Very nice dealership and the employees were wonderful. The collision repair facility was top notch and appears very competent. Their expertise allows you to leave feeling more confident about your repair than when you arrived.

I had a hard time and a horrible experience with the insurance company that I was dealing with and they assisted me. I am very please with the work that was done on my car and I will use this location again and also recommend others.

Their work might be good. They are even friendly, but it feels very bad when a person can only tell you what they cant do. They will not work with you on any type of a hardship level. I am having a very hard time coming up with a $500 deductible because I cant get to work. I have no transportation. They would rather keep my car and I lose my job rather than let me give them my debit card info and debit me once weekly so I can work and pay them. This I do not understand. I would never see or hear a person cry out for help like this, say Im sorry and I understand, but show that I really dont care. This really puts a damper on this business.

The front desk workers provided exceptional customer service at the front desk! Keep up the good work ladies. All of my concerns were addressed by the technicians. Lastly, my car was ready in 4 days and it looked brand new!

I recently had a minor accident and they had my car taken here. He not only took care of the damage from the minor accident, he took the time to do additional repairs on my car for lower then what I was estimated at, at other body shops. Plus they help facilitate me getting a rental car. And to make sure I had my vehicle in time, they even stayed a little later then 5:30 to let me drop off the rental in exchange for my car. It was an amazing experience and they have earned a life long customer.

I used geico express repair. Getting the repair done was fast and easy. They did a good job on the repairs.

Theyre amazing and very thorough. Bianca and Kim were so helpful and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!!

I purchased my car from this dealership, had a minor accident and got it repaired here and it turned out great, paid with a check. I just recently had another accident, and will be taking my business else where this time, due to horrible customer service. The manager over talked me and interrupted me while I was trying to explain my situation about my insurance check. She wouldnt let me explain my situation without telling me repeatedly and over talking me saying they do not accept checks, when I have paid with a check before. Definitely do not recommend. This place needs better customer service support, especially from the manager, which she made sure to tell me was her. Will NOT be back.

Was disappointed in the urgency around service. Went in one week prior to dropping off my car for repair to ensure I would have an appointment to get car repair. When I dropped the car off the follow Monday I believed that everything would be in order for the service to get done. I called on Thursday to see how the car was progressing. They told me they would check and call me back. No call back so i called the next day to find that they had not even started to work on the call. Very disappointing since I had great service at the dealer when I had service done there before. In my opinion the collision center is extremely unorganized and not putting the customer first. I picked up the car without the work getting done and basically wasted a week.

They replaced my drivers side mirror that was damaged when someone hit my parked car at a friends apartment and took off no note or anything, It was somehow overlooked when the repairs were originally finished , but Lisa was very courtious and made sure it was taken care of.Very quick too

Tim runs this body shop so efficiently and everything will be perfect and he stands behind. Mac is his right hand guy and does a terrific job on everything he has done for me. I have a Ford truck but take all my automobiles to them because they are the best!!Rita Kennedy

This place has recently upgraded its facilities and is very hospitable. Theres a Kind of family atmosphere not to mention agents on site as well as rental services.

I called and spoke with about two different people about my car, and the first two women I spoke to were terribly rude and kept me on hold and could not answer my questions. Finally after waiting on hold and being disrespected by them. I finally spoke with somebody who could help me and get my car fixed. Thank you ms Lisa for helping and understanding my issues. Overall this place is a good facility. We have used multiple times and would use again however the other front desk attendants arent very helpful. My car turned out as good as new.

I was surprised at the work Adamson Collision did on a truck I had in 2017 it was great. So I see my insurance has decided for me to go with them once again so what do that tell you they do good work so if you want your car did right I would recommend you try them

This place took almost 2 weeks longer to fix my car than they originally told me. I understand that things come up and not everything is cut and dry when fixing a vehicle but throughout the duration of the repair process I was told misinformation and conflicting information about the repair every day. Not only that, my windshield wiper unit was reinstalled incorrectly and my windshield wipers are not functional now. Unfortunately I didnt realize this problem until it rained at 5 oclock on a Friday so now my car will not be driveable the entire rainy weekend. After spending 4 grand and being jerked around for over 2 weeks you would think that everything would be in working order. I will not be giving them anymore business and you shouldnt either if you want an efficient and streamlined experience.

Adamson did a great job on my car, and I would have given them a 5 star, if it was not for their enterprise office they have in there. I dropped my car off there to get work done, and rented a car from the office they have in their building. As she was giving me the car, she was going through the paperwork, I put quotations over this because there was no paperwork, but a ipad she had in her hand . As she was going over stuff, in a very fast rate if I might add, she says something about a $13 charge for insurance for that day. She said, and here is the $13 insurance charge I will add to the deductible. She never said that it was optional, or that I would be charged every day for this. If she had gone over this, which she didnt, I would have declined it. She made it sound like I had no option to get the insurance. I also had never rented a car before, which she knew, so I didnt know this was a added charge. I then called to explain that I was not informed that this was optional, or that Id be charged daily, or else I wouldnt have signed for it. She then proceeds to tell me that she would reimburse me the money even though she never has, and that for future reference that I check paperwork before I sign for it. First of all, that was completely rude, and I would have checked the paperwork if I had the option. I loved the job that adamson did on my car, but I will never go back if I have to deal with their enterprise office.

Got to know of this business as it is attached to Geico. Had a damage on the front bumper of my car which was repaired professionally and quickly. That day for some reason they did not have the rental car so the manager took the trouble to drop me in his car to my work place and I was able to get a rental car later as promised. One of the employees went out of the way to repair (by heat application) a prior dent on the back bumper of my car at no cost which was amazing! Thanks once again for all the good work.. will not go anywhere else for my car repairs...

This place is a joke! Recommended to this place by my insurance company for a minor repair caused by a fender bender. Car was there a week, but when I got the call to pick it up, it wouldnt crank. Come to find out after thinking it may have been the battery, there wasnt a DROP of gas in the car!! FULL tank of gas COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED! I was told surveillance cameras werent aimed where my car was parked. Go figure... Shop foreman sent for gas and filled my car back up at the chevron across the way. Get car home only to see in clear daylight that there are cracks and over spray on the half job that was done. Spoke with the owner who advised me to bring back in for correction. After looking at the car he told me that I must have hit something and they couldnt cover. . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! UNPROFESSIONAL!! P.S. The inhouse insurance agent is an equally inept individual. Should be fired in my opinion. Not worth the desk space.

Too great I didnt describe this place as being too great this is the worst place to take your vehicle they had broken all my door handles instead of repairing the one that was broken in the accident they are truly garbage and they know this my mirror was not setback proper and didnt work either my power lockdid not work on the passenger side if you have to go there get estimates from other places 1st keep them and see exactly what needs to be done to your vehicle before they get a hold of it because they will do more damage if GEICO send you there or you go on your own make sure you get estimates else where 1st Please!!!!!!!!!

Did everything they were supposed too & excellent workmanship.

Lousy experience. Was sent here by Geico to get an estimate, they proceeded to throw away my bumper and trunk panels before we even decided the path forward. Had my daughter in tears the way they treated her. Been trying for 2 days to get someone to address the issue and no response from the manager. Guess my next stop is a lawyer.

Do not buy a car that has ever been here. The parking lot floods like crazy, I just saw like at least 20 ruined cars. You cant even get to this place right now and its not even raining that badly.

Had our rental car waiting. So they took our car and we were able to be on our way. It took a little while to get a determination about our car. We were disappointed that our car totaled but that was geico call. Overall good service.

The adjuster named Rochelle is a horrible person to deal with who lacks sympathy and a personality. I will never deal with this place again. She made such a low estimate on my car that I was left with having to pay for a rental and she didnt care at all and pretty much said oh well. She also does not return calls.

Apparently this business doesnt need business ør at least thats what bianca says when calling. She has no sense of direction ør courtesy. She should be working at walmart with her Customer service lack of skills. Julia Wesley should try and teach her something,, that is if she has something better to offer. Honest quoting! I wish I knew what piece was missing from my car and I couldnt saved $40 worth of labor and just ordered the part, but their prices are honest and cheaper than you would pay elsewhere.

If I could’ve give them a negative I would these people fix my car say they test drove it after they fixed it they say it broke down got it towed to a dealership say a part that they needed was missing which was over $2000 so he put it over the limit and Geico totaled my whole car out did I for get that they had my car over a month TERRIBLE place of business!!!!!
