Had 10 am appointment for an oil change arriving 20 minutes early vehicle wasnt taken back until 1030 or later. I got it back about 1120 which from start of service until delivery wasnt bad but starting 30 minutes late had be there almost hour and half after appointment which if I make an appointment they should be ready to start close to time of said appointment. Value of service was reasonable though.

Zach was very easy to work with showing professionalism every step of the way. This was my first appointment for service for my new Sierra SLT and was pleasantly surprised to find out that there wasnt any charge for my oil change and tire rotation. Of course, I know I will pay next time but I found it very nice that the first service was free. You definitely will have my business going forward.I was able to comfortably work on my laptop inside while I waited. The wait time was much quicker than I had expected it to be. GM 8 speed transmission shifting problems. Called Rick Smith at Courtesy GMC and setup an appointment. My truck was taken in on time and the problems could not be found. Courtesy Buick have always taken care of us. My husband and I got stationed here in 2016 and in 2018, I bought my first Buick (my husband already had and loves his Buick). Rick and Ronda at the Service Department are always so friendly and willing to accommodate our crazy schedule. The sales staff are always kind and professional. The mechanics always do a top-notch job and ensure that they don’t leave even a speck of sand in either of our vehicles after service. I will not buy a vehicle or service my vehicles anywhere else except from Courtesy. Kudos!

Brought in my 2018 Sierra for a transmission shudder on a Tuesday and was also informed I needed new motor mounts. It was my understanding the radiator flush was a known issue and that service was supposed to be no charge. My truck was 800 miles past 60K so I expected the mounts to be taken care of as well but was informed I had to pay 10%. Not happy from the start as both should have been covered. That was the last communication I had FROM the service dept. I called Thursday to get a update and was told work may be completed on Friday and they would call either way. No call. Called back Monday first thing and was told work was done and it was awaiting test drive and they would call back shortly, no call. Went down 2 hours later, truck still not test driven and sitting in same spot on lot as it did all weekend, meaning the work had been prior to the weekend as you cant move a truck without motor mounts and the 2 ½ hour job could not have been done by 9:00 AM that day. Service rep gets the paperwork done (still no test drive by the boss) I inspect the truck to find my painted lug covers were damaged from an impact wrench, again. Spoke to the service manager and told him that my covers were damaged for the second time. He agreed it was their fault and offered to replace them. I let my frustration out a bit and replied like you said you would the last time and I never received a check? He replied he did not recall the last time. Then a sentence later said he had no way of knowing if the first set were cracked (I never said the first set were cracked) before I brought it in so he couldnt pay for them. So he did not recall but somehow knew they were cracked. Lied to straight to my face by your service manager. I asked to speak to the general manager, he said ok and turned and went back to his office and I went to the waiting area to wait on the gm. 5 mins pass, the service manager walks by me without an acknowledgement, no surprise. 10 mins later I go to find out when the gm will see me and run into the sales manager, who informed me the gm was not in the office that day was very polite and seemed to listen to my concerns and said the gm would contact me. That was a week ago, nothing. While the work seems competent, the customer service is about as poor as it gets.

I was a little nervous taking my 2016 Chevy Cruze to the dealership but after 2 misdiagnoses from 2 other places , when I pulled up they waived the diagnostic fee and not only was there 1 person to look at my car but 3 and they told me 1 thing right on the spot that they noticed that needed fixed. Left my car with them over the weekend got a call to pick up my car and I had thought being a dealership I was about to pay a fortune to have my car fixed. Little did I know the price was very reasonable and couldnt believe it . I had excellent customer service . I took my car to Courtesy Chevrolet and a big thanks to Larry and Zack. Oil change seems fine except sticker reads 3500 miles even though the synthetic oil is usually good for 7k miles. Breaks still squeak even after bringing the car back for a second service for that problem. Id like to have that $400 back.

I purchased the 2021 Yukon back in August. I absolutely love my purchase. The salesman was wonderful. The process was pretty easy and I wasn’t there all day. We knew what we wanted and they made it easy. My complaint is with the service after my purchase. My back headrest was broken when I got home and noticed it I called the dealership right away and let them know they said they would call me when they got the part in so I could have it done. I waited two weeks and called them to ask if they had gotten the port in, they had received the part but never made an effort to call me. I had made an appointment to have it worked on the next week. When I went in they then told me that the part wasn’t in yet, and that they would let me know when the part would come in. When the part finally did arrive I made my appointment to go get it put on the part had a defect in it so they couldn’t put the part on. And I still haven’t gotten it fixed and it has been since August. My car is amazing the Communication is a little off* since I have made the original post I received a phone call from Courtesy. The sales manager and service manager both greeted me as soon as I pulled up for me appointment and assured me at they would take care of my needs for the Yukon. I was extremely pleased that my issue was taken care of promptly. They even delivered my suv when the service was finished. Thank you Courtesy.

I had inquired, before setting up my appointment, about using my last complimentary oil change. When it was done, I was told I had to pay as the complimentary oil change was only up to 12k miles. It would have be nice had I been made aware of it. The next day, after the oil change, I noticed my truck was leaking oil and I had to drive all the way back from Chelsea to Trussville. All I was told was sorry and I had to ask what would they give me to clean the oil off my driveway, which they just gave me carburetor cleaner.Not happy at all with the customer experience.

I have 2015 Yukon Denali and I called and made an appointment for transmission shudder. The service advisor (white old lady) was kinda rude. Over the phone she told me they see those issues everyday. When I got there got checked in. I told her I wanted a transmission flush done. After 3 hrs of wait she tells me they could not verify the issue, did not even perform the transmission flush I asked for. Would not go back I will be taking my business else where to another gmc dealership.

Service department was very efficient but when it came to sales I give them zero stars. This is the second time I have visited the showroom and have yet to be greeted by anyone. Multiple people stirring around . I’ve received Service approximately 4 times here. Once in the Body shop where the service was good. They were professional and proficient. But, service department is another matter. The conversations are short and blunt, as if they’re doing me a favor. I’m interrupted when trying to explain my service needs. They did a fantastic job, even better than I usually do myself. Not a water spot on the vehicle. They actually loaned me a 2016 GMC Sierra Z71 to drive back to work while they did the work. The very rude service advisor if you can call her that told me it was gm policy. Tell that to someone else lady.
