Great customer service quick easy stop and shop to mail packages.

One of the workers was wearing her mask below her nose and lowered her mask completely to talk to her coworker. Unsafe environment here

I sent a package overnight on July 25, it arrived on July 29. These were water samples for testing that had to be there in 24 hours. I then had to drive hours from my office to re-sample and send out again, I used a different company to ship, no problems. I called asking for a refund on July 29 and still have not received the check that I was promised. Not happy!! would not recommend using this company.

I use Pack & Mail for the majority of my packages and I ship out rental products as my business. They always handle them professionally and with first-rate diligence. I highly recommend Pack & Mail for their excellent and extremely reliable services.

It’s nice to have a place we can get all your packing supplies in one stop shopping and also send them out. It gives you a choice of what type of postage service you want to use instead of having to use UPS or USPS and you can make a choice and your decision making and what will be the fastest and cheapest choice to get your package where you want to be.

Great drop off for shipping if you live in Chenango Bridge. The people there are very friendly and helpful. They cute gifts and other odds and ends that you may need. This is my new drop off for all packages!

Awful. They never delivered my package after I payed $30 to get it there because they couldnt find the address. Every other post office in the world could find that address. When they finally tracked down the package after 3 weeks and returned it to me I never received my money back. What a scam.

I mail packages frequently and I actually look forward to stopping in here! The staff is so very kind and my packages are on their way to the destination before I know it!

Pay attention to the prices. I didnt realize until I got home that they charged me $12 for a book of 20 stamps!!! Stamps are currently 46 cents. This place charged me 60 cents per stamp. What a rip off!!!

I sent my son in to drop off a prepaid package, and he asked for a receipt. The lady gave him the package back and said Take it somewhere else if you want a receipt. We dropped it off at Staples and they gave us a receipt.
