Jeff did a great job of communicating with me. It was a challenge because of inventory issues. This is the fourth set of garage doors Precision has installed for me. Marvin does a great job installing. He was on time and worked constantly until the job was done. I would highly recommend Precision for the courteous, attentive service they provide throughout the entire process.

I contacted Precision because I wasnt able to enter one garage door due to damage and they were able to come out the next day. Mr. Melvin was courteous and professional and came by at the exact time he estimated. He was able to solve the problem with that one door and install an opener on the other. The price was reasonable. These folks are very professional. They scheduled my appointment ; called me to let me know he was on his way, and replaced my garage door opener in an extremely fast time. Please stop and do not call another company because Precision Door service is the BEST. Was on time and Marvin was a professional door mechanic. He went right to work and his experience came to life he had my new spring installed and had it adjusted in a little while. I have been dealing with a another company for over a month they had to order a spring and Marvin had many on his truck. Trust me save your time and money call Precision and ask for Marvin.

Doors developed a problem I could not figure out. Called on Monday had tech the next morning! Marvin was GREAT! He figured out the problem quickly and replaced the blockage sensors. Very nice guy and quick work. I hope I never have any more problems..but if I do I know who to call!

The Technician, Paul, got here, introduced himself and surveyed my garage door.It was obvious that the spring was broken but once he got on the step stop, he could tell that it had bent the door some and bent the frame some that goes down the middle.He replaced the spring today and gave me a quote for a much quieter motor and a window panel for the top panel. I’m hoping to replace those towards the end of the month. I am very pleased with the service and the warranty on it also. I called about 5:30 PM about my door being hard to lift. Phone was answered quickly by a real, native-English speaking, person. It took about two minutes to make an appointment for 10-noon the next day.Technician (Marvin) called 20 minutes before arriving to be sure he could come an hour early. When he showed up, he found the problems and took the time to explain the problem to me and why the cost was what it was. Service call took about 2 hours to complete.Cost was $400 to replace torsion bar / spring with 5 year parts / 1 year warranty - not transferable to buyer if I sell the house.Quoted another $450 for a new opener but I didnt have that work done.Excellent service, fair price. Mildly disappointed that warranty is only one year service and not transferable.

I called this company at 9 am in the morning in the hopes that they could repair our garage door the same day possibly. I had called several other companies and was told next day was soonest.When I called Precision I spoke with Kaitlyn she was very accommodating and pleasant on the phone and told me she could have someone out between 2 and 4 pm. She took my email, sent my appointment information to me promptly. An hour later I received a call from Jeremy telling me he was only 15 minutes away and he asked if it would be a bother to come early. I said absolutely, please by all means come over.He arrived, came inside, acknowledged my two pups then went out to the garage to diagnose the issue. It was the sprocket in the top of the opener itself. And we didn’t know it but the spring that was installed, was replaced twice by another company within the last five years because it was the incorrect spring that they had replaced it with. It wasn’t near strong enough to support the garage door. That was the first company that that I had called today to check if they could come today.He quickly gave me an estimate and had the parts in his truck to fix it and I gave him the ok to repair. To my astonishment, he was done in about an hour AND my garage door has never been this quiet. Jeremy was very pleasant and accommodating. I give five stars to this company and they have gained a new lifetime customer. Don’t even think of calling another company if you need overhead door replacement! Thank you Precision!

I had a great experience with this company. I called them Tuesday afternoon and was able to schedule service Wednesday afternoon. The technician met me at the house and was patient as I had to get my baby from the car to inside and in the crib for a nap. He went over everything with me before getting started, and then the work only took about 30 minutes. He replaced the broken tension rod above the garage door and answered my questions. Total cost was around. $238 with an online coupon, a little pricey but after contacting a competitor that seems to be close to the going rate. I was very pleased all around with my experience and highly recocmmend.

My service provider came on time. Found the problem fix the problem. And my experience with precision door sevice was great.

This company doesnt mind screwing over its clients. I got charged $169 for a $12 dollar part to be replaced. They charge $69 just to give you a quote, so at that point if you choose to go with another company youre out the money. I understand a mark-up and Im paying for labor but 1400% is a littles excessive especially for 30-minutes worth of work. Please stay away from this company! I have talked to people since this experience that had their whole garage motor system replaced for less than $200!

I called them and they had an appointment scheduled for us right away with a lot of options for us to choose from so it allowed us to be able to work with our schedules to be here. Their technician, Martin who was super friendly, called right on the dot at the time of their scheduled time frame and told me exactly when he would be here and arrived at that time. Once here, the tech looked over everything, gave me several options to choose from and even gave great suggestions on what I really need and didnt need. Never at any time did I feel like they were trying to sell me on upgrades and repairs I didnt need. The tech was in and out with our repair in less than an hour and even went the extra mile in a few places to make sure it was looking new. The price was a little higher than I wanted but I am also a firm believer in you get what you pay for. The springs are wonderful and even had a coated to help them last unlike the factory ones we had. I would even dare say it is much quieter! Any of issues and we will be calling back again.

I had a broken chain repaired today, and Paul did a great job. He was scheduled to arrive between 12-2, and he was here at 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem (why he thought the chain broke), completed the repair to his standard (replaced the whole track and chain), and even inspected my other garage door to make sure I wouldnt have a repeat issue with that door.He was efficient, friendly, answered all questions, and explained his work. And, since I was using Precision as an out of network contractor through my home warranty company, he even spoke with the warranty company to explain the work to ensure they would reimburse me for the work.
