Wow! This company is beyond great! I work right next door to them and decided to use them considering they were so close and convenient. This is my very first accident and didn’t know where to begin as far as my insurance company and all. But Mark was awesome and walked me through it! Everything was so easy working with them from start to finish! They were all so nice! And they did a suberb job on my car and even cleaned the outside and inside!! I would definitely recommend this company to all people! You will leave happy! I am a very satisfied customer and I will definitely use them in the future!

The only place I will take my car for body work.

I ended up scrapping my car, after the guys had given me a very fair quote, based on similar, past experience with the same vehicle at another shop. They went above and beyond for someone who didnt net them a cent, and will definitely be getting my business in the future.Not being a native Bhamster, it is so important to establish relationships with service providers (dad/uncles/cousins not around!), and these seem like good people Id want to support in the future for sure.

Every business would benefit from learning about customer service from the team at Jim Lemonds. I dealt primarily with Matt and Aubrey, and they persistently and consistently kept me informed on the work they were doing, the timing of when my truck would be ready and what the costs would be. Super nice, they answered every question with sincerity and honesty and I wouldnt even have known about them if not for a little old lady hitting my truck.

Go anywhere else for your car work. They will string you along for weeks with backordered parts and headaches, especially if this is insured work being done, considering they can run the charges up and take as long as they please. Trust me, move along to the next body shop on your list.
