Very decent place to shop, They usually have decent deals on tools and parts. .

Helpful but not pushy. I didnt know what I needed for my ATV but they took the time to find out what I thought was wrong and offered me alternatives to attack the issue. Sent me home with more than I needed so I didnt need to come back and offered to take anything back that I didnt use. Very impressed!

The staff at the Binghamton location were super helpful with allowing me to use of tools to replace my alternator. I would recommend this store for anyone in the area that needs any auto parts.

Neat little store has most of the things you might need to fix yo whip at a good price. Got the putty and coupler for under 10 bucks.

Great place to go if you want to be ignored. I stood at the counter with a couple workers there one on the phone and one shooting the breeze. I couldnt believe that i wasnt asked what i needed before the guy shooting the breeze walked away without saying anything. Maybe i was invisible.After the gentleman got off the phone he helped me get what i came for but seemed unsure when asked a question.

I went into NAPA because someone vandalized my car with spray paint and I was looking for something to remove the paint. Joel, the General Manager there, helped me find a reducer that they had for store use that did the job great. Not only did he help me find the right product, but he didnt charge me for the product. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a gallon of paint to paint about 1/2 of my truck, gave them the paint code and 15 mins later I had freshly mixed paint. After painting the truck it was the complete wrong color. Now I’m painting the whole truck, Napa discounted the additional paint. After painting the rest of the truck that paint was a different color than the first batch. I went back to the store and spoke with Joel about my issues and he was surprisingly helpful. He agreed that a mistake had been made and after a few hours he gave me all new paint and all of the necessary supplies to complete painting the entire job all the way down to tape and sand paper. Over $800 in supplies at no charge. Very frustrating getting the correct color but was very pleased with the customer service. Just wish it was correct the first time.

Bought a battery within less than 1 year the battery was dead. I took my car to have a full electrical system check and turns out it was a faulty battery. I had lost my receipt over the 7-8 month period and they refuse (as a company) to resolve this issue even though its THEIR battery that only THEY sell and has a born on date directly on the battery. I have called customer care 3 times and have repeatedly promised a call back from regional, then the district managers that have had no courtesy to actually call em back....Three weeks later here I am still trying to resolve their faulty productAdd photos
