Ive bought a refrigerator, washer, dryer, 2 beds, living room sectional and 4 rugs! I love everything, appliances are all formerly from Sears and work great! Ive used two locations, but prefer the Palisades location. Will be back for more. Its a great place if youre starting out or over!

They delivered the wrong item and took forever to deliver the correct item. I waited over an hr and a half for them to deliver my correct things. They told me one time and didnt show until later that day.

I have waited all day for my delivery. I called store employee was rude. Informed me they would not haul off old refrigerator. Its 8:35 no new refrigerator. Very unhappy.

Where to start? I purchased a refrigerator in April and they delivered it a couple of days later. The installer not only used a power tool, a drill, to install the door handles, but he scratched the doors in the process of doing so and he installed the handles incorrectly. I contacted the store and the manager assured me he would order replacement doors, but due to the COVID situation, it would take a few weeks for the replacements to be delivered. Thats understandable. May went by, no word from the store. The end of June crept near, so I contacted the store the manager said they are still on order. Today is July 2 and Ive still not heard back from the store and Im about to look into ordering the parts and installing them myself because this has gone from ridiculous to sad. If you purchase from this place, Id just have them deliver it to the inside of your house and if youre handy, install whatever appliance yourself or get someone you know to do it.

Browsing their website I found a GE dishwasher that my wife loved. It was just in our price range and said In Stock and Pick up today as options. I drive down to get it and it is no where to be found. It is still online and would even allow me to purchase it but the female employee said she does not know where it is I could not get it to day....it must be on a truck or something she says. After looking at other dishwahsers we find a Samsung for $500, sticker price was $50 more than we wanted to pay but we were willing. The lady rings it up and it was actually $550! So that is $100 more than we wanted to pay and she said there was nothing she could do about that error. I was pretty disgusted and left at that point.

I have ordered a item from here.. I drove from centerpoint.. Guess what happen? They did not have it... Online ads are lies... The store invertory is off badly. Now I have to wait to get a refund back... At this location, they are sitting on there hands waiting to check on things.. Sad...

The appliances here are scratch & dent so as long as you know that before you go in, you should be pleased with what you find. I was able to purchase a refrigerator at half the price of what I would have paid at Home Depot or Best Buy, and that included delivery and a three year warranty. The ladies that helped me were pleasant, friendly and gave honest advice. I looked here first, then went to five other stores trying to find the best deal for what I needed, only to end up back where I started. Im so happy with my purchase and the great customer service I received.

TERRIBLE!! Had to call multiple times for delivery times. Never gave a time and never called us like they said they would. Called and she told me a date 3 times. Every time the day would come they would say “oh no, we don’t deliver then or your down for this day”. HORRIBLE. Then they delivered and the guys were complaining that it was too big to go in our house and that it would take a long time to take the doors off. We paid 90$ for delivery and setup ( we live less than 10 miles away), long story short, they put it in the garage for my husband to take the doors off, he did, then I called to reschedule setup. The lady set it up and every time, just like delivery, oh we don’t do it on that day or your down on this day 4 DIFFERENT Times!!! Then we called tonight because they were suppose to come set it up and put it upstairs and she was like oh well the guys said y’all agreed that your husband would do it. First of all, why keep rescheduling if you aren’t going to do it, secondly, those guys complained and complained about it being too late to set up and having to do their job, thirdly we PAID for DELIVERY AND SETUP!!! I will be calling the BBB in the morning.

Had really nice mattresses. Didnt have some the other things that Sears Outlet use to carry. Nice sofa and recliner.

I purchased a refrigerator from this store. The store employees were friendly and helpful. The problem comes in their delivery service. My fridge was supposed to be delivered between 4:30 and 6:30 on Sunday. NO ONE delivered the fridge. At 9pm we received a call saying the truck broke down and they would deliver the fridge on Tuesday. Like I have all week to wait around for delivery? My husband told them it had to be delivered before noon on Tuesday. They told us they would call us to confirm the time. On Monday I called both the store and the delivery company multiple times to speak to a manager. NO ONE returned my call, NO ONE would confirm a delivery time. Finally we get an automated call at 6:30 om Monday telling us they would deliver between 3-5 pm on Tuesday. They tell me when I have to be home?!?! We could not even speak to a real person to tell that that time was not acceptable. They can keep the refrigerator because they obviously cannot deliver it.

No frills place. Everything is out on the floor, and they will help you load it in your car/truck. They have amazing deals on damaged items. You could get a stove with a dented drawer for 50% off MSRP then buy a new drawer on Amazon for a few dollars.

Not the friendliest or most helpful employees, based on 2 visits. So much of what I see on their website is never available at this location and shipping on the items Ive checked is outrageous. Unless selection and employee friendliness improves, I dont see this location staying in business.

Wife and I purchased our new washing machine from Sears Outlet. A Kenmore 4.2 cubic feet. Many functions that we are still trying to figure out. Only $500 bucks. They also sell bedding Lawn Equipment tools outdoor furniture ETC.

I bought a table set here and had to return it because I wasnt informed that I had to assemble the set myself. They told me that they only assemble appliances. If I had known that I would have never bought it. I waited for a month for my set to be delivered to the store and to be told when I picked it up that I had to put it together myself. They deserve one star based on this experience, but they do have nice appliances at discount prices so I would recommend checking out this place for appliances if youre on a tight budget.

Highly impressed!! We were greeted upon entry, Kevin came and explained all of the washer features even though my mind was made up, I still had questions and he answered every one. As we Checked out Nia was great she was friendly and explained step by step of my purchase. I will definitely purchase here again.

Horrible experience. The salesmen does not know the basic difference between a LP and Natual gas stove. They sell the product without asking or knowing what the customers needs are. The manager is rude and inconsiderate. We will never return back. The prices are not all that cheap.

Went in to purchase a Gas Range, but it was not as described online. Staff was very helpful! Even though I had a to make a return. Before you purchase an Appliance here, please check their prices online, it was cheaper online than the price in store! (They will price match)

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I returned a refrigerator and they kept my money. Thats right, they kept my $900.00 and the refrigerator. I was told I would get a full refund minus the delivery charge (which was reasonable) when I returned it on Oct 13. It is now Nov 20th and they have not refunded me, just given me an endless loop of bureaucracy and being put on hold. I am a person. This should not happen.

Went there and ordered a nice new mattress and foundation set as well as paid for delivery. I was told that the set would be delivered one week from the date and the day prior to it, I would receive a call outlining the time.That day came and no phone call. Delivery date and nothing. Around 3 PM I gave a call and asked about it and after multiple pass arounds, I was told I would receive the set at 6 PM. 7 rolls around and I call again wanting to know and I am told I was not on the list and would not receive it for another two weeks. I cancelled the order and chalk it up to another reason Sears as a company is going out of business slowly, but surely. The retail world used to be run by Sears, but now it will be a glorious day to watch them fall and never return.

Sears Outlet has the product I want at the price I like. This is an outlet and I appreciate dealing with Sears Outlet. If you are a shopper for good deals, this is the place for you. Sears products are above industry standards and there is quite a selection to choose from at this location. The people working here are very pleasant and do a fine job of helping.

My sales associate Lashonta Porter was excellent she took the time to look around the sore with me, was very nice and pleasant to work with. Went there to purchase a fridge and dryer. There was several employees but their attention was on their phones and each other. The sales clerk recorded our delivery address totally wrong and if it were not for Sherman who took our order for our dryer the day before the delivery we would have been screwed. Sherman was very helpful and made us feel valued. He double checked our order with the warehouse manager. The prices are more than fair, just take your time and look.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered a freezer online. They cancelled the order a week later and never notified me. When I called to check the people on the phone were rude and short with me. No offer to help or anything, just “sorry we don’t have any”.

I never rooted for the demise of Sears, but now I am not so sure. Last two purchases have been brittle products, and when you go to get them fixed, you are routed into a Byzantine maze that does not have the purpose of helping you. We were going to buy a refrigerator here, but no more. I am done. If you have not yet bought from them, dont. Two stars instead of one because a couple of the people were nice, and I hope they can find work when Sears finally goes belly-up.

I would NOT recommend shopping here for home appliances such as washing machines and dryers. They have a sketchy refund/return policy about having their technician come out to deem the appliance unrepairable or of the like before a return/refund is considered. This is ridiculous.The manager who works there, Tory (I believe is the name), he doesnt have the courtesy or common decency of dealing with complaints and customers -- or handling the situations in person. Theres always been an excuse or no one can reach him.We had a scratch-and-dent washing machine that we ended up not liking or keeping, so we had it returned. We only had the washing machine for about a day. The exchange and pickup happened all within the same one week. Way before the typical 30-day warranty crap policy. Sears people came to pick it up. They have their merchandise. But we dont have our money.Its baffling that even an outlet store is beating around the bush about simply refunding customers money. We are still trying to get our refund for a product that has been returned for weeks now. Never again. This isnt the first time weve had return/refund issues with Sears company and its happened to other people from what I know. I cant recommend Sears, let alone their outlet store -- THIS outlet store.You cannot return home appliances for refund. You can exchange and of course purchase another of their appliances, scratch-and-dent included. But they will not refund your money. They want to keep it. Buyer Beware.

The worst service I have ever reiceved. I purchased my product, to only receive a call 2 hours later that my delivery charge was not included so I gave my credit card info for the delivery charge, not only to get another call back that he entered the wrong info. Day of delivery: I called to see when my product may be delivered. I was told between 2:30-4:30. I received a call at 3pm stating my delivery WAS delayed 4 hours. I have taken off of work & ask friends to help move my old refrigerator, only to have my time moved back. Ive called repetitive only to receive none or very negative response. I spoke to Stan (that was absolutely no help ) then Kanicka (again that was absolutely no help) & its 7:20 pm & my delivery was due between 2:30 -4:30. I work in customer service & would never treat my customers this way after paying this amount of money. Ive lost 1 day of pay & an $85 delivery fee ( that was not delivered on time). I would NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE )

Im giving one star because of the great deal we got on our refrigerator. However, 10 weeks later that deal is hard to remember because we have YET to receive the door shelves that were missing when we bought it. At that time we were told they would be shipped to us at no charge. 10 weeks and dozens of lies from Kevin (manager and our sales person) later, we are still waiting. Furious is an understatement.

Please do not buy warranty on appliances. Because our washer has been broken for 3 weeks. Of course we bought warranty. And they have made appts 2 weeks from the day I called. And still haven’t made it to get it fixed. They made an appt the first time. Said their truck broke down reschedule for a following day. Now they called and told me that their driver is sick and can’t do it today. Okay that’s fine. I’ve been out of a washer three weeks and have been having to go to the laundry mat. So what’s the point in having to buy this warranty when whoever the third company they are hiring can’t even keep up with the appointments. On top of that I call the sears representatives been on the phone for over an hour, spoke to 4 different representatives and still being put on hold. I’ve asked to talked to a manager but they told me to call back since it’s a Saturday. Greattttt. This will be fun. Please go buy your appliances somewhere else where warranty is better covered.

Ended up getting home with a new in (half) box display model. Called store manager upset, it was missing parts to install it. Store manager took care of it and is having their contractor come install it for me due to extenuating circumstances. Excelent customer services!

This store is terrible. We ordered a refrigerator online and it was a nightmare trying to just schedule the delivery. After multiple phone calls, left messages, no returned calls, and a rude assistant manager, we finally had a delivery with a third party because we were outside of their delivery area (something that was never noted on the order). When it was delivered, one of the door shelves was cracked in two. There is no doubt that it was like that in the store because the refrigerator had been a floor mode and was totally wrapped up for the delivery. When I called to get a replacement, after arguing with me about how it couldnt be being delivered right at that moment, I was told that the part was being ordered and would arrive at our home in a maximum of two weeks. Here we are two weeks later and I am going through the same run around and everyone just seems confused. Although we got the refrigerator at a discount, it is not worth the headache or time. They have no respect for their customers or their time.

A friend of mine and I went to Sears Outlet on lakeshore pkwy. .Employees were nice ,wheelchair accessable , near Walmart , places to eat , gym eye glass center.

They really do a great job taking care of my wife and her needs. We got refrigerator and couch from them.

Got a $1200 fridge for $749! Customer service is hit or miss, go on Sunday and talk to the Italian guy. Works great, and they deliver.

We stopped in last Saturday, just wondering around the mall. They didnt really have much to offer unless youre looking for an appliance.

My husband bought a refrigerator 2 weeks ago..... we were told it wasn’t in stock they had to order it online.... my husband returned from his work trip to find out it had been sitting in the store the entire time..... my husband the. Paid for delivery.. it was suppose to be delivered on Sunday between 1:30-3:300 my husband called around 4:00 they stated the driver was on the road.... called back at 6:30 and n answer now it past 7pm and no answer..... I will be contacting the corporate office the experience is the worst ever.......
