Just bought a car from these people and was told The price of the car and I actually said that I would pay it. They told me that they would clean it and I made sure on the phone talking to the salesman that all of the state taxes were paid, come to find out they are not so I’m now having to spend more money. When I received the car there was a ball of hair in the Console and there was like a black dust and grass everywhere inside the vehicle. Not happy because now I had to also pay to get it detailed. I wouldn’t suggest this place ever, once the money stops coming there out completely not people I would ever recommend.

My experience pulling up on this lot was terrible from arrival. Customer service was horrible. We started to let it go but as we thought on it for days I felt I should share. Me and my fiance had been looking on line at a Mercedes S550 and we decided to drive to the lot and take a look and test drive. This is not important BUT WE PULLED UP in a S550 as well and he was looking to upgrade possibly. However we feel that IF we were a white couple pulling up we would have been assisted instantly. We stayed on the lot 15 minutes NO ONE greeted us. However as we got in the car to pull off two caucasian salesmen came to tha door and looked at us and turned around NEVER tried to come out and help or apologize for the inconveniences. We visited on this past Saturday

I was looking at three separate vehicles (different makes), so I visited no less than three dealerships. I would’ve been satisfied with any of the vehicles and I could’ve received similar finance rates. At the end of the day, I chose Maserati of Birmingham based solely on customer experience. Beau and the remaining team answered all my questions, refrained from pressure, and did everything possible to make this feel less than a transaction. In a world saturated by choices, other dealers and salesman would do well to follow Maserati of Birmingham’s example. You don’t need to be sleazy to sell a car.

James was excellent. He was able to get my car in on very short notice. The technician spoke with me after the requested service was performed and answered all of my questions. The customer waiting area and restrooms were very clean and I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car back. Excellent service!

Professionalism at its finest combined with a Team of people who were genuine and customer focused. From the moment Jonathan came out and greeted us on the lot, thru the test drive to the in office experience and delivery we were wowed with the amount of knowledge and information Jonathan, Bo, Chris and Team knew and provided.Maserati of Birmingham is a state of the art, beautiful dealership and the Team there make it shine even brighter!Thank you all for making it the Best car experience ever! From the start Christian gave me a deal that none of his competitors could match-although not for lack of trying. After the deal was signed, he volunteered to drive over an hour and 45 minutes to drop the car off without my asking. Christian is professional and made this deal very easy to complete from start to finish. He is also passionate about his product and has even offered to pick the car up again if there are any problems.

Terrible customer service! I visited this dealership one year ago and experienced poor customer service but was told they had just opened and things would be fixed. Recently, I went online to schedule service and selected a date one week out. I received confirmation and was told someone would contact me. After several days of no contact I called repeatedly and left messages, but never got in touch with anyone. I drove 4 hours out of state to the dealership on the day that was scheduled to be told I had no appointment and the earliest they could service was two weeks away. They confirmed my messages were received and they had just not gotten around to returning my call even after a few days. This is unacceptable service for any dealership much less a luxury dealer. I went to another shop and received excellent same day service. I will not be back to Maserati of Birmingham and highly recommend others find elsewhere to go also.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stir away from this service manager. 7 days before i took my 2014 Maserati for factory service, I requested a loaner vehicle because i was told to leave my car with them. Prior to driving there I confirmed with James Phelps , service manager, that I will have a loaner car reserved for me. But when I got there and after I registered the car which took over 20 min, James Phelps, the service manager, told me that he cant give me a loaner because I didnt purchase my car from them, and that he gave my loaner to another person. When I asked about the other loaner cars that were there Mr.James Phelps told me that they were all reserved for other people.The same person Mr James P Phelps used to work at Land Rover of Birmingham and the some thing happened to me there with Mr Phelps.Also in both cases even when both of my vehicles were under factory warranty he tried to tell me that it will cost me extra out of pocket.Mr Phelps lied to me both times and has tried very hard both times to make me feel unwelcomed and discriminated upon.From top brand like Maserati i expected to have top service and quality Service Manager.

Beau Beggs is the Best. He is knowledgable, easy to talk to, and made the entire experience as easy as possible. Chris Graf in the finance department delivered the smoothest paperwork process Ive had yet...usually the least enjoyable part of car buying.These guys knocked it out of the park...Ill be back.

Maserati of Birmingham.........after I read Dotty and Mr. Benchitrit review I also have had a horrible experience with this same service manger Mr. Phelps... I have called numerous amounts of times and I felt highly racially discriminated against. I am disappointed that In the current day and age that we live in we still are reminded of how racial bigotry still exists after all this time.I now currently drive the extra mile to Atlanta for excellent service and I now have a more well rounded educated service advisor who looks at me as a person and is not trying to find ways to cheat me out of my money or lie to create work that isn’t necessary!!!!!Reading this review from the others posted have only sparked me to believe that the “Mayberry style” management service department at this dealership is just another joke!!Dear Mr.Terry Spitzer please hire better people who really know their products and not individuals who jump from Manufacture brand to brand trying to profile hard working individuals who actually own the type of vehicles this guy knows nothing about!! Poor and horrible service experience take some time and get off the golf course and see what type of bigotry is happening at your business!!!!!I agree terminate this ignorance!!!!! You can hire better quality people on Craigslist.

After I read Mr Benchitrit’s experience I would say that the service manager Mr Phelps should be considered for termination. It’s a shame that one has to purchase their car from there in order to be treated right.

Hands down the least professionalautomobile dealership I have ever dealt with. I will never again own a car that I must have serviced here. They do not provide loaners for out-of-town Maserati owners. Even worse, they lie to you.
