Great job start to finish. All communications were prompt from my first call to the install. Gave me design options that I hadn’t considered and everything turned out just as I had hoped. Very pleased with the glass and thus far, the Enduroshield coating has been super easy to keep clean. A quick squeegee every so often and it’s crystal clear. No hesitations recommending Birmingham Glass Works.

Less than 1 star if I could. Called for a quote. They were more than $50 higher than Nelson, Alabama, Diamond and other glass place. When I mentioned it, I was told very rudely Well you better call them.

All I had done was a piece of glass cut, but the folks were very friendly and helpful. Lots of wonderful glass in the shop - looking forward to having them make something for me.

Price was similar to others quoted. Install was perfect. All gaps are straight and level. Installers were professional and courteous. Its hard to find people that do good work like this. Highly recommend.

The price and quality is good but the guys who came out to install the mirror in our brand-new powder bathroom pulled the towel handle bar out of the wall and did not put the faucet back in the condition it was in before they took it out. Not happy.

Called and talked to Laura about having some glass I had purchased installed. She said that they do not install other peoples glass because it may not be the right size. I ask her if they could come out and do the measurements and if the glass was the correct size would everything be OK. She said yes but that involves time and she wanted me to pay for them to come out and measure for the glass and measure the windows. Are there other customers who have their windows measured and never do business with them? Do they do the estimates and measurements for free or do they charge even if you do not order or have them install the glass? I would look somewhere else for my glass installation as the other companies in Birmingham I have contacted do measurements and estimates for free.
