I recently bought a used truck only to find problems with the radio/navigation console. Took the truck here. While it was an expensive fix, he was upfront and honest about the cost and process from the beginning. In the end all was fixed and I ended up with a great system in the truck.Highly recommend them!

I went to #1 to detail my moms 2014 chevy getting ready to sell it. They obviously do a great job of expensive and classic cars . . . but the detail work on moms chevy was amazing!! The car had been used to transport potted plants and one of our sons long-haired dogs. As you can imagine it was bad. But they made it look like new! We almost decided to keep the car it was so nice! I will go back--reasonable prices, excellent customer service and great work!

I did the interior detail, something had spilled on the seats. Price was reasonable results were good.

I forgot to review this place a while ago when I used their detailing services. The people were unprofessional, and the job outcome looked like something I could have done with my eyes closed, yet it cost 130 and some odd dollars. They were late getting it finished so I was running to try and get back to work, but didnt look over it before leaving- and I should have. These pictures are from the next day when I had to clean since they hadnt. For example, the dash hadnt even been wiped down and there were drips marks all over the console. This should not be called #1 detailing.

They took my truck stereo that was just normal , blah,and gave it some kick and a great sound! At a reasonable price! Cool ,honest folk! Highly recommend!

Save your money and go elsewhere.... Ultra disappointed is an understatement. I only went here because they treated my fiancee right. The owner is nice enough, but price wise and aggravation wise Id go somewhere else. So I explicitly discussed with the owner what I wanted tint wise. I got a see through job. So the 250 I spent to get the windows in my explorer done was wasted money. I expressed my displeasure and it was implied that they would make it right. So I got charged another 100 to darken the 2 front windows how they should have been done the 1st time because i couldnt see spending another 300 to redo them all again. Had them replace my front windshield at that time. 3 weeks later both of the side moldings flew off on the interstate . the owner said he thought he told me that the molding brackets break and they gob glue to hold them in place. He said he wanted me to be happy and bring it in and hed put more silicone behind it but hed need it for atleast half a day. To say the least I havent gone back for more shotty work. I paid a competent tinter to fix all my windows and he did the entire truck including the windshield for 120 and he came to me. The moldings have been replaced at my cost of 140. And I did that myself.

OMG!! I literally JUST called this place.. trying to get speakers put in my gf car.. phone was answered by a man named Sam. RUDEST customer service ive experienced all quarantine (and yall KNOW people have been crazy) but his tone of voice and clear aggravation in his voice as i asked him about pictures that are posted under his company info was completely unacceptable. I wouldnt ever use this place based off my first initial experience alone. My review would be 0 stars. When people are seriously inquiring and looking to spend money at your place of business.. that is NOT how you speak to them. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Owner is classless fast talking self promoter. I come in and ask to get my door fixed and he asks whether I will be paying out of pocket or through insurance. He then proceeds to tell me how my door cant be fixed and about how much I need a new door. Repeating like a self generating propaganda machine you need a new door you need a new door you need a new door, I digress and offer argument as to The reasons why it may be able to be fixed. He tells me that it was possible but that He would charge me $95 for a maybe scenario when I could just get another door. He then tells me how if I got a door that was a different color he could do a paint job for $500. So you see, reader of this review, his business would stand to receive $500 instead of $100, if I were to need a new door. Then he goes on and tells me how he could sell me a car just like mine. I tell him I just bought mine 3 weeks before and I wasnt looking good to buy another. People dont like to deal with this kind of nonsense when they go in to a business to ask about possibly getting something fixed. On top of it all he sends me off with his tacky fold out brochure of propaganda about why he thinks his business is so great. The guy is maddeningly sickening.

Took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler to get a full detail done in preparation to sell. The owner was honest and straight forward and took the time to walk around the car and point out thing that would help increase the resale value. As a result I opted to get some buffing/touch ups done in addition to the detailing. It took about 6 hours for everything to get done and when I went to pick it up I was blown away. The car looked better than the day I drove it off the dealer lot. They walked me around the car and went through the inside showing everything they did and no corners were cut anywhere. The experience was far above and beyond my expectations and I would definitely take my next car back there to get work done. 5/5 customer service. 5/5 quality. Best and only place to go in Birmingham.

This place is phenomenal. I took my truck in to get a new Bluetooth radio installed last year, and they got it done in all of an hour and a half even with a packed schedule. Then, nearly 9 months later when a wire came loose and I accidentally tugged it getting out of the truck, they gave a me a brand new microphone on warranty, no questions asked. Joseph and his staff are polite and professional, and they certainly know their way around a vehicle!Not to mention they have free snacks in the waiting room..Happy to go to these guys for all of my auto electrical needs! Theyre a wonderful part of the Birmingham community.

I took my car them to take a faulty remote start off and to fix a wiring problem which was causing my car not to start . They got my car to start but made a list of other problems. My interior lights, radio, locks, windows, no longer work, they were working fine when I took it there. When I told them what wasn’t working they made it seem like my fault and tried to charge me to fix the problems they made. So I was forced to drive the car the way it was cause I didn’t have the money. Fast forward a couple months. The wiring for my starter (which they was working on) started smoking and went out. So I got the starter changed and my car cranks but doesn’t stay on. But now the radio works for some reason. So now I don’t have transportation. These guys completely messed up the wiring to my car and refused to do anything to fix what they caused. I would not go here unless u want a half ass job done.

I went here reading all the good reviews and had one of the best experience you can have with car service. Joe is great salesman and I got a good deal on the window tinting.The actual tint work has been really good after 1 month and I can safely and confidently recommend this shop to anyone looking for window tinting.

I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler to them yesterday full of dirt, spilled soda, and tons of dog hair. Mind you that my interior is cloth and the dog hair wasnt coming out. He promised that he would do his best to get it out, but that it would be a challenge due to the type of cloth that the seats are made of.I wasnt expecting much because I have spent countless hours trying to restore my Jeeps interior to its former glory, but it was a fruitless endeavor. I returned after work to find my Jeeps interior restored to brand new condition. Its as clean as when I drove it off the lot.I couldnt be happier. Totally worth it.

I had a leak in my car, took it to several other mechanics and no one could diagnose what it was (some refused to even look at it). Joe and his staff quickly figured out where the leak was. After driving through a rain storm, it began leaking again. I brought it back and Joe fixed it up and didnt charge me a cent!!! These guys are smart, professional, honest, and do great work. Very highly recommended.

Incredible experience. Joe helped me out in a pinch before my wedding/honeymoon. My car legitimately looked/looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the lot. Joe is an honest, integrous, and kind businessman. I will definitely go back, and I would recommend any of their services to everyone.

Wouldnt recommend going unless you have deep pockets for cheap repairs and parts. Exp 80 dollars worth of speakers 400 bucks. Leveling kit four bolts and a shim pretty sure their is more to it then that for what I paid. They should just stick to tint because their other repair work aint to great and cost way to much. Oh!!!!!! Trash after their done goes in your back seat priceless. P.s. they will call you and let you know they forgot to charge more for parts they forgot about

We were giving my mom my brothers car. 2008 Impala that just looked jaded inside and out. It had dog hair everywhere in the interior, paint looked faded (black car), and definitely looked its age. Dropped it off on Monday and by Wednesday, these guys had made this thing look like we just drove it off of the lot. The paint has a glossy, mirror finish now and the interior looks like new. They kept it indoors for us while it was raining until we picked it up and a gentleman named Joe even stayed open late on Christmas Eve so we could pick it up and give it to our mom for Christmas. Found out later Joe was the owner of the business. Great people here and I will be a repeat customer for sure.

He tries tries and tries but does not fix stuff or warranty stuff the work he does is not good and does not work half the time. Very disappointing how much of my money has gone to this shop. I come to find out someone even took some stuff out of my truck and also his new guy broke my brand new retrofitted headlights. This is not how a business is supposed to be run they scratched up my whole dash doing stuff and someone even takes stuff out and now it’s nowhere to be found it just is not right. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and talking bad about places especially saying someone took stuff out but the stuff is gone and no where to be found and I don’t want other people to go through it. It might not of been the owner it could be any of the employees maybe they even just misplaced the stuff but at this point it’s no where to be found. I have given this shop about 5 Chances and never was everything fixed after the truck kept going back and fourth and everything was under warranty also. Also there is a ton of over spray on my truck which he was supposed to paint and now there is over spray and little white dots everywhere also he used 2 different color black paints on my door!

Dropped My car off for a simple radio and sub woofer system installation! Had a full tank of gas. When I got the vehicle back. Gas Tank was below half. it had boxes and zip ties and wrappers all over the backseat. He did a horrible job installing the subwoofers. They did not tune the subs or seal the box. My 12 year old son could install subwoofers Better than this guy. Had high expectations. Got shot right down after I found bare wires under my dash. Very disappointed. Overcharged me out the wazoo Don’t trust this guy. Waste of money. I spent more money fixing what he did, then I spent on the installation.

I went to pick my truck up the other day and there were cuts scratches and dents all over my dash’s and the workers did not push the dash back down where they ran the wires through. And there was a hole in the back of my seat. I’m very disappointed I don’t like to leave reviews like this but I do not want other people to have to go through this like I did.

Went in to get rear entertainment put in my car. Said I needed to put down a $500 deposit so I did. It has been well over a month and they havent called me once. I called a couple times and every time they say they are going to check and call back and never do.
