Long story short. I wont be doing business with them in the near future. Id be better off going to Hendrick in Hoover. Just recently had an alignment done and my tires still had some scalloping going on. This time around they told me the wait time was two weeks so I left it with them. I also asked to be quoted for some side mirrors and tires since mine were already in rough shape. They were new when I first came to get it aligned and took so long to get it addressed I wasnt going to fault them. The service department has been really hard to get I touch with and it brothers me that they dont realize how long Ive been on hold multiple times then still say they also have tried to get in touch. At the end decided to pick up the truck and will get it serviced elsewhere. This truck was bought from when it was Benchmark 10 years and it has been a solid truck thay we were looking into buying another one like it but will be looking at other dealers since if our truck breaks down I wouldnt want to have that same repeat service.

If i could give this zero stars i would.On Oct 5th,2021 I contacted Voyles Automotive located at 1313 Grant Mills Way, Birmingham, AL 35210. To purchase a 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie stock number 802101. I am coming all the way from Florida to purchase a vehicle in Alabama. Rep. Van Cook and I came to agreement that I would be interested in moving forward with the purchase of said vehicle. Deal agreed was: 0 percent financing deal with payment of $899.00 for 72 months on total financing of $64,728.01. Van Cook received manager Jackson Hagens approval and requested I submitted a credit application. I received a call back at 3:14pm on 10/05 stating I received the approval. Van sounded unsure at the time so i requested he verify the 0 percent financing. I later received a call from Van stating that the 0 percent financing had expired on October 3rd of 2021. This error has caused by credit to be ran for a financing offer that the dealer failed to confirm was still available and was in agreement to in order to move forward with my purchase of the vehicle. To make matters worse the manager said the error was due to them using the same information from last month instead of updating it. They later came back and said i could go through Chrysler at a rate of 2.99% and my payments going up to $984 dollars. This is beyond unethical and your typical bait and switch these dealers are known for. The only solution then manager then provided was I try a 84 month term. Dealer takes no responsibility and ask that i pay extra in interest to offset their mistake. Take your money and business elsewhere to a dealer thats honest.

Fraud. If I had one word to describe this place. Took a truck to get alignment they had to keep it there for 2 weeks before they could look at it. Once they did they told me I need to replace certain parts or they couldn’t do the alignment. I had replaced those parts 6 months ago. The technician tried to sell me on replacing things that weren’t even broken. Then they are extremely hard to get on the phone and when I leave a call back number no one ever calls.Take your vehicle here for one thing and they will tell you it “needs” other things and they can’t do what you requested unless they get extra money out of you while your vehicle is here.

We first spoke with Nevin Koshy by phone and he confirmed that Voyles did have a Wrangler I was interested. By the time we arrived at the dealership, he had it parked at the front entrance, ready to examine and drive. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and very kind and engaging. Nevin coordinated my purchase painlessly. I could not be more pleased.

Great experience buying a new Jeep Gladiator at Voyles CDJR. They had what I wanted on the lot (which is why I went to Voyles in the first place) gave a good price for my trade in, and was in and out including test drive, trade, financing, detailing all within a couple/few hours on a Saturday morning. Could not ask for better! Jessie (sales) was very helpful, finance department was helpful and not overly pushy like so many are. And best of all, the Gladiator did *not* have thousands of dollars of added cost like so many Jeeps you see, so the price I saw online was a real price the Jeep could actually be bought for! More than I can say for some other scenarios Ive been through elsewhere.

My wife and I are from out of town and we had been thinking about buying a Jeep Cherokee, and visited this dealership to see what was available, with no intentions of making a purchase at that time. I was greeted by very courteous and friendly Sales person (Van Cook). He was not pushy but was very helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle and explained all the rebates etc that were available on the vehicle. His attitude is to be commended. Because of this I decided to deal with him and we worked out a deal that I thought was fair to both parties. He then went over all the features and showed my wife and I how to operate all the features. Before we left, he said to be sure to call him if needed or we had any questions.

Truck is beautiful, and the salesman delivered it to my door. I feel that the price was fair, and that the dealership facility has a very comfortable and welcoming feel to it. They do have some things to iron out on the service side, especially in regards to communication and setting expectations, but I think that 4 stars fairly represents my overall experience.

Brought Jeep back 3 times after they performed tune up and service. They could not replace the spark plugs correctly. They kept misfiring and sparking after we left and drove it. But the lack of professionalism from service manager Ringo Hulsey who said he doesnt know how to change spark plugs was most concerning. Trusting service for your car at a dealership where svc mgr doesnt know basics of mechanics is concerning. They did however refund $500 of our $2700 bill.

I came in to purchase a oil filter for my truck and saw some of the wheels and tires that taken off a new truck for an upgrade and liked the deal that was offered so I purchased them. The wheels were mounted on the truck in a very reasonable time and I was on my way. The service was top notch and the people that I talked to were very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

(Revised) After expressing my situation to the Servicing Department Manager, I have come to understand the problem was with one individual employee, not the whole company. They are working to rectify the problem.They are If I could give a negative star, I would. Worst service department I have ever dealt with.I dropped my van off on May 12 to diagnose it. I was told it was bad gas. After consenting to have that fixed, I was then told the problem was much larger than bad gas; the engine would have to be replaced.Long story short, after two months, multiple weeks of no progress reports unless I called, multiple requests for the technician or service manager to call me back, multiple promises of it being ready at the end of the week. I still dont have it back.

I dropped off a person to pick up a van that was there for service all went well with everything . While there I was interested in a new truck for myself . I looked at trucks on the lot , no one waited on me . Then I walked in the building. 15 people were there no one spoke to me . I have bought 2 vans there . It was just the end of the year when I buy new cars because most car dealers are more motivated to get old models gone . Just odd to me but this does happen pretty regular when I am looking to buy goods . Many people do not sale any longer they just wait to sale .

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. While disappointed that the sales person engaged in dishonest practices I am more disappointed at the dealerships failure to attempt to make it right. I initiated a car purchase electronically and was told that initiating the purchase; completing credit app, securing financing, getting approved would indicate a sale in progress reserving the vehicle. My sales person contacted me to let me know I was approved and to go through the numbers, once we were done he then let me know they were in the middle of selling it to someone else. The sales manager then called and offered nothing to repair the situation and I am now left with trying to find another vehicle for purchase.The worst part of this experience is their dishonesty and failure to take customer service seriously, it is apparent their only interest is in selling vehicles. If this is their sales practice what is their service department like and how many other things are they not being forthcoming about?Update: I called Hendrick Dodge, Chrysler, Ram ,Jeep and within 2 hours received approval, placed a down payment and made arrangements for delivery of vehicle. Sales experience was the easiest Ive ever had and complete opposite of my experience at Voyles.

John Crockett spent a lot of time helping us decide on the right Jeep Wrangler to purchase. I had already configured what I thought we wanted on the Jeep website and brought that in, mainly for a test drive of the Sport, which they had on the lot. After driving the Sport, and then John helping us compare the options packages that I had selected, against the Jeep Sahara, it was obvious that we had made the wrong decision on which model to buy. We then test drove the Sahara, which also had the Sky Power Top option, and that sealed the deal. Yes, we spent more on the Sahara (which we bought off the showroom floor), but it had more of what we really wanted and we knew that choosing the Sport was the wrong decision, and we would not have been satisfied after the purchase.
