For a long time I have worked on my own vehicles - and still do. But for my work truck, I had always taken it to a Firestone for routine oil changes for convivence. I recently had work done that that required some more in-depth mechanical knowledge, and their repair failed. They had a warranty and would likely honor it, but I had something better - A strong referral to Estes.After years of being told by a few family friends, I finally took a vehicle in. I had a substantial amount of non-critical work that I elected for. Kelly and Alan gave me a fair price on parts and provided their shop rate, which is very reasonable for a shop full of competent mechanics. Their estimate was accurate, I actually saved a bit off their original estimate!My experience has been wonderful so far. I can tell by talking to the owner, his number one goal is to maintain his integrity and provide an honest service. If the shop ever messed up, I have zero doubts they would take care of their customer and own it. Aside from my personal vehicles, I have a fleet of 7 trucks/ vans, all of which have been serviced in the past two months by Estes. I value my time during the day as well as my personal time. The value they provided by being no hassle, getting things done the right way the first time is essential to me, and they simply excel here.

Ive been using Estes Automotive for about 30 years. I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado which they have maintained faithfully for 19 of those years. I can think of only one time I had to return to address the same problem: when they went behind the dash, the mechanic forgot to reconnect the speedometer, which was speedily carried out while I waited. Great service!

I made a last minute appointment last week to get my truck serviced oil changed etc. the appointment was for Friday. I needed to get to Pensacola to spend Father’s Day with my son and family so I called on Thursday morning to see if I could bring it in on Thursday so I could leave Thursday after work for Pensacola. Estes was able to get me in on Thursday morning so I could leave for Pensacola on Thursday after work and spend all day Friday with my family and son at the beach. Also the owner Kelly Estes actually gave me a ride to my office on Thursday morning so I could get my work done while they serviced my truck. They do great work and provide great service. Justin D.

I started using Estes several years ago because the location is within walking distance of my office and I can drop off the car in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Ive grown to trust them when they make recommendations and suggestions. You can believe them when they tell you that your vehicle NEEDS something done. Its a clean shop with friendly people who do quality work. Cant ask for more.

They are very professional and do their best to stay up to date with all of the latest technology. Kelly is a lifelong technician, and Im convinced that he can fix anything. Mike has been in the business even longer, and knows exactly how to handle things. I love using these guys.

I have taken my cars to Estes Automotive for over 20 years. They do excellent work. I have never had a problem that they could not solve.

One guy I talked to was pretty cool. But the owner or boss was a racist. Was very rude for no reason and wanted to charge me 400 dollars for a wire that came loose from the window panel. On a 1970 Bonneville took 5 minutes to fix. The cool guy put me down for day to get it fixed and the boss saidNo, I dont wanna even look at his car unless he has 400 dollars. Wow

Terrible experience. I will never take my business there again. Customer service was awful. The manager cursed me out! They stripped my lug nuts and tried to charge me for them. The old guy needs to retire. Poor all around service.

Honest dependable repair shop

The are a rarity; an actual, honest garage. Been numerous times they could have robbed me blind, but didnt.

Took my car there they told me I needed 3500 dollars worth of repairs made me scared to drive it I took it to another mechanic who fixed the issues for 800 dollars never go to Estes
