I wish every company was as good as this one! I bought a stair chair. I researched all the companies in my area. I choose.101 Mobility because of the 123 reviews I saw on them, they rated 5 star. I was so glad I did! They were so professional and compassionate to my needs. Chris did a in-home visit and went over all the equipment, installation and pricing options. The equipment they sell is also 5 star quality. Their service could not be any better. 3 times I had to cancel installation services due to my wife’s illness and they were so accommodating. I want to thank Chris, David and their installation team for everything they did. In today’s world. You do not find companies that cater to customers needs as well as 101 Mobility does.

Had a 3+1 FlexStep V2 installed for my husband. We are very pleased with product. Eliminated the need for ramp and allows for both cars in garage including my husbands large SUV. Product is rather expensive initially, but safety and garage security plus eliminating ramp are worth the expense for us. We were very pleased with staff at 101 Mobility. David and Alexis did an outstanding job with the installation.

Just WOW! My parents had 101 Mobility install a complete lift system for my brother in his living room, bedroom, and bathroom, and the customer service from 101 Mobility is hands-down the best! My parents called them back to install the same, but more simple (one rail) lift to get my aunt from her bed into her wheelchair. HIGHLY recommend them and wouldnt use anyone else.

I cannot say enough good things about Derick and the staff at 101Mobility. We’ve had our lift for a couple of months now and it had truly made a HUGE difference in our lives. This is probably too much information but....... We cant say enough good things about the experience we had with the 101 Mobility team in Birmingham, Alabama. After much research, reviews and deliberation we are so glad we chose this dealership.Before we found 101 Mobility our initial product search for a VPL (Vertical Platform Lift) took us down many unfortunate turns. We were given various sales pitches, prices, excuses and phone numbers to find our own local installer for their products. Reading other reviews caused us to continue searching.Then we spoke with Derek. He answered most of our questions via email and then came out to meet with us and visit the actual site to measure, give advise and show us brochures of products we were looking for. Derek then sent us a written itemized estimate with detailed specs and items discussed. He was aware we were obtaining another estimate for a similar VPL from another company. During our decision period Derek continued to answer numerous questions with great patience and in a timely manner. Another plus is that they employ their own local technicians and installers. Upon choosing 101 Mobility and their Bruno VPL product, Derek returned to put the finishing touches on paper and placed our order for the VPL.The good experience did not end there. We received follow up calls from Monica giving us the status of the Bruno delivery date. She called again to confirm a date and time for the delivery and installation schedule. She was very pleasant and professional.The day of delivery and installation arrived and so did David, Chris and another helper, on time as scheduled. Derek also came out that morning to assist the installation technicians in removing the 1200 pound VPL from the trailer. Another flawless and good experience as David, Chris and team worked tirelessly and professionally by installing the VPL within the two day timeframe as previously estimated. They cleaned up the site and youd never have known the lift hadnt always been there when they left. Instructions were explained and we love the lift. Great job guys!We have not needed any service yet but have no reason to believe it will be any less pleasant and professional than what we have received so far.
