I had a GREAT experience here! The repair estimate was several hundred dollars less than two other places I went. Also, Ron ordered the parts (front bumper, rear bumper, grill, and hood)... and they painted them ahead of time so I didn’t have to be without my car for several days. They called me to bring in the car once the bumpers and hood were ready... and it took only 2 hours to complete the work! Fast and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Ron was my contact for when my Jeep was in the shop. No matter how many times I called for questions he was always very happy to answer them. Great service, very professional work, and even better people they have there. When my Jeep came out of the shop you wouldn’t have been able to tell it was in there in the first place. Other places always try to cheat you on prices or services you don’t need. You won’t get that here.

My overall experience was awesome. The time I got out of my van it was a welcoming environment. I was offered refreshments. My van was completed in a reasonable time with thorough explanation of everything done to my vehicle. I am extremely satisfied.

There are not many 5 star collision shops.. this one is a 5 plus star for all the right reasons including staff, owner, service, quality of service and price. Go there and you will be very pleased.

Emailed Ron one evening, and he responded right away and told me to bring my car in the next morning. I had a small piece of trim that had come loose, and he had his guy take care of it in less than ten minutes. I asked what I owed him, and he said nothing. Theyll be my go to body shop going forward based on how well I was taken care of!!

Had a very good experience with Cole Street Collision when I had to get my car repaired after an accident with a deer. They were very professional and nice to me throughout the whole experience and its very convenient they can also tow your vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Collision Shop!

Top notch repairs

Volvo Dealership charged me 180 to look at why my trunk wouldnt close. Total cost for repair they said would 1400. I went to Coles and they fixed it in less than 2minutes. Didnt even bother to charge me because the felt bad about the dealership trying to screw me over. Honest and great people.
