Initially, I thought great customer service and honest; however, about 8 months later realized this is not the place to go for a used vehicle. With putting less than 5K miles on the vehicle I learned the AC is not working and was already going out when the vehicle was purchased. However, Paramount stated the vehicle is in great condition. Repairs are costing minimum $3K. So if you choose to purchase from them go ahead and pay a reputable shop what they charge to run a full diagnostic on the vehicle. Then make your own full educated decision as to whether or not the vehicle is worth you purchasing from Paramount or another car lot/ dealership. I did reach to Paramount to address this issue; I won t even go there when it comes to what I was told, besides if their not assisting with covering repair cost.... As a customer thats not really helping you now is it??Fyi: When you purchase the vehicle, their going to ask you to complete an online review right then, do yourself a favor, keep the car for a while and see how well it does and then give an honest review. Initially, I was going to give the review that day, for some reason I was unable to, smh.... Things happen for a reason, however, God can turn things around for you and in the end you learn who to do business with and to NOT do business with#lesson#learned... They have lost my business and I will not refer anyone to purchase from them, however, of you choose to purchase from them, pay for a reputable shop to run a full diagnostic!!!
