They will look at your damage and provide an estimate. They do not explain why the estimate is a certain figure. Details mentioned in the estimation sheet. It would be nice if they could explain why it would cost x to do y in the details. No discounts were provided if you are paying out of pocket vs insurance paying..so you may have to do research and ask.

Great place my car looks almost the same if not better than it was before. I had taken it to a joe hudson and they had horrible customer service. I will for sure be getting my car towed to 280 paint and body.

Stopped in their parking lot when I heard a weird noise coming from my back wheel. Went and looked at it and it had a thin metal wire wrapped around the rotor about 40 times. I thought to myself how lucky it just happened to occur at a place with a car lift and impact tools since my car didnt come with a jack. They can put it on the lift and take the wheel off and back on in 10 minutes! I walk into the office and explain the situation to the guy behind the counter and his verbatim reply was What, you dont know how to take a tire off?. I decide right then that I did not want to give this guy any of my time or money. I drive to my father-in-laws 5 minutes away and I use wire snippers to remove the wire in

Gave them my truck to get the rear bumper re-painted and from start to finish they were extremely professional and efficient. Even on a holiday week (July 4th) I had my truck back only 4 days later. When I got there to pick it up I realized they gave my truck a full detail as well. That was totally unexpected and very nice to get my truck back completely spotless! Everyone here is great. I got rear ended at a red light. I was hit so hard that it totaled my car. We opted to have my car towed to 280 paint and body, mainly bc it was close for us. From day one to the end everything was great. They go over every vehicle like they are putting their own family in it. We will definitely be using them in the future if we ever have to.

3/29/18 Impressive Service and attention to detailMy son recently had a fender bender. The dealer who sold us the car actually recommended 280 paint and body. The first item that impressed me is that unlike many body shops 280 paint does not pile vehicles up on their lot to ensure that they stay busy. In other words they make appointments if your car is drivable. Secondly they update you with an estimated completion date which usually falls within 48 hours of the promised date. Last but not Least they actually detailedthe car inside and out once the repair was complete. NO BODY SHOP HAS EVER DETAILED A CAR INSIDE AND OUT that Ive dealt with. Of course the repair was done correctly. I highly recommend 280 Paint and body.

Best body shop around! They worked with my I insurance company and got my car fixed quickly.

Made the mistake of assuming since 280 Paint and Body was part of All States network that they would be a quality paint and body shop. The All State adjuster assured me that if there were any issues with my car, I would have a lifetime warranty for parts and that the shops in their network would take care of everything. 280 paint and Body not only performed poor quality workmanship upon the repairs that I encountered because of the wreck, they also damaged my front headlight during the time they had my vehicle. When I tried to reasonably show them the damage they participated in continued lies and misrepresentation of the facts to not be held accountable for their actions. Unfortunately All State acknowledged their wrongdoing but did nothing to remedy the situation. Not only did I have to take my vehicle to another shop for repairs, but I also had to pay for this out of my pocket. The folks at 280 Paint and Body will lie to cover their mistakes and will clearly take advantage of any unsuspecting customer to make an extra dollar by poor workmanship or disregard for damage they incure upon a customers vehicle. It has been a complete disaster trying to work with them. Unfortunately I have been forced to seek legal action to make sure they are held accountable. Its best to stay away from 280 Paint and Body unless you want to have your car repaired a second time around and pay an attorney for lawsuit.

On a car I recently bought, there were two places on the drivers door. They werent rusting and most people wouldnt notice them but Im a perfectionist and decided to try to touch them up. This was a big mistake and it turned out terrible. I took my car to 280 Paint and Body to see what they could do. Initially, they said it would need to be repainted and gave me a quote. I already figured that was the solution and was ok with repainting. They called me back that same afternoon and told me that during prep, they were able to remove the touch up paint. They wanted me to come look at it, and with my permission, they would continue cleaning and buffing and then touch up the spot without having to repaint. I was excited to be able to save over $400. In a few days (this was around July 4th) I had my car back and it looked better than before I tried to touch it up myself. I really appreciate their help and their willingness to offer a cheaper solution.Today, I walked out to my car and noticed a black place on my bumper where someone hit or scraped my car. I could clean it up some but couldnt get it all to disappear. I liked 280 Paint and Body so I thought Id get their opinion on a fix. They took it to the back for just a few minutes and brought it back. The mark was completely gone. I really appreciate everything they do for their customers. Ill definitely come back for all my paint and body needs.

Called to get an estimate for insurance claim. The woman on the phone told me I was wrong to want to do an estimate and that the insurance company was lying about the fact that they would pay for the damage. I told her that I would go somewhere else to get the estimate done and she told me to go right ahead. PS: I had no issues getting the damage fixed and the insurance covered the whole thing with no hassle... This woman is running off customers before they even get in the door. Not someone you want working for you

Nightmare. Took truck in for Allstate service body claim. Left with gasoline leaking when I filled up, and check engine light on. After taking the truck back in and having the shop play dumb (and having them fix other issues theyd missed before) I gave up. Ill have it fixed myself. Still driving around with the check engine light on.They are one of two body shops that work with Allstate, youd better try your luck at the other one, these guys are incompetent to say the least.Wish Id seen all the bad feedback to begin with.Speaking of bad feedback, looks like to get their google rating up theyre having to have the employees rate five stars.
