They were extremely busy and yet it didnt get to them and very polite about it. In and out in less than 10 minutes for my U-Haul rental. Highly recommend. Great guys working there.

I was a customer of 5 Star Tire. I’ve been twice under the new management by Covenant. Their customer service is fantastic, fast, friendly and attentive to the needs of the customer. My wait time for both visits was 20 minutes or less. Thanks Covenant, I’m all-in as your customer.

They tried to install two dry rotted and cracked tires on my girlfriends 2013 Subaru. Luckily I was able to stop by and look at them before they sent her down the road on dangerous tires. I picked a different set, and left to go back to work. 4 hours later one of the tires is going flat. Returned to the shop and asked that the tire be patched. After he patched the leak, I wanted them to check the tire for any other leaks. The owner refused saying he sprayed something on it (he sprayed something on the new patch, he didnt check the rest of the tire. I watched him do it)Poor quality service, no regard for safety or proper procedure, even at the request of a customer.Covenant tire apparently just mounts tires and hopes Jesus takes the wheel to keep you safe. They certainly dont seem to have any concern for their customers.

Repeat customer of this location , but first time back since new ownership and Management. First class all the way so glad i went back and gave another chance after an issue with previous owner. Frank and his staff were very friendly and helpful. he went above and beyond and got my tires a day earlier than promised when ordered and called me each day with updates. Will be back

Do not be deceived by the name of this business, nor the crosses the business displays! I was fraudently billed for damage to a truck. I am glad that I had photo proof, which was dated and time stamped before I drove off the lot on the morning of the rental. I tried to address directly with Covenant; however, I kept receiving the run around. I contacted Uhaul directly. I was refunded within 24 hours, following their investigation. I would avoid this business$

This place is legit. Very knowledgeable, informative, and honest. Great price on two great condition used tires. In and out in no time. Frank(owner) was incredibly welcoming to my son and I, even letting him “help” put the tire back together. Receptionist was also fantastic and my son really appreciated his candy! I have used this place twice after it was recommended to me by my boss who had a full set replaced recently- my first visit was a last minute emergency and they were very friendly and quick and gave me a great price- they also pointed out to me my other tires were going to soon be in need of being changed- I then came back a couple of weeks later and they put on a whole matching set and had me in and out. The cheapest place I’ve found in town with great quick service!

Receptionist doesn’t know how to do her job. Every time I’ve called she is no help. Tires are cheap and the dudes in the shop know what they are doing. Fire her and you’ll have more business. My dog could do better.

My mother in-law who is a widow took her Nissan Xterra in for the mechanics to fix a oil leak from the engine seals. Her check engine light was not on. Her car was working fine until these guys at Five Star Tire’s got a hold of it. It took them over twelve days to try to fix this issue. Told her it needed a new radiator plus the engine seals. Three times sending her home saying car was fixed. Check engine light came on, new radiator leaking, car started sputtering, would not go over 20mph scared her to death. Five Star Tire towed it back to there place said more things needed to be fixed. She told them to stop don’t do anything else. Every time they touched the car Five Star Tire messed the car up even more!!! She had to have her car TOWED to ANOTHER mechanic to hopefully fix the mess-up which cost $200, plus Five Star Tire charged her OVER $1600.00. I would NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!! Not to mention the car is still not drivable and sitting at another mechanics shop waiting to hopefully be fixed. Remember she drove the car to them without any check engine light or issue other then replacing engine seals and had to pay someone to tow it out. More money for my widow mother-in-law.

After Express Oil Change couldnt handle a brake bleed, telling me the ABS module would require replacement, Chris wanted to take a look at the vehicle. We happened to be there renting a U-Haul and mentioned what had gone on at Express Oil Change. Chris had the problem solved in an hour or so, which was that the master cylinder required a bleed as well. He also hooked me up with some awesome tires because mine were about to come apart. He kept us informed throughout the process and took care of all our needs. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Please Please Please do not take you car here. They are terrible. They will give you a lower rate to lure for service. I am without a car now because they are horrible and liars!!!!!! Please dont go there!!

I was looking for a shop in the area to grab new tires for my car, but After reading their recent review I think Ill rather go to goodyear or Firestone. I feel more comfortable knowing theyll stand behind their warranty, small mom and pop shops find anyway to get over on the customers.

This place is awesome! I just bought 4 used tires with 90% thread for $250! Jimmy and Rachel helped my husband and I with selecting the best tires to replace. Theyre tires have great threads with low price ranges. Jimmy was helpfull with the pricing, as well.

This place was awesome!! Stopped by to just get air in a tire that was low, ended up needing a plug & and front brakes!! I was in & out within an HOUR! Their mechanic, JJ, was very knowledge & very professional! He had my brakes on within the hour! Rob got my tire plugged & even shined my tires up!! Everyone was very friendly! Not once was I pressured into buying anything other than exactly what I needed! The owner Jimmy was very friendly & helpful!! They even had doughnuts in the customer lounge area!

I paid 2000$ for this shop to rebuild my transmission, on my Chevy impala this came with a 1 year warranty, since the initial rebuild my transmission has went out twice. This is the second time and I took it back to the shop, and the owner Jimmy refuse to come to the phone, but has had his secretary, contact me and say they will not abide by the contract since 22000 miles have been put on the car. She told me that I needed to contact PRO transmission who is the A 3rd party that they contracted the transmission work with . I never knew I was paying a middle man to get my transmission fixed. They secretary used racial slurs, over the phone and threatened to call the cops to run my vehicle, after I refuse to pick it up until seeking legal counsel. This place is the worst, if u are looking to rent a uhaul, get your car fixed, or tires, seek a better business.

We are repeat customers and until today were pleased with their service. They had our car on and off for three weeks. My husband asked to speak to the owner, the receptionist took 30 minutes making excuses as to why he couldnt he contactedShe finally agreed to write him a note but could not guarantee when he would get it. Being in business and causing that much of an inconvenience, I would have wanted to speak to the customer and set things right. We were asked to pick up our car. So we are out of $1100.00 and our car that was driven to their shop is a non drive complete with smoke. I would recommend them for a box car derby!

My wife had to have a tire replaced about a month ago. The tire went flat on the freeway yesterday and i removed it and put the spare on. I could see no visible damage. She went back to 5 Star and they said there was a cut in the tire. Charged her the full $120 to replace again. What are the odds and even if it was damaged by a foreign object they should have done better on the charge. Wont be going back there again.

Always go here for all my tires and for my alignments. They are all very nice and thorough in their jobs. They have new and used tires and if u buy ur tires there they have free tire rotation.

Called 3 times to verify a used tire in stock. Was driving from tuscaloosa and work Mon-Fri so had to make the trip on Saturday. Was told the tire would be held for me due to the long trip. Called the day I was supposed to pick up and they sold it out from under me the day before. Extremely unprofessional and I will never do or recommend business with this company. There was no attempt to make it right either.

You can usually get some very cheap prices on tires at this location. Just beware that they sell used/pull-off tires that can be in very poor condition compared to how they actually look.
