Amir is the best!!!! Hands down!! When he contacted me and told me he could get me in a car, I really didnt believe him cause I have been told that before. I know my credit is the greatest, but he delivered on what he told me. Not only did he get me into a car, but he personally delivered it to my house today. He went beyond what I expected. I wish google offered negative stars for rating this dealership! The most shady dealership I have ever been to. I went to check out the new rav4 XLE AWD. The sales representative said since it’s a special order as we don’t get AWDs in south it’s going to be an extra $2000 charge! The MSRP on Toyota website show $32,*** with the convince and weather package and AWD! Even after taxes etc it shouldn’t cross max of $36,000. But they have quoted me for $38,***. All they are doing is trying to rip their customers looking to buy new cars! If you don’t want to waste your money I would suggest you to try different Toyota dealers in the surrounding areas. The things I was looking for, I got a quote for $35,500! Almost $3,000 in difference! Will never return to this dealership and will tell my friends and family to not visit this shady dealership!!!

I went on Memorial Day praying to get a car my sales associate Amir was AMAZING!! He made the whole process very simple and easy! He took time out with my son explaining the game of cricket with him. I had an appointment at 7 am to have my tires rotated. At 8:30, the service consultant, Anthony, tells me I need a patch after the other consultant told him he needed to check on my car. Now here I am at 9:11 and still dont have my car. This was with an appointment. I never have this problem when Brandon is here. Very disgusted. Will I make it home by noon? We shall see!

I searched far and wide for my Toyota Tacoma Limited and they had one. The salesman told me that if I wanted it I had better act fast because someone else was going to probably buy it that evening. I was sure it was an attempt to force my hand but, sure enough about 1/2 way through the paperwork, another guy showed up looking for it. The only negative thing I can say is that I went in there pre-approved for the loan and they still ran my credit 3 times with their lenders and caused me to have 3 unnecessary credit inquiries. My lender was by far the best rate and I told them as such before they took the liberty of double checking with their lenders.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! The rudest people you could meet!! Not only did the service intake person have the worst attitude when I asked for more information on my cars warranty, but the service foreman “rotated my tires” he broke my hub cap and tried to make me pay $100 to fix it!!! He also left my hub cap on my tan seats inside of my car, he also cussed at me! When I reported it to the service manager he seemed amused by the whole situation he was everything but helpful!! Lets not forget they didn’t even service my car!! I waited there for 2 1/2 hours before this took place and when I finally able to leave I noticed my air was blowing warm air. Which clearly means they didn’t put any fluids in my car!! So now I have to take off of work for another day to go to a different dealership to have my car “serviced” again. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TAKE THE FEW EXTRA MINUTES TO DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT TOYOTA DEALERSHIP! These people have horrible character and absolutely no integrity what so ever!!! It’s a waste of time and completely embarrassing!! They also did not provide my with any paperwork or information on anything they did with my car. LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Most of the good reviews they have are fake. This place is a big scam!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there!! Save your self because they like to take advantage of people and are completely unconcerned of any complaints! This was my very first time having a car service ...My car had one previous owner and they only had it for less than a year so it’s only been serviced one time before this. These people will ruin your car and blame you!!! After that they will try to make you pay them. And if you ask questions they don’t want to answer they will cuss you out. My fuel pump also had a recall I’m not sure what they did but the intake person got mad with me for asking for a rental I never got my car was “finished” shortly after my request

Entire car buying process was a hassle and we never knew what was the truth. We were buying the car from out of state and once they had the paperwork and down payment they became hard to get ahold of.They were supposed to ship the car to us which took weeks to arrange. Once the car finally arrived multiple weeks later the driver of the truck delivering our car wouldn’t even release the vehicle to us because apparently the money we paid Limbaugh wasn’t even ever paid to the driver so essentially the shipping fee was a scam. Ended up having to pay cash to the driver just to get the car off the truck.Would never suggest this dealer to anyone and will never deal with them again.

I bought my new highlander here. As I signed the papers they tried to sell me all kinds of extra covered. Russ made a deal with me that once my warranty was returned from my RAV4 to call him and he would add the rim and tore coverage and the extended maintenance for me. I received the check and called him. He couldn’t remember me so he pulled my Info. He said he’d review it and call me back. I didn’t receive a phone call back after two days so I called and left a voicemail. No returned call. I’m so mad. I will not purchase from this dealership again. I should have just stuck with Scott Crump Toyota.

This place ran my credit score without my consent or knowledge after stating I had won a prize. I should have known better.. Typical crooked car salesmen and also the staff was extremely rude. I will never consider buying a vehicle from somewhere like this.

I dropped my Toyota supra off to warranty the tires, and called back 4 hours later and found out they haven’t done anything and they don’t even have the tires in stock, I had to call to find out they haven’t touched my car and there are no tires. They gave me no acknowledgment when I showed up. No respect no good service. At one point I thought they were the best in birmingham but I was wrong. Anthony is the name.

I bought a 2014 Nissan Maxima, used. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. With in two months repair after repair.ZIGGY, the repair shop manager, or whatever, lied about the service report. Ask ALL necessary questions before buying a used card. I’ve learned my lesson.

I purchased a car on Saturday. I didnt test drive the car before I left because I was currently driving the same car but a 2018 model. I was driving a Camry, XSE 6 cylinder. The salesman said that the 2020 was the same exact car I had, a lie. I spoke with the salesman and sales manager and they said there was nothing they could do. Wow!!My payments increased and Im still dissatisfied. I had a similar incident to happen at Serra Toyota but the salesman and sales manager worked it out. Hopefully they can work this out. I shouldve kept going.#dissatisfied

5 stars because they have the manpower to deliver excellent service. I had a early appointment and service checked me in and directed me to the service waiting area . Service waiting area was roomy and comfortable seats to sit in . Coffee was available and vending machines were in the area . Restrooms were very clean . All service employees were in uniform and greeted customers proper . The service done was thorough and estimated time for repair was done within reason. Parts department was adjacent to service waiting area . When the repair was finished the service writer located me in the waiting room and explained all charges and labor if additional repairs were needed {the same service writer that greeted me this morning} Then went to the cashier for checkout .

Horrible first time experience with this particular location. 2 whole hours for an oil change on a vehicle that I had recently purchased from a previous owner. Later was told that I had a recall on the vehicle. The recall was never communicated to me or even asked to pursue the recall. After speaking with manager about my concern, he states Im sorry and followed with What more do you want me to say. Go elsewhere if you can.

Purchased a 2018 Camry xse, red interior very rare to find. Drove two and a half hours didnt get there till around 5 ish. Shady, deceiving people - no way I would ever purchase a car here. They had a third party marketing company come in to do a promotion for them with the goal of bringing people to the dealership by deceiving them into thinking they won money. The lady who answers the phone lied about winning a prize to get people out to the dealership. My wife drove all the way out to find out it was a SCAM. They started pushing to run credit apps and were harassing her to buy a car. A business who would hustle someone like that to get business doesn’t deserve anyone’s money. There are plenty of other reputable Toyota dealers around. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The sales people are great but the service side leaves a lot to be desired. Made an appointment for 1130 and 2 hours later they havent even pulled my car in. I get there is a lot of cars to service but what was the point in making an appointment when its just going to be first come first serve anyway?

Put in all our contact info just to see what, literally, every other car dealership in Bham offers on their sites without expecting you to divulge your info and be bombarded by calls, texts, and emails? I brought my Corolla in to get the airbag replaced for that recall. My low tire pressure light had been on for a couple of weeks and I hadnt gotten around to fixing it. I didnt mention it when I dropped off my car but when I picked it up, the light was off and my tires were full. That kind of thing makes a place great. Should I be in the market for a car in the future, Ill definitely be back to Limbaugh.

We started our journey to look for a new Camry at Limbaugh Toyota . I had looked at their web site and talked to Bailey Little, one of the sales staff on the phone. We met with Bailey described what we were looking for, this is our fourth Camry third from Limbaugh. So on a hot August day Bailey spent a long time showing us several cars describing each. All with different features, colors, and prices. His knowledge and help were excellent. We were trading in a 2004 Camry with 274,000 miles so we needed some help on all the new features. Bailey took the time to show us all the new features and believe me things have changed since 2004. But Bailey was patient and helpful, we went for a test drive and it wasnt just around the corner and back but long enough to get the feel of the car. Obviously sold on the car it was a matter of price and again Bailey was extremely helpful. He gave us a very fair price for our trade-in, had the car cleaned while we talked price. And after the sale again went over all the features of our now new car. He spent most of the day with us making sure we had the car we wanted,were pleased with the car, with his help,and with the dealership. So when we need a new Camry we will find it very easy to call Bailey Little at Limbaugh Toyota and make an appointment to pick out our new Camry.

Bad location. As I was driving to the dealership just off the interstate someone pointed an assault rifle at me out of their truck! You can buy from them but they will give you nothing for your trade. You are better off selling your car to Car Max first. The owners are cheapskates so dont expect to be pampered like some other dealerships do. They dont even have a popcorn machine! The Limbaugh name has no relation to Rush Limbaugh!

Dwayne Currier is the man to see ! I had recently been in an automobile accident which resulted in totaling out my favorite vehicle. I started right away looking for the same one and found 3 I loved. Spoke with people from Atlanta to Birmingham and after a day of phone calls and emails back and forth between us we drove the 2 hours down the next day to buy it. Limbaughs customer service is 2 steps above any other car dealership! They work hard to find the exact vehicle you want and can afford!! The service department is fast and friendly as well. This dealership may be large, but has a small family atmosphere! I wont ever buy a car anywhere else, but Limbaugh!!

Austin was super helpful- we live several hours away, and Austin worked with me to answer a million questions and send pictures of the vehicle. Purchasing the vehicle did not take long AT ALL, and everything was great. Right after our purchase we had a small issue with the vehicle once we got back home, and Austin and the dealership responded with such grace- they wanted to be sure we were happy and safe and took care of everything!

I would like to thank my salesperson, Corey Hooper. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and most of all patient. This is my second Toyota Camry that I have purchased from Limbaugh Toyota. I visited Limbaugh Toyota on today with the intention of getting my car serviced and left with an upgraded Camry that fits my budget. Corey was honest and upfront and delivered everything that he promised. The staff that I had an opportunity to meet were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely purchase another car in the future from Limbaugh Toyota.

Great staff and amazing service . Play room if you have kids, aquarium, snack machine, drinks and coffee as well as a large and still comfortable waiting room. There is a place to charge your phone and the staff is always eager to aide you in any concern. I love these guys

This dealership is one of the best dealership I have ever visited in Alabama. The bests word also includes other car brands such as Nissan or Honda. One word I can tell about Limbaugh service is: professional. In Limbaugh, everything is straight forward to the business, correct, and essential information. I went here to buy my Toyota RAV4 2019 on this Jan 2019. I talked with both Mr. T.V. and Brian. Mr T.V. is so friendly and has a lot of experience. He showed me all financial options with reasonable interests. I really like the way he talk straight forward to the options and give useful advice about the best option that I should take. I highly recommend that you should ask for Mr. T.V, or Brian when you come here.

I want to thank Bailey Little and Brian Limbaugh for making our experience so munch better when buying a new vehicle. We just made our second purchase with Limbaugh because we had such a good experience the first time. This second time was just as great. I wish I could give them 0 star. They advertised wrong prices to lure you in. The salesperson never called me back and when I called to inquire about the vehicle, they told me that the car was sold. Poor customer experience, I would not recommend it.

Sales people were smart, smiling and cunning as expected. People in the finance area were overworked and visibly tired even to explain to us the calculation they did in the deed we signed. You would not like to see tired people at work, right?

Very easy buying experience with Bailey Little at Limbaugh Toyota. I was dreading the high-pressure sales tactics and stall tactics you frequently hear about with car dealerships. My experience with Bailey was completely the opposite. He presented me with a very reasonable price, walked me though the features of the car. Was quick about getting my trade in valued. Entire time at the dealership, including a test drive was under 2 hours. Very impressed and pleased with my car buying experience at Limbaugh.

Brett was my first contact person at Limbaugh and he was great! I ended up working with Brett and Austin when purchasing my car and they were both wonderful! I test drove a Camry in July but did not buy my car until August. I explained my timeline to them when I went for the test drive and asked them not to call, text, or email me (one dealership emails me almost daily) that I would be back in August. Both respected my request, Brett did respond to my numerous texts during this time frame. I absolutely love my car!! And in a few years when it becomes my daughters car, I will probably be back at Limbaugh buying another Camry for me!! I cant wait to see their new showroom. If you need a car, go see Brett or Austin. They are both very nice, knowledgeable, and easy going but most importantly they never pressured me. I got exactly what I wanted without the typical dealership pressure sale feeling. I think Limbaugh was very fair with the trade in amount on my other car. I would recommend them to anyone and have several times already. My new Camry has every feature I wanted and more for at a great price! Thanks guys!!

I enjoyed my experience at the service department! I didn’t have an appointment and they were super busy when I went, but they still gave me the best service with reasonable wait time. I also bought my car from them! Highly satisfied customer.
