1/3 of the price and i know it would have been done correct. Dont buy a car or have a car worked on here. Not to mention the dishonest tecs that waited until my mothers car was off warranty and told her this this and this was wrong but didnt fix it when was under warranty. Even when she brought it in 2 times telling them this n this was wrong
