I usually get my Cayenne serviced by the porsche dealer in Eastpointe, but recently they were unable to get me in quickly enough, so I called Fred Lavery after my friend raved about them. They were able to get me in same day and got me back on the road quickly despite it being a holiday weekend. Price was reasonable and the vehicle drives like a dream again.Would definitely recommend

Please don’t deal with Paul Williams sales manager at Audi Dealership, he is rude and he over talks you, he also is a big liar? In the past I have had good experiences, I’ve been going to this dealership since 2009 and he has the nerves to tell me go and try Ann Arbor Audi when I am a loyal customer. I have left a message for the store manager to call me back, does anyone know who to contact the owner Fred?

We just purchased a Cayenne from Fred Lavery. We could have travelled anywhere to find our vehicle, but as a local business owner in Birmingham, I feel its important to support our local businesses. Our sales associate, Ali, made things simple and our overall experience was great. Will not be returning to this company!! Not only was the mechanic (Kern) rude and CONDESCENDING, he told me his time was more valuable than mine. I came in with 2 issues and they only managed to fix one of those issues even though I paid to have both issues fixed. I dont care how good your mechanic is, if he loses you business, than hes not a good asset to your team.After my appointment I was contacted by the company to check if I was satisfied with the service. I was not and as part of their good faith they were going to send out a free keychain and of course they couldnt even manage to do that.

I was an out of state buyer looking to buy a particular Audi. Sam and Alan were outstanding, help me with all my questions and objections. Even offered to pick me up at the airport. Car was as advertised, detailed and fueled up. Could not ask for more from them and made my experience feel as if I was a local. Thank you guys!

Worst customer service ever very turned off by the way they handled my vehicle and the way the ENTIRE dealership was communicated I will NEVER bring my car or trust these people. Very disappointed*gentleman would not answer my simple questions about the car because I was not bought at his location told me to read the manual and have a nice day*

John and the whole Porsche service staff are amazing. Anytime I have had issues with my vehicle they are able to quickly diagnose and repair. The last time I was in, John went above and beyond to get a transmission issue resolved! This level of service will make me a Porsche customer for Life!

Never had an issue. Excellent service. Get my regular maintenance there and they are extremely accommodating with picking up the car and dropping it off. Also had car play and a trailer hitch installed with no issues whatsoever. Recommend without hesitation.

All the guys in Porsche service are super!! They are very efficient and thorough when they work on my car. I have never had a bad experience and am always pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting my car fixed. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Terrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment and identified the issues. Only to arrive at the dealership to be told these are known issues and they have no fix.... Dealership doesnt care. Porsche call center doesnt care. I get better service on my GMC truck!

I see a lot of mixed reviews about this dealership i have purchased my Audi A7 from here worked with Ali Jaber in the used car sales and he showed me nothing but the upmost respect and amazing service.That in a few months after i purchased my wife a vehicle from him. Just because we dont get the car for the price that us as customers are looking for doesnt mean this is a bad dealership. I mean i would loved for Ali Jaber to give me the A7 i have for a cheaper price but its an Audi you wanna drive something nice you gonna have to pay. I have been looking around everywhere for this Audi A7 and i was driving down Woodward and went in and asked and i was greeted at the door by Mr Jaber we went through all the A7s he had in stock and ones he can order for me and he showed me everything on his computer which i knew right then i can trust him and i wasnt getting ripped off that why i keep going back there working with him very honest very respectful and he always checks up on me not to sell me anything but just to see how life going i was dealing with a sales rep but now gained a friend so thank you Mr Jaber for the amazing deals and great customer service. I will be seeing you in the summer to get a vehicle for my son thank you again

Service dept is terrible. They charge more for parts and labor more then any other Porsche dealership. Every time I drop my vehicle off for maintenance, something goes wrong right after I pick it up. I know that service is doing this on purpose to generate more business. They are fraudulent and try to charge me double then any other dealer. Will not return

John has been at the service desk each time I’ve brought my Cayenne into the dealership since its first oil change. It does not matter if I swing by unannounced, call the same day or am running late for a prescheduled appointment; he ALWAYS takes care of me! Always kind and professional and upfront. I should add that I did not purchase my Cayenne from Fred Lavery Porsche; but did buy it brand new from another PORSCHE franchise.I will look to John for help when I’m in the market for a new whip, as I’ve decided that PORSCHE is my brand and this will be my hometown hub. Thanks John!

The worst Porscha dealership in 50 states.When u have a sensor light for front pad repairThey say it’s a defect in sensor only so u ruin your rotors, when it was a simple pad repair.Best regards

John in service has zero personality, very curt, borderline rude.Serviced all of my cars there until now.Won’t return based on pricing for labor and their attitude.Go to Munks Motors, Bill Cook or Suburban.If you decide to service here, ASK QUESTIONS, demand your parts and have them checked.

It feels like I am not recommending the dealership because of the salesperson I dealt with because every other aspect of my car purchase was fine. From the start, Charlie almost made it feel like I was wasting his time. He seemed like he had other, more important clients to deal with, even though I was the only person in there. After he found out that I wasn’t just there to take an Audi for a fun test drive and that I was really interested in buying it, he seemed to care a bit more. The A4 I bought had a different MMI cable in the glovebox than my phone so I asked Charlie if he could replace that for me ( the one that was in the car was brand new, in the Audi packaging) he said he would look into it and take care of it but to give him a day or two. So I bought the car and kept texting back and fourth with him. I finally heard back from him and he informed me that they have it in stock for $85. I was confused about this since Charlie made it seem like he’ll take care of the cable and I wouldn’t have to worry about it. When I asked him about it, he said that it’s not possible to take care of that and that if I wanted it, I’d have to pay for it. I didn’t buy the Audi just because it’s a nice car, I also bought it because of the amazing customer service that comes with owning an Audi. Sure, I didn’t buy the most expensive car they had, but I didn’t expect to get lied to... I know it’s only an $85 cable, but it’s not about the money, it’s about the values and integrity. If this dealership is ok with this kind of behavior, What other shady tactics do they let slide. Very disappointed in Charlie and the way I was treated. I’m sure it would have been a bit different if I was buying an R8, but when it comes time to buy that R8, I’ll look elsewhere.

Really pleasant experience! Full disclosure, I originally went to a different Porsche dealership to get my Panamara serviced. I was a little stressed because of break problems. I didn’t have the best experience with the previous dealship.I went home and googled other dealerships, found Fred Lavery’s. I called and spoke with John. No hassle, he said to bring it right in. The entire experience was what you would expect from a Porsche a dealer. John and team fixed my breaks/sensors and had me back on the road later that day!Thank you! I will always bring my Porsche back there for service and probably purchase from here when I updgrade next year!Best Regards

Really bad service...i ordered a part (300$) for my Porsche and they never told me when it arrived so i tried to call multiple times in 2 weeks and couldnt get anyone at the phone. After that i sent an email and i got a call from them and they said my part is there... so i was going there to pick it up and they doubled the price of it (now it costs 600$) after that i just turned around and left...that Service is incompetent and not that what it should be at Porsche!Guys so you dont keep your customers...That was for me the last time.

Unprofessional! I never called the parts department and got someone who is professional and knows what they are doing . It is a shame that they represent such a luxury vehicle but cant hire the employees of that caliber.
