MY Artic Cat was at their dealership for months on end - they couldnt figure out how to fix it. When I got it back they stated they had fixed it - they didnt. Paid a huge bill. In the process of fixing they also scratched the hell out of the plastic. I generally do not post onto these review boards. Only after reading the many positive reviews I figured that they are bogus because in truth they are utterly incompetent. Incidentally I took the Cat elsewhere (Broderick Repair) and had it fixed the same day. SAME DAY! Incompetent and dishonest.

So my grandpa wanted side by side, we already had a bad experience at tydak in Watford City so we had to drive all the way Bismark, I was thinking that we were going to have another bad experience but the people there are super nice and they asked him questions on what kind of side by side he wanted and it turned out to be the prowler pro, he loves it so much. I am the boyfriend of Quinn and we will not be removing either of these posts. Custom stripes was owned by Dvorak. If you look on google under In Memoriam: Bisman Businesses That Closed in 2016 - Cool 98.7, it says “The business owned by Dvorak Motors was the home for off-road vehicles, UTV’s, motorcycles, go karts and more. The store closed down shortly after Thanksgiving but many of those kinds of products will still be available when Dvorak Motors reopens a very similar business that will be known as ‘Dvorak Motorsports’ at the same location.” Plus when we bought the mopeds we were told Dvorak is the sister store. I don’t want anyone else being taken like we were. Not everyone does research on the things they buy. Some people do trust what they are being told is true. Especially when it comes to bigger businesses! You guys high jack the prices on those mopeds and they aren’t even assembled correctly! We bought as is so there is nothing you could do to help us. I am sorry to leave such a negative review but like I said, people need to be aware of these issues!

Do not buy mopeds from dvorak motorsports! My boyfriend and I made the mistake of buying two 49cc Icebear mopeds from custom stripes last summer before moving and changing their name to dvorak motorsports. I will admit it is our own fault for big impulsive buyers and not researching and fully inspecting the merchandise before purchasing it. First we were lied to about how fast the mopeds would go. We were told 35-40mph. They barely hit 35mph. Second, when they started them up so we could test drive them, it took quite a few tries before they actually started. We were told the batteries were new, the mopeds had just been sitting there too long. That was a lie! We took the batteries to OReillys to be tested and they were shot. My boyfriends moped quit running after maybe 5 times of driving them around mandan. They had the wires rigged together just enough to be able to sell it. It looked like the wires were ripped out of the end they were suppose to be connected to. His blinker quit working which was also the result of faulty wiring. A part inside had actually melted because of the wiring. A worker at Napa told us that, that is not good, which we obviously knew! One of the lights on the front of my moped has vanished. How does a light bulb just fall off!? And lastly, we bought both mopeds for $2800! We thought that was a decent deal, considering they wanted almost $2000 a piece. Turns out you can go to the Icebear website and pretty much anywhere else and get them for around $800 a piece. Again, our fault for not researching before buying. The whole situation jusy really sickens me. I want people to know this because looking at the mopeds we never would have thought there would be and body damage or any damage with wiring or anything because they were never previously owned! They were supposed to be new. Neither I or my boyfriend will be buying from dvorak or any related dvorak store again. No more impulse buying either!
