I ordered a beautiful arrangement from 1-800-Flowers, and my aunt texted me a picture after it was delivered. Needless to say, I was disgusted! It looked NOTHING like the arrangement that I had ordered! And the arrangement she did actually receive had white roses with brown edges and other flowers with missing petals. How a business can think that this is acceptable is beyond me.

Very rustic and earthy. The staff is friendly, and conscientious. The flowers are beautiful. Valentines day is a very special day in our hearts, mom, significant other, friend. They have something for everyone. Stop by or call.

I called to order flowers 3 pm and asked if there was any way a delivery could be done the same day. A beautiful Easter Bouquet was delivered by 4 pm. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

I tracked down the flower shop From You Flowers used as they never arrived on Mothers Day. The day after Mothers Day I called to see if they were delivering - the person who answered was very helpful but overwhelmed. However, once the flowers arrived it was clear they missed the order, flowers were just thrown in a vase, leaves not even cut on the bottom. Quite a shame to spend that kind of money and have them delivered like a 5 year old picked them and put them in a vase, nothing cut, leaves still on the stems in the vase :-( . Pictures are attached of what we THOUGHT we were getting for $72.00 and what actually arrived. Im hoping that with COVID-19 and many orders that is why this shop sent flowers out looking the way they did. The only credit I can give here is the fact they were helpful on the phone and delivered something.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!I don’t even know where to begin…. we ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day to be delivered on Sunday, 5/9.-Sunday evening around 5PM I realized they weren’t delivered since I didn’t hear from my mom. I called the flower shop and they said that they were delivered to a different address. The address that they said was on the receipt but clearly was not right because I was looking at the order receipt. (luckily the incorrect house they were delivered to called the shop to let them know and they picked them back up.) Ken told me multiple calls were made to let us know of this error…. NO CALLS WERE MADE, and NO VOICEMAILS WERE LEFT.-They ended up sending someone to the correct address this time to deliver flowers, but this time not the correct flowers we ordered. Yet again another call was placed on Monday afternoon and we were assured the correct order was out for delivery. Monday comes and goes and no flowers… you get it, another call made another excuse. The person we spoke to stated they didn’t know if the correct flowers were on the delivery vehicle, but they usually work till 8PM. And if not delivered we can call back and ask for a refund. Sure enough they were not delivered.-Here we are this Tuesday morning, calls were placed to them where basically somehow this is our fault for, them delivering the flowers to the incorrect address and secondly for them not being the correct flowers. Now, if we’d like the correct flowers, my mother can take time out of her day to drive to the flower shop for them to correct. Well, Ken I’m not in the Binghamton area and I don’t think my mom should have to go to the shop and pick up the correct flowers when this wasn’t even her mistake.I completely understand that Mother’s Day is very busy for flower shops. But not once did we get an apology for any of the mistakes, nor was anyone on the same page with the information that was being communicated to us. And the lack of professionalism on the phone was astounding. On more than one occasion, we were hung up on because the shop did not want to hear what we had to sayThe moral of this story is if I had read the FB/Google reviews I would’ve ordered from somewhere else.I’m not sure if Ken & David are still the owners, I want to say yes since I was speaking with a Ken, either way please do better.

Bridgette is so amazing, enthusiastic and absolutely encourages the involvement of children. If you are looking for a real life fairy garden, I recommend coming, walking around and falling in love.

Extremely helpful if you have any questions.I went in looking for a new plant for my apartment that fit my conditions and they were much more than happy to help. The kindness that they showed, and the very reasonable prices, as well as nice selection of different plants were all factors that have earned them a loyal customer!I really cant wait to go back sometime, and from what Ive seen (though I have not purchased them) their floral arrangements are very nice. Id recommend anyone interested to check the place out.

Received a bday arrangement on Monday and by Wednesday all wilted, truth be told arrived wilted..sent an email to let them know and they asked me to bring back the arrangement and they would replace...that will not be happening as they are in the trash, and who thinks asking you to bring back dead flowers for a replacement is good customer service???

My daughter had flowers sent to me for Mother’s Day and paid good money for an arrangement plus 15.00 delivery charge. When she saw what that had delivered to me she was furious! Not at all what she thought she was getting for the price. She called the shop and was treated very rudely by 2 people. Not at all apologetic or willing to make it right in a timely fashion instead was told after paying 15.00 delivery she could bring it back on Wednesday and get another one!! Unbelievable. Will never order flowers from there again.

Ordered a fresh flower crown here for a bridal shower, with babys breath and 3 delicate small roses off to the side. We had discussed that the crown should be really thin in its design, which granted it was much thinner than what they typically make, but not as thin as Id hoped (thus the 4). The flower crown comes on an easy ribbon to tie in back.The store is pleasant and a little odd... you can tell its been there for a long time, with their selection of vases in a rough but quaint low ceiling room off to the side. The clerk I worked with (not sure if he was the florist) was not unpleasant but brisk and a little hurried. I had to really press my description of the type of flower crown I was looking for (as opposed to their typical 8-10 roses on a thick babys breath wreath).The green house is fun to nose through, and has a good variety. There are, of course, a selection of plants that have not done so well off to the side in the front sunny area... but it gives the place a little bit of an uncared for feeling (in the outdoor potted plants section).I saw 2 other customers come in to pick up orders, and their arrangements were really lovely and well done, and they were treated well.Worth a visit! Also more reasonably priced than other places I called.

Nice small business with some nice plants/flowers and they also had a nice outside garden. The people were friendly and helpful but the place could stand to be better taken care of(plants and building needed some attention)

Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day arrangement, three roses never opened and were dead in three days. The 4th rose stem was broken along with a carnation, when I received it. The arrangement did not come with the little package of feed that you add to your water. The vase sticker was still on the bottom. The arrangement was wilted and by the end of the 4th day, the whole arrangement had to be tossed. When I called to let them know that flowers were broken, I was told to bring the broken flowers to the store for a replacement.

I had flowers delivered on May 9th 2020 for Mothers Day. On May 11th, I noticed that the daisies had completed wilted and the yellow roses werent far behind. I know that my daughter spent a lot of money on them. I am so disappointed in the quality of all the flowers. Some were clearly damaged when I got them. I DO NOT recommend using this florist.

Got roses for my wife on Valentine’s Day. She was thrilled. They turned out beautiful and they delivered. Will most likely exclusively do business with this shop from Here on out.

My mother order flowers for Easter from this place and what she got was not what she ordered. The flowers were falling apart and looked as if they came from a grocery store (even those probably would’ve been better). I would not recommend anyone to order from this place, save your money and go elsewhere.

Ordered fresh flowers from their small plot for a wedding, and when I picked up, 1/3 of the blooms werent usable because they were too tattered. When confronted the owner admitted that they purchased some of the blooms from the local grocery store and sold those to me. Buyer beware.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. I paid almost $100 and it was not even close to what I ordered. It was all white and many of the flowers looked old and dead.. some of the greenery was even brown and dry.. it was very disappointing. I’ve always had good look with them.

I have seen this ... And I love how they take care of plants.
